prezzo della piazzola, e non quello delle persone. E’

USEFUL INFORMATION
NÜTZLICHE INFORMATIONEN
CONTEGGIO PERMANENZA: Viene effettuato calcolando il
numero dei pernottamenti, indipendentemente dall’orario di arrivo. Le
partenze delle piazzole devono avvenire entro le ore 12:00 . Oltre tale orario
verrà addebitata una ulteriore giornata.
CHECK OUT: Prices are calculated by night, independently of arrival
time. Departures must take place before 12.00 a.m. Departures after this
time will be charged as an extra day.
DIE AUFENTHALTSBERECHNUNG Wird, unabhängig von der
Ankunftszeit, gemäß der verbrachten Nächte durchgeführt. Die Abfahrt der
Stellplätze soll innerhalb 12:00 Uhr erfolgen. Sollte die Abfahrtzeit
überschritten werden, wird ein weiterer Tag dazu berechnet.
OCCUPAZIONE UNITÀ ABITATIVE:
Il giorno di arrivo, le chiavi
dell’unità abitativa verranno consegnate non più tardi delle ore 17.00. Il
giorno della partenza l’unità abitativa deve essere liberata entro le ore 10:00
e le chiavi devono essere riconsegnate alla Reception. Sarà possibile rimanere
in campeggio fino alle ore 12.00, parcheggiando l’auto nel parcheggio
esterno.
CAUZIONE: Per le unità abitative, al momento dell’arrivo verrà richiesta
una cauzione di € 100,00 in contanti. Il giorno della partenza, dopo il
controllo, la cauzione verrà restituita qualora l’unità abitativa venga
consegnata nelle condizioni in cui la si è trovata. In caso contrario, verranno
trattenuti € 50,00 per le spese di pulizia straordinarie.
VISITATORI GIORNALIERI:
I visitatori giornalieri, il cui ingresso in
campeggio deve essere autorizzato dalla Direzione, sono tenuti a consegnare
un documento d’identità, indossare il braccialetto identificativo e
corrispondere la tariffa indicata nel presente listino prezzi, qualora la
permanenza superi i 60 minuti.
ORARIO CASSA: 8:30 - 12:00 / 16:00 - 19:00
ORARIO DEL SILENZIO: 13:00 - 15:00 / 23:30 - 7:00
Durante l’orario del silenzio è vietata la circolazione dei veicoli a motore
all’interno del campeggio.
ANIMALI DOMESTICI: Sono ammessi esclusivamente animali
domestici di piccola taglia e soltanto nelle Maxi caravan Stellina e piazzole
Perlina, previo il pagamento della relativa tariffa indicata nel listino prezzi e
l’accettazione delle specifiche norme del Regolamento.
LODGINGS: The keys of the accommodation will be given no later than
17.00. On the departure day keys must be returned to reception before 10.00.
You can stay in the campsite till 12:00 without extra fees, parking the car in
the parkingplace.
DEPOSIT: At your arrival at the Reception, we will ask you a deposit of €
100,00 in cash money. This deposit will be returned at the end of your stay,
after a control, only if the accommodation has been left in the same
conditions as seen on arrival. Otherwise will be charged € 50,00 for the extra
cleaning.
DAILY VISITORS: All daily visitors must report to reception before
visiting the campsite. At reception a valid I.D must be given and the daily rate,
as seen on the price list, must be paid. One hour visits are free of charge.
CASH HOURS: 8.30-12.00 / 16.00-19.00
SILENCE PERIOD: 13.00-15.00 / 23.30-07.00
BESETZUNG DER UNTERKÜNFTE: Die Schlüssel werden bei der
Ankunft spätestens innerhalb 17:00 Uhr übergeben. Bei der Abfahrt soll die
Unterkunft bis 10:00 Uhr verlassen werden und die Schlüssel müssen an der
Rezeption abgegeben werden. Bis um 12:00 Uhr kann man noch im
Campingplatz bleiben und dass Auto kann im äußeren Parkplatz geparkt
werden.
KAUTION FÜR DIE UNTERKÜNFTE: Für die Unterkünfte wird bei
der Ankunft eine Kaution von € 100,00 in Bargeld verlangt, welche bei der
Abfahrt, nach unsere Kontrolle, zurückerstattet wird sofern die Unterkunft so
hinterlassen wird wie sie übernommen worden ist. Sonst behalten wir €
50,00 für die Reinigung.
DIE TAGESBESUCHER
Sind dazu verpflichtet einen Ausweis zu
hinterlegen sowie die in der Preisliste angegebene Tariffe zu entrichten,
sofern der Aufenthalt die 60 Minuten ueberschreitet. Deren Eintritt in die
Campinganlage muss von der Geschaeftsfuehrung genehmigt werden.

