Save instructions for future use. Carefully remove and lay out all parts. Familiarize yourself with all diagrams to facilitate the assembly of your crib. Check parts and the enclosed hardware bag with the hardware parts list to be sure all are included and quantities are correct. Destroy cardboard and plastic bags immediately. 1 Attention: In order to properly assemble the crib, follow the assembly instructions in the specified order. Failure to assemble the crib in the manner recommended could make the crib hazardous. Warning:Never use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints,broken parts, or torn mesh/fabric. check before assembly and periodically during use. Contact ORBELLE. for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. MADE IN CHINA WARNING .Failure to follow these warnings and the instructions could result in serious injury or death. .Read all instructions before assembling crib,keep instructions for futher use. .Upon completion of assembly be sure all screws, bolts and fastening devices have been securely tightened.A frequent check should be made. .Never use this product if there are any loose or missing fasteners, loose joints,broken parts, or torn mesh/fabric. check before assembly and periodically during use. Contact ORBELLE for replacement parts and instructional literature if needed. .Never substitute parts, the product including side rails, must be fully erected prior to use. .Discontinue use of the product when child is able to climb out or reaches the height of 35in.(900mm). .Never place product near window where cords from blinds or drapes can strangle a child. .When child is able to pull to standing position,set mattress/base to lowest adjustment position and remove bumper pads, large toys ,and other objects that could serve as steps for climbing out. .Never use plastic shipping bag or other plastic film as mattress covers not sold and intended for that purpose, they can cause suffocation. .CATION: Any mattress used in this crib must be at least 27-1/4inches(690mm) by 51-5/8 inches(1310mm),with a thickness not exceeding 6 inches(150mm), the dimensions of the mattress shall be taken from seam to seam or edge to edge where appropriate. .Never use a watter mattress with this product. .Strings can cause strangulation! Never place items with a string around a child’s neck,such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Never suspend strings over product or attach strings to toys. .Infants can suffocate in gaps between a mattress too small or too thick and product sides ,on soft bedding never add a mattress, pillow,comforter,or padding. .To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their back to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician. .If refinishing,use a non-toxic finish specified for children’s products. Be sure the smooth side of the mattress support(F) is paced upward. Position the tabs of the mattress support(F) to mount to the selected position onto the legs. insert the bolts(e),through the tabs and into thread insets, then tighten securely with allen wrench(c). B D A C g f g 5 Converting crib to a toddler bed You have the option to convert crib to a toddler bed 1:Remove the casters (f ); 2:Remove the front rail (C) ; 3:Assemble the guard rail (G) to the headboard (A&B) by screws(d) and allen wrench(c). ORBELLE will replace any defective part free of charge during the warranty period which begins on the date of purchase and extends for 45 days, provided that the defect is not the result of customer abuse or misuse. MISSING PARTS .In the unlikely event that your product has a part missing, please return your warranty to ORBELLE along with a sales slip and a description of the missing part. the part will be sent out immediately for faster service call. DEFECTIVE PARTS .Defective parts will befixed or replaced without charge provided that proof of purchase is provided and that the warranty is in effect. if you have a problem, please do the following. . Write to ORBELLE or E-mai ([email protected]) with a description of the defective part, give your name,address, telephone number,date of purchase, also copy the order number and model number located on the mattress board or carton box .ORBELLE will send the new part to you. CUSTOMER ABUSE AND MISUSE .In the event that ORBELLE determines that the defect was the result of customer abuse or misuse, we will contact you with the cost of parts and service. REPLACEMENT PARTS FOR ORBELLE PRODUCT OUT OF WARRANTY .Write to us for a parts list CARE AND CLEANING .Wipe with a damp cloth or clean with liquid detergent, wipe dry with clean cloth. .From time to time inspect all screws of the crib to be secure tight.. WARRANTY .To ensure that your product can be promptly serviced, please fill out this warranty and return it to ORBELLE as soon as you unpack the product. (include sales slip or copy).
