Data sheet for injection molds of MTP Messtechnik Produktions GmbH
Please note the following by cost estimate and manufacture of injection moulding tools for plastics parts
which are produced by MTP Messtechnik Produktions GmbH Nürnberg
•
machine data sheets and mould data sheets (8.93.0XXX) have to be regarded absolutely
•
the mould construction has to be shown to MTP Messtechnik Produktions GmbH department FK as
a inspection, before ordering of the mould buildings and before working at the mould, so that
adaptations are still possible
•
it must design drawings and parts lists are created and transferred free of charge after delivery of the form
to the company MTP Messtechnik GmbH Production
•
if the design was created on CAD, will get the design data set to 3D in steppe, IGES or 2D DXF format,
free of charge.
•
All electrodes have to be given to MTP Messtechnik Produktions GmbH transport protected and charges
free, after delivery of the mould, particular the contour electrodes of the surfaces must not be consumed
(because of possible rework)
•
contour forming inserts are made of 1.2767, hardened resp. inserts with polished surfaces are made of
1.2343/44 powder metallurgy hardened (by min. 500°C be tempered for possibly PVD coating later)
•
insert plates are made of 1.2312 "getennifert"
•
ejector plate return pin has to be provided
•
by using of hot runner systems see norm sheet 8.93.0075 and use max. 3 control points
•
by using of rotating nozzle see norm sheet 8.93.0100
•
columns have to be mounted on the fixed mould half by intended operating of robot, preferably. Part
position have to be suited with the existing vacuum grab and the pincers (pleas consult use by all means
before giving a full particulars of the drawing)
•
inserts and insert plates have to be temperature adjustably
•
DME-Coolant connections N6 or N9 (see engines data sheet) mount.
•
insert and insert plate thickness are designed for about 500 bar injection pressure (deflection, bubble
expansion)
•
design a counter blocking or centring if a shifting of the mould are possible
•
making a replacement and venting easier, split it up in inserts
•
design a slide bar protection (particularly if the slide bar can fall in or out of the mould) and a stop
•
protection for mould opening and ejector movement with identical screws
•
mark mould cavity by multi-cavity-moulds
•
eyebolts on balance point of the mould and by big moulds one eyebolt on fixed and on ejection plate
•
if the deadline will delay has Company MTP Messtechnik GmbH to be informed as soon as possible, in
order to find a possible alternative
•
the mould supplier delivers the injection moulding charges free
•
the mould supplier make arrangements for collection and redelivery of the tool charges free if injection
moulding tool has to be reconditioned
