Autorizo a American Group y a Sistemas y Comunicaciones Skybel a realizar, en mi nombre y representación, cuantas actuaciones sean necesarias para asegurar su accesoa la facilidad de preasignación, activacion y AMLT, y, en
particular: (1) Designar el tipo de llamadas a preseleccionar de acuerdo con la legislación vigente en cada momento; (2) designar el operador beneficiario que, desde el momento en que la preselección sea activada, cursará todas las
llamadas preseleccionadas del Abonado; (3) solicitar en su nombre la preselección de operador para las líneas telefónicas de las que es titular, relacionadas a continuación (4) modificar la solicitud de preselección, y (5) efectuar
todas las actuaciones complementarias que se requieran con este fin. El abonado autoriza igualmente a transferir a los operadores que intervienen en el proceso de preasignación todos los datos personales cuya comunicación sea
necesaria para activar esta facilidad, sin perjuicio de lo dispuestoen la Ley Orgánica 15/1999 de 13 de Diciembre, de Protección de DatosdeCarácterPersonal.

mtl. Tarifpreis beträgt ab dem 7. Monat 25,02€ zzgl. AMLT./ AMLT is compulsory and cannot be cancelled during the contract. The monthly line fee is 14,95€ and will be charged by SKYBEL additional to the ADSL rate. You will not
receive an invoice in future for this amount from Movistar. The monthly tariff fee for the line is 14,95€ and will be charged addtional to the tariff rate. The monthly tariff rate will be 25,02€ from the 7th month.
