IL PREZZO COMPRENDE: le persone, fino ad un massimo di 5 per ciascuna unità abitativa i consumi d’acqua, elettricità, gas,
biancheria da letto con cambio settimanale e aria condizionata. Non compresa la pulizia finale (al costo di Euro 50,00). La
Direzione si riserva la facoltà di assegnare l’unità abitativa a sua discrezione. All'arrivo ai nostri ospiti sarà fatto obbligo di indossare il
braccialetto colorato personalizzato con il logo del campeggio. Per motivi di sicurezza, è vietato l'ingresso al campeggio a tutti coloro
che non lo indosseranno.L’entrata in Campeggio comporta la sottoscrizione per piena conoscenza ed accettazione del regolamento
interno nonché ogni altra disposizione che la Direzione riterrà opportuno emanare in qualsiasi momento anche durante il
soggiorno.MODALITA’ D’AFFITTO:I periodi prenotabili sono da sabato a sabato per una o più settimane ed in determinati periodi
le unità abitative possono essere affittate anche per periodi inferiori alla settimana, minimo di tre giorni. La prenotazione acquista
valore impegnativo solo dopo il versamento della caparra, pari al 30% del canone di locazione e successivo invio della conferma
scritta. Il rimanente 70% del canone deve essere pagato al momento dell'arrivo. In caso di ritardato arrivo, la
prenotazione rimarrà valida fino alle ore 12:00 del giorno successivo, previa tempestiva comunicazione di eventuali contrattempi.
Per nessun motivo verrà restituita la caparra. Nel caso il cliente sia costretto a disdire la prenotazione dovrà darne preavviso
scritto almeno 5 settimane prima dell'inizio del soggiorno. In caso contrario, qualora il Campeggio non riuscisse ad affittare ad altri
l'unità abitativa, il richiedente è tenuto a versare anche il rimanente importo a saldo del canone pattuito. Qualora il cliente decida di
riconsegnare anticipatamente l'unità rispetto al giorno di fine locazione pattuito, il Campeggio non restituirà il canone e le spese già
versate. Ritardi nell’arrivo devono essere tempestivamente comunicati alla Direzione e, comunque, come per le partenze anticipate,
comportano il pagamento dell’intero periodo prenotato. Eventuali ritardi di oltre 24 ore non comunicati comporteranno
l’annullamento della prenotazione. VISITATORI GIORNALIERI: i visitatori giornalieri, il cui ingresso in campeggio deve essere
autorizzato dalla Direzione, sono tenuti a consegnare un documento d’identità e a corrispondere la relativa tariffa, indicata nel listino
prezzi, qualora la permanenza superi i 60 minuti. Il giorno di arrivo l' unità abitativa sarà consegnata dalle ore 16:00 entro le ore
19:00 mentre il giorno della partenza dovrà essere riconsegnata, previo controllo, dalle ore 08:00 alle ore 10:00, lasciandola nelle
condizioni in cui la si è trovata. . Le chiavi vanno consegnate in ufficio. La riconsegna e il relativo controllo per partenze anticipate
dovrà essere concordato con l’ufficio preposto, sono comunque esclusi gli orari notturni. CAUZIONE: All’arrivo è richiesto il
versamento di una cauzione di € 70,00 a garanzia del corretto utilizzo dell’unità abitativa assegnata, tale cauzione sarà restituita alla
partenza dopo verifica e controllo dell’unità abitativa stessa. L'ospite s'impegna ad avere la massima cura della mobilhome e delle
apparecchiature domestiche in essa presenti (stoviglie, frigo, materassi, ecc....).Alla partenza l’unità abitativa dovrà essere lasciata in
ordine, priva di qualsiasi cosa non facente parte della dotazione così come evidenziata da inventario consegnato all’arrivo e nelle
condiozioni in cui era stata consegnata al momento dell'arrivo. Eventuali rotture o danneggiamenti di oggetti devono essere risarciti
ai prezzi di listino. La cauzione di garanzia di € 70,00 sarà restituita al termine della locazione, dopo aver effettuato il controllo
dello stato della unità abitativa. NON SONO AMMESSI CANI O ALTRI ANIMALI.

Im Preis sind inbegriffen: bis maximum 5 Personen pro Mobilhome, Strom-, Wasser-, Gasverbrauch, Bettwaesche mit
woechentlichem Wechsel und Klimatisierung. Die Endreinigung ist nicht inbegriffen (Extrakosten Euro 50,00). Die Direktion
erlaubt sich die Wohneinheit je nach Beduerfnis einzuteilen. Bei Anreise wird dem Gast das faerbige Armband mit dem Namen des
Campingplatzes gegeben welches immer getragen werden muss. Aus Sicherheitsgruenden ist der Eintritt fuer diejenigen die kein
Armband tragen nicht erlaubt. Der Eintritt in den Campingplatz fuehrt zur Unterschreibung und Akzeptierung der Campingregeln
sowie jeder anderen eventuellen Vorschrift, die die Direktion auch waehrend des Aufenthaltes als noetig betrachtet.
BUCHUNGSBESTIMMUNGEN: Man kann von Samstag bis Samstag buchen, fuer eine Woche oder mehrere. Nur in bestimmten
Perioden (siehe Preisliste) koennen die Wohnungseinheiten auch fuer eine kuerzere Zeit (minimum 3 Tage) gemietet werden. Die
Reservierung ist nur nach der Ueberweisung der gefragten Anzahlung und folgender schriftlichen Bestaetigung gueltig. Die
Anzahlung entspricht 30% des Mietbetrages. Der restliche Betrag von 70% muss bei der Anreise bezahlt werden. Bei
verspaeteter Anreise, die rechtzeitig mitgeteilt werden muss, ist die Reservierung noch bis 12.00 Uhr des folgendes Tages gueltig.
