Alle Komponenten im Modularen Baukasten werden in unserem
Hause getestet. Wir führen unter anderem Stabilitäts- und Festigkeitstests durch, die durch unser internes Qualitätsmanagement überwacht und dokumentiert
werden. Die patentierte „Plattformlösung“ wurde
zwei Mal ausgezeichnet. Das OP-SHIPP Module
11909 erhielt 2012 den European Aluminium Award
und 2013 den renommierten „red dot awardhonourable mention: Product-Design“.
All modular parts are tested in house. We perform regular stability
and strength tests that are documented and controlled by our internal
quality management system. Our patented
“platform solution” has been recognised with
two awards. In 2012 the OP-SHIPP Module
was awarded the European Aluminium
Award and in 2013 it was awarded the prestigious “red dot award-honourable mention:
Product-Design”.

The OP-SHIPP Module has a Deep-V planing hull that offers safe handling
even in rough waters. Additionally the displacement characteristics are
excellent. The standard platform can be used as a reliable basis for a
wide variety of vessel applications. Through our investment in new
developments and technology, as well as the integration of tried and
tested standard components, we are capable of offering our individual
customers the right solutions.

Wer auf dem Wasser unterwegs ist, möchte sich bei Wind und Wetter
sicher fühlen. Egal mit welcher Bootsform, egal mit welchem Aufbau.
Für eine Werft bedeutet dies hohe Investitionskosten über Produktreihen hinweg. Hier setzt Ophardt-Maritim mit dem OP-SHIPP Module
aus seewasserbeständigem Aluminium neue Maßstäbe. Wir haben als
Systempartner der Schiffbau-Industrie ein „Boot-Chassis“ entwickelt
und produziert, das die Plattformbauweise ermöglicht und den Bootsbau ab Stückzahl eins als auch in Serie profitabler macht.

Whenever you are on the water you want to feel safe, regardless of
the conditions. It doesn’t matter what type of boat you are on or how
the superstructure is finished. For a shipyard this means high investment
costs across all product lines. This is, however, where Ophardt-Maritim is actively establishing a new production standard with its aluminium
OP-SHIPP Modules. As a systems partner of the shipbuilding industry we
have developed and produced a “boat chassis” that is used as a building
platform for vessels and allows for modular cost-effective manufacturing
operations.

Das OP-SHIPP Module (Series Hull Integreted Precision Platform) basiert
auf einem Aluminium-Serienrumpf, der für die Integration weiterer
Systeme vorbereitet ist. Es wird in der Basisversion mit einem Flansch als
Rumpf-Aufbau-Verbindung oder mit zusätzlichen Ausstattungs-Paketen
fahrbereit an weiterverarbeitende Werften geliefert. Die Module, in den
Längen 11909 – 9909 – 7909 mm mit hervorragenden Sicherheits- und
Leistungseigenschaften erfüllen die CE Anforderungen. Das bedeutet:

Gefertigt werden unsere OP-SHIPP Module auf einer der modernsten Serienfertigungs-Anlagen mit CNC Maschinen und Robotern.
Computergestütztes Konstruieren ist die Voraussetzung, damit jedes
Modul präzise gefertigt werden kann und wir eine hohe Qualität- und
Wertbeständigkeit erreichen – Unsere Konstruktion und Fertigung sind
online miteinander verbunden – so gelangen die 3D Zeichnungen direkt
aus der Konstruktionsabteilung zu den computergesteuerten Fräs- und
Schweißanlagen.

A Series Aluminium Platform – „Boat Chassis“
The OP-SHIPP Module (Series Hull Integrated Precision Platform) is
based on an aluminium hull that is available to be integrated with further
systems. The base model is delivered to shipyards with a connecting
flange that is used to unite the hull with the superstructure, along with
various other optional extras. The modules are available in sizes of 11909,

OP-SHIPP Modules are produced using state-of-the-art automated
CNC machinery and robots. Advanced CAD design is a prerequisite for
all components in order to ensure that all components are manufactured
to precise tolerances. The development and manufacturing departments are networked together allowing for drawings from engineering to be sent directly to computer controlled milling and welding
operations on the production floor.
