•Plastisole
Kompakte und schäumende PVC-Plastisole erzeugen eine Vielzahl unterschiedlicher Oberflä chen. Sie eignen sich zum Bedrucken von Papier- und Vliesdruckträgern im Rotationssieb druck sowie für das Streichverfahren.
•Streugranulate
Granulen für die vollflächige oder partielle Veredelung von Tapeten.
•Kaschierkleber
Für schnelle, dauerhafte, wasserfeste und lichtechte Kaschierungen von Papier auf Papier
bzw. Textilgewebe auf Papier.
•Pigmentpräparationen
Spezielle Pigmentpasten stehen für die Einfärbung von PVC-Plastisolen zur Verfügung.

Compact and foaming PVC plastisols can be used to create a wide variety of different finishes.
They are suitable for printing on paper and non-woven printing materials using rotary screen printing or spread coating process.   
• Scatter granules
Granules for full or partial finishing of wallpapers. 
• Laminating adhesives
For quick, long-lasting, water-resistant and lightfast lamination from paper to paper or textile
fabrics to paper.
• Pigment preparations Special pigment pastes are available for colouring PVC plastisols.

Welche Farbe auf welcher Art Druckträger bei welchem Druckverfahren?
Mit den Serien FOLCO® AQUAFLEX FB, FT und FU sowie FOLCO® AQUASCREEN FS beinhaltet unser Sortiment
höchst leistungsfähige Druckfarben, die vielfältige Anforderungen erfüllen. Sie eignen sich für den Flexodruck,
Tief- und Rotationssiebdruck auf Papier-, Vlies- und Vinyl-Druckträgern. Die Universalserie FOLCO® AQUAFLEX
FU und FS 10 ist sowohl für die Papier- als auch für die Vinylbedruckung gleichermaßen einsetzbar.
Je nach Typ sind unsere Produkte lichtecht, hoch temperaturstabil, hoch waschbeständig, für Heißprägung und
Inhibierung auf Vinyl geeignet, wässrig, mit normalen bis hochkonzentrierten Pigmentgehalten lieferbar.
Selbstverständlich genügen alle Produkte den Echtheitskriterien der relevanten Europanormen.

Ansprechende Oberflächen bei Tapeten können nicht nur durch eine geschickte Farbgebung erzielt werden:
Sicht- und fühlbare 3-D-Strukturen sowie interessante Spezialeffekte, verdruckt im Tief- oder Siebdruck, bieten
zahlreiche Gestaltungsmöglichkeiten und machen Tapeten dadurch zu einem echten dekorativen Glanzpunkt.
Unsere kompakte Strukturdruckfarbe „FOLCO® RELIEFPASTE“ und die thermisch aufschäumende Druckfarbe FOLCO® FOAMCOAT sind lösemittelfreie, wasserbasierte Polymersysteme, mit denen sich – weiß, farbig,
transparent aufgetragen oder mit Effekten versehen – viele kreative Ideen verwirklichen lassen.
So können 3-D-Strukturen mit vielfältigen haptischen und optisch abwechslungsreichen Oberflächen erzeugt
werden, beispielweise harte und weiche Oberflächen, Wildleder- und Putzeffekte, aber auch feine Strukturierungen und geschäumte Perlglanzeffekte sind möglich.

Which ink should be applied to which type of substrate using which printing process?
With the ranges FOLCO® AQUAFLEX FB, FT and FU, as well as FOLCO AQUASCREEN® FS, our product selection offers a variety of high-performance printing inks that meet many different requirements. They are suitable for
flexographic, gravure and rotary screen printing on paper, non-­woven and vinyl printing materials. The FOLCO®
AQUAFLEX FU and FS 10 universal range is equally suitable for printing on both paper and vinyl.
Depending on the type, our products are lightfast, highly thermally stable, highly washing-resistant, suitable for
hot-embossing on vinyl, suitable for inhibitor printing, water-based, and with normal to high pigment content.
And of course, all of these products meet the colour-fastness criteria of the relevant European standards.
Texture printing inks
Seeing and feeling – the allure of wallpaper finishes The design possibilities for wallpaper are by no means limited to colour: visual and tangible 3D structures and interesting special effects, gravure or screen printed, offer ample scope for design and make wallpaper truly extraordinary
as a result.
Our solid structure printing ink FOLCO® RELIEFPASTE and the thermal foaming printing ink ­FOLCO® FOAMCOAT
are solvent-free, water-based polymer systems which – applied in white, colour, transparent or enhanced with effects
– enable many creative ideas to become reality.
They facilitate the creation of 3D structures with diverse haptic and visual surface finishes, such as hard and soft
finishes or suede and plaster effects, as well as the possibility of fine structuring and foamed pearlescent effects.

FOLCO® SOL erstklassige Ergebnisse erzielen - ob flache Beschichtungen in weiß und transparent oder Glatt- und Boucléschäume in glänzenden bis hochmatten Varianten, Flächen, geometrische Motive oder Metall- und Perlglanzeffekte. FOLCO® SOL verleiht jeder nüchternen
Fläche die lebendige Atmosphäre.
Außerordentliche Licht-, Alterungs- und Waschbeständigkeit sowie Abriebfestigkeit zeichnen

Tapeten hochwertig veredeln
Die Granulate der Serie FOLCO® GRAN eignen sich besonders für markante Oberflächen mit
weißen, farbigen und transparenten Optiken bzw. Effekten. Sie ermöglichen zudem das problemlose Aufbringen von Flitter.
Pigmentpräparationen für Plastisole
Für gleichbleibend intensive Farben
Die Pigmentpräparationen der Marke FOLCO® LOR FEP wurden speziell für die Einfärbung von
PVC-Plastisolen im Tapetenbereich entwickelt, um intensive Farbstärke, Farbtonreinheit, sehr
gute Lichtechtheit und Migrationsechtheit zu erreichen. Alle Pasten sind sowohl manuell als
auch in Dosieranlagen verarbeitbar.

If you are looking for textures and special effects on vinyl wallpapers, then the FOLCO® SOL range
will help you to achieve first-class results – whether you opt for flat coatings in white and transparent
or smooth and bouclé foams in high-gloss or matt versions, full coverage, geometric patterns or metal
and pearlised finishes, FOLCO® SOL brings all mundane surfaces to life.
This range features not only extraordinary lightfastness, ageing resistance and washing resistance but
also abrasion resistance.
Scatter Granules
Superior finish for wallpapers The granules from the FOLCO® GRAN range of products can be used to create striking finishes with
white, coloured or transparent appearances or effects. They also allow glitter to be applied without
any problems.
Pigment preparations for plastisols
For consistently intense colours
The pigment preparations of the brand FOLCO® LOR FEP were developed specifically for the pigmentation of PVC-plastisols used in the wallpaper industry, with the aim of achieving high colour intensity, colour purity, very good lightfastness and migration resistance. All of our pastes can be processed
manually or in metering equipment.