PETS: Small pets are allowed only in Maxi Caravan Stellina and pitch Perlina

and obligates their owners to complete acceptance of “animal friend”
regulation. The charge for pets is indicated in the pricelist.
ARM BANDS: Due to security reasons, all guests must always wear our
campsite’s arm band for the whole period of their stay. The arm bands will be
given at check in and returned at check out.
BRACCIALETTO IDENTIFICATIVO: Per motivi di sicurezza, è
obbligatorio indossare per tutto il soggiorno il braccialetto identificativo che
riceverete all’arrivo, e che andrà restituito alla Reception il giorno della
partenza.
HAUSTIERE: Kleine Haustiere sind nur in unsere Maxi Caravan “Stellina”
und Stellplätze „Perlina“ zugelassen mit Bezahlung der relative Tarif wie in
unsere Preisliste angegeben und Annahme der Regeln wie nach unsere
Ordnung.
IDENTIFIKATIONSARMBAND: Aus Sicherheitsgründen sind
unsere Gäste verpflichtet, das bei der Ankunft erhaltene Armband , während
des gesamten Aufenthaltes zu tragen. Dieses Armand wir dann bei der
Abfahrt an der Rezeption wieder zurückgegeben.

CANCELLATIONS
GESCHÄFTSBEDINGUN-GEN
RESERVIERUNGEN UND ABSAGEN
La prenotazione deve essere effettuata direttamente
dagli ospiti che occuperanno l’unità abitativa o la
piazzola, e acquista valore impegnativo solo dopo il
versamento di un acconto e successivo invio della
conferma scritta. In caso di ritardato arrivo, la
prenotazione rimarrà valida fino alle ore 12:00 del
giorno successivo, previa tempestiva comunicazione di
eventuali contrattempi. Il ritardato arrivo così come la
partenza anticipata comporta comunque il pagamento
dell’intero periodo prenotato. In caso di rinuncia al
soggiorno verrà rimborsato l’ acconto versato,
trattenendo € 20,00 a titolo di penale. Nessun rimborso
spetterà a chi rinuncia nei 30 giorni precedenti l’inizio
del soggiorno, o in caso di mancato arrivo.
Booking can only be made by the person who will
occupy the lodging or the pitch, and become valid after
the payment of a deposit and the subsequent written
confirmation. In case of late arrival,the reservation will
remain valid until 12.00 the following day. Guests are
however kindly requested to notify the Management of
any delays on arrival. Balance, for the whole booked
period, must be made even if the arrival is delayed or the
departure is anticipated. In case of cancellation, the
down payment will be refunded ( - € 20,00 of cancellation
fee). No refund will be made if the booking is cancelled
during the 30 days before the proposed arrival or in the
case of failure to take up the lodging.
Die Reservierungen werden direkt von den Gaesten
vorgenommen, welche die Wohneinheit oder den
Stellplatz besetzen. Die Reservierung ist nach
Entrichtung der Kaution sowie nach Uebersendung
einer schriftlichen Bestaetigung seitens der
Geschaeftsfuehrung verbindlich. Bei verspaeteter
Ankunft ist die Reservierung bis um 12:00 des naechsten
Tages gueltig, wobei um Mitteilung evtl. Zwischenfaelle
gebeten wird. Bei verspaeteter Ankunft sowie bei
vorzeitiger Abfahrt wird der Gesamtbetrag fuer den
kompletten Aufenthalt entrichtet. Sollte auf den
Aufenthalt verzichtet werden wird die Kaution
zurueckerstattet, wobei € 20,00 Unkosten einbehalten
werden. In folgenden Faellen wird die Kaution nicht
zurueckerstattet: sollte die Absage 30 Tage vor dem
Aufenthalt erfolgen oder bei ausstehender Ankunft.