Die geleistete Anzahlung wird in keinem Fall zurueckerstattet. Falls der Mieter gezwungen ist die Reservierung abzusagen
muss er innerhalb 5 Wochen vor der Anreise eine schriftliche Mitteilung senden. Sollte der Campingplatz die Wohneinheit nicht
wieder vermieten koennen, muss der Mieter auch den restlichen Betrag der Gesamtmiete bezahlen. Sollte der Mieter die
Wohneinheit frueher als gebucht verlassen, wird keine eventuelle Summe der Miete oder der eventuellen Extrakosten
zurueckerstattet. Nicht mitgeteilte Verspaetungen ueber 24 Stunden bei der Anreise fuehren zur automatischen Annullierung der
Buchung.TAGESBESUCHER: Tagesbesucher , dessen Eintritt in den Campingplatz von der Direktion erlaubt wird, muessen ein
Identitaetsdokument (Pass oder Personalausweis) abgeben und nach 60 Minuten Aufenthalt den entsprechenden Betrag laut
Preisliste bezahlen. ANREISE/ABREISE: Die Anreise muss zwischen 16.00 und 19.00 Uhr erfolgen. Die Abreise muss
zwischen 8.00 und 10.00 Uhr Vormittags erfolgen. Bei der Abreise wir die Wohneinheit von unserm Personal kontrolliert. Die
Wohneinheit muss in denselben Konditionen abgegeben werden wie vorgefunden bei der Anreise. Bei verfruehter Abreise muss
man sich mit dem Personal des vorgesehenen Bueros vorher absprechen. Naechtliche Abreisen (vor 7.00 Uhr) sind nicht erlaubt.
KAUTION: Bei der Anreise wird eine Kaution von Euro 70,00 verlangt, die im Buero deponiert wird und fuer die gute Erhaltung der
Wohneinheit seitens des Mieters garantiert. Diese Kaution wird bei der Abreise, nach Kontrolle der Wohneinheit wieder
zurueckerstattet. Der Gast verpflichtet sich die maximale Pflege fuer die Wohneinheit und deren Gegenstaende (Teller, Kuehlschrank,
Matrazzen..) aufzubringen. Bei der Abfahrt muss die Wohneinheit in Ordnung und sauber hinterlassen werden, leer von allen
personelichen Gegenstaenden (Essreste usw., Muell) und mit kompletter Einrichtung (siehe Inventar), sowie sie bei der Anreise
vorgefunden wurde. Eventuelle Schaeden von Objekten muessen laut Preisliste bezahlt werden. HAUSTIERE SIND NICHT
ERLAUBT.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Included in the price: a maximum occupancy of 5 people, running water, electricity, gas, bed linens (weekly change) and air
conditioning. Final cleaning is not included in the price. The cost is Euro 50,00. The management reserves the right, at its
discretion, to assigned the maxi caravan. Upon arrival, all guests will be issued a bracelet which grants access to the Camping Santa
Margherita's facilities. For security reasons, anyone not wearing such bracelet will be denied access to the Camping. Confirmation of
the booking implies acceptance of the General Term and Conditions. Camping's internal regulations are integral part of these General
Terms and Conditions. Maxi caravan are rented on a weekly basis, arrival and departure are on Saturday. The minimum stay is
shorted to 3 nights during particular periods. Reservations only become binding once a deposit of 30% of the total amount has
been paid and a written confirmation has been sent. The Management reserves the right to change the number of the
accommodations at any time we consider necessary, even after the deposit has been paid and written confirmation has been sent.
The 70% of the total amount of the stay have to be pay at the check-in on your arrival, together with the deposit of
Euro 100,00. In case of late arrival, the reservation will be valid till 12,00 of the day after and the Management must be informed of
the delayed arrival. In case of early departure and delayed arrival the full amount must be paid for the period reserved. In any case
the deposit of 30% will be refunded. Guests only have the right to a refund for the deposit paid if a written notification is sent
to Camping Santa Margherita via letter, fax or mail at least 30 days before the date of arrival. In case the cancellation will be given
less than 30 days before the arrival date and the Mobil Home will be not allocated, the full amount of the booking must be paid. In
case Guests arrive more than 24 hours late, without having given notice, the booking will be cancelled. Daily visitors are admitted
by the management. They must present identity card at Reception and they will be charged the rate advertised on the price list.
One-hour visit is free. Check-in is from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm on the arrival day and check-out is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am on
the departure day. Key must be brought back at the Reception. Anticipated and early departure must be arrange together with
Reception. It is not possible to leave during the night. DEPOSIT On arrival a guarantee deposit of € 70,00 will be requested for
the Mobile Home occupied and it will be returned to the guest the day of the departure after a final check of the Mobil Home. Guests
are asked to take care of the furniture and everything supplied in the Mobil Home (cutlery, mattress, fridge, …). On the departure
day, guests are asked to tidy the Maxi Caravan up (end-cleaning fee must be always paid) and leave the Mobil Home such as at the
arrival, according to the inventory list given at check-in. Any damage must be compensated in accordance to the price list. PETS
ARE NOT ALLOWED.
