IL PAVIMENTO PER ESTERNO
Dalla ricerca di nuove soluzioni innovative che potessero
rappresentare la migliore alternativa al tradizionale decking,
nasce Externo, il pavimento in composito realizzato dalla
miscela di farina di bambù e polietilene che, uniti insieme,
creano un materiale estremamente resistente, solido,
stabile e dalla grande resa estetica.
Mantenendo l’aspetto e le finiture del legno, Externo è
un prodotto high-tech che oltre a grandi performance
meccaniche e resistenza della superficie, ha anche un’anima
sostenibile orientata alla salvaguardia ambientale. Il bambù
che viene utilizzato, proveniente da foreste certificate FSC,
è una graminacea a crescita rapida che può produrre fino a
20 volte più legname rispetto ad altri alberi comunemente
impiegati per la produzione di pavimenti per esterno.
Externo permette di arredare gli spazi outdoor con l’estetica
calda e naturale del legno, attraverso un ecomateriale
che coniuga tecnologia, rispetto per l’ambiente e design
ricercato.

OF OUTDOOR FLOORING
From the research into innovative solutions representing the best alternative to
traditional decking, comes Externo, the composite flooring made from a mix of
bamboo flour and polyethylene, which when combined create a highly resistant,
solid, stable and impressively attractive material.
While maintaining the appearance and finish of wood Externo is a high-tech product
that along with exceptional mechanical performance and surface resistance, also
offers a sustainable core in support of protecting the environment. The bamboo
used, from FSC certified forests, is a rapidly growing grass plant that can produce
up to 20 times more timber than other trees commonly used for the production
of outdoor flooring.
Externo enables clients to furnish outdoor spaces with the warm and natural
tones of wood, using an environmentally friendly material that blends technology,
respect for the environment and painstaking design.

Aus der Suche nach neuen und innovativen Lösungen als optimale Alternative zu
herkömmlichen Belägen entstand Externo, der Bodenbelag aus Verbundmaterial.
Er wird aus einer Mischung aus Bambusmehl und Polyethylen gefertigt, die
zusammen ein extrem widerstandsfähiges, solides und stabiles Material bilden,
das aufregend gut aussieht.
Externo, ein echtes Hightech-Produkt, sieht aus wie Holz und wirkt wie Holz. Darüber
hinaus bietet Externo hervorragende mechanische Eigenschaften und eine extrem

Bodenbelägen für Außenbereiche eingesetzt werden.

EXTERNO: LA SOLUZIONE PERFETTA PER L’OUTDOOR
Externo non ingrigisce, non invecchia, non marcisce ed è resistente ai raggi UV, ai
microorganismi marini, ai funghi e agli insetti. Con il tempo le tavole non scheggiano e hanno
ottime proprietà antiscivolo. Grazie a queste caratteristiche, Externo è la soluzione perfetta
per arredare l’outdoor come pavimentazione di terrazze, bordi piscina, giardini. Le tavole
con struttura piena consentono l’utilizzo del prodotto anche in zone climatiche dagli inverni
rigidi perché non temono le rotture dovute all’acqua che si gela o alle temperature sotto
zero. La struttura alveolare, più leggera, può essere impiegata anche per la realizzazione di
recinzioni, schermi, parapetti e come rivestimento di facciate esterne.
Il sistema di posa che prevede l’utilizzo di supporti in alluminio e clip in acciaio, è facile,
veloce e garantisce stabilità e resistenza nel tempo.
EXTERNO: THE PERFECT SOLUTION FOR THE OUTDOORS
Externo does not grey, does not age, does not rot and is resistant to UV rays, marine micro-organisms, fungi and insects. Over
time, the panels remain dent-free and maintain optimal non-slip performance. Thanks to these features, Externo is the ideal
solution for outdoor furnishing, such as decking terraces, swimming pool surrounds, and gardens. The solid structure panels
also enable use of the product in zones subject to severe winter temperatures, thanks to the optimal resistance to rupture in
the event of water freezing, and to temperatures below zero. The lighter honeycomb structure can also be used for fencing,
screens, railings and cladding on external façades.
The laying system envisages the use of aluminium supports and steel clips, quick and easy to fit with guaranteed stability and
resistance over time.
EXTERNO: DIE PERFEKTE LÖSUNG FÜR AUSSENBEREICHE
Externo wird nicht grau, altert nicht, fault nicht und ist UV-beständig. Auch marine Mikororganismen, Pilze und Insekten
können ihm nichts anhaben. Die Dielen splittern auch nach langer Zeit nicht und sind rutschfest. Dank dieser hervorragenden
Eigenschaften erweist sich Externo als ideale Lösung für Außenbereiche, so zum Beispiel als Bodenbelag für Terrassen,
Schwimmbadumrandungen und Gärten. Die Massivdielen können auch in Gegenden mit strengen Wintern eingesetzt
werden, da keine durch gefrierendes Wasser oder Minus-Temperaturen verursachten Risse zu befürchten sind. Die leichtere
Wabenstruktur eignet sich auch gut für Umzäunungen, Sichtblenden, Brüstungen und als Verkleidung für Außenfassaden.
Die Verlegung mit Aluminiumhalterungen und Stahl-Clips ist leicht und schnell und garantiert Stabilität und eine lange
Lebensdauer.

LAYING SYSTEM The laying system consists in an underlay in aluminium, onto which the panels are laid using steel clips that are fixed with screws to the nailing strips of the structure. This system guarantees stability and durability over time.
For correct installation of the product, ensure that the foundations are as specified in the product data sheet.

COLORE A differenza di altri pavimenti in legno per esterno, Externo non teme l’ossidazione dovuta all’esposizione ai raggi UV e pertanto è soggetto solamente a leggere variazioni di colore.
MANUTENZIONE Externo non richiede nessun tipo di manutenzione. La pulizia periodica può essere effettuata utilizzando semplicemente acqua con l’eventuale aggiunta di un detergente neutro.
Graffi, macchie d’olio, bruciature di sigarette possono essere asportate tramite l’utilizzo di carta vetrata a grana fine.

COLOUR Unlike other wooden outdoor flooring, Externo eliminates the risk of oxidation due to exposure to UV rays and is therefore only subject to slight variations in colour.
MAINTENANCE Externo does not require any type of maintenance. Periodic cleaning is sufficient, using simply water with neutral detergent if necessary. Scratches, oil stains, or cigarette burns can be removed by means of a fine grain sandpaper.
FARBE Im Unterschied zu anderen Holzfußböden für Außenbereiche fürchtet Externo keine Oxydierung durch UV-Einstrahlung und unterliegt dadurch nur geringen Farbveränderungen.
WARTUNG Externo benötigt keine besondere Pflege. Zur regelmäßigen Reinigung genügen einfach Wasser und eventuell Neutralseife. Kratzer, Ölflecken oder Brandstellen von Zigaretten werden mit feinem Schleifpapier entfernt.
