On The Go Every Day With Your Premium Ticket
Ticket2000 is the ticket for everyone who wants to be on the
go without limits every day:
Valid for unlimited trips within your chosen ticket validity area.
Unlimited travel in the entire VRR area (see pages 6/7)
Mondays through Fridays after 7 p.m., all day at the
weekends and official holidays as well as December
24th and December 31st.
Cheaper By The Dozen:
Ticket2000 As An Annual Subscription
Both the Ticket2000 and the 9 o’clock Ticket2000 are available as an affordable annual subscription. Not only will you
save time and money, but you will also enjoy many other
advantages:
Subscribers receive their ticket as an electronic chip
card.
Easy ticket alterations – have your price level, tariff zone
or ticket type changed right in your customer service centre (KundenCenter).
Take along an adult and up to 3 children under 15 years
of age at no extra charge during the times listed above.
Bring a bicycle along for free in the ticket's validity area.
Quick replacement of lost or stolen
cards for a nominal fee.
You have the choice of either a transferable or a nontransferable ticket (photo identification required).
Subscribers also receive regular mailings from their
transport company with attractive recreational and
cultural offers.
On top of that, subscribers will also receive the recreational
guide „FreizeitLust“ twice a year and the e-mail newsletter
„FreizeitLust-Online“ once a month at no extra charge.
Mobility Guarantee up to 30 Euros (refer to page 8)
For late risers: Ticket2000 as a 9 o’clock Ticket
Not valid before 9 a.m. Mondays through Fridays.
Offers the same features as the Ticket2000.
Have you decided on an annual subscription? Just fill out
the enclosed subscription form and mail it to your transport
company. You will find the correct address on pages 10/11.
If you have any further questions, the customer service
representatives at your transport company's customer
service centre (KundenCenter) will be happy to help.
Tip: With an annual subscription you save 12.97 Euros
in price level B. In price level D the savings is
19.68 Euros.

We Get You There: The Mobility Guarantee
Online Or With Your Mobile:
The Journey Planner
Traffic jams, parking offenders, breakdown or malfunction of
vehicles or equipment – these can all be reasons for delays.
We still guarantee you mobility.
Looking to go somewhere?
To find out the best way to
get to your destination, try
the online journey planner
available on the VRR web
site at www.vrr.de/en. On
the German site you’ll also
find maps for every stop in
the VRR area as well as route
maps for all VRR cities.
The Mobility Guarantee allows you to take a taxi or a train
that would require an upgrade ticket (IC/EC or ICE) to your
destination. We will refund the cost to you if:
your preferred means of transportation departs more
than 20 minutes later than scheduled in the timetable
and
no other obvious means of transportation to your
destination such as bus or tram is available.
We will reimburse you the cost up to 30 Euros. You only
need submit a request for a refund. The necessary forms are
available from all transport companies or for download on
the internet.
No refund will be issued if the delay is caused by strike activity, an act of nature or terrorism (for example an environmental catastrophe, bomb threat etc.).
You can also access the journey planner with your WAP-enabled
mobile phone. (Please refer to your mobile phone’s instruction
manual to find out how to set your phone up for WAP services.)
Here’s how it works:
Enter the journey planner’s WAP address manually:
wap.vrr.de.
Or have us set your phone up for a nominal fee: simply
send a text message to 82005 and save the download
link to your mobile phone. Click on the link, and you’re
done.
Most transport companies also offer up to the minute timetable
information online (see pages 10/11).
Tip: Other people included on your ticket are also entitled
to the Mobility Guarantee. More information and a
request for a refund can be found in the German
language brochure „Die Mobilitätsgarantie“.
