Tutte le nostre unità abitative sono arredate in modo da risultare unità abitative autonome.
I caravan standard dispongono di 3, 4, o 5 letti e veranda esterna chiusa con cucina attrezzata. Non sono dotati di allacciamento idrico, si utilizzano i servizi
igienici del campeggio nelle immediate vicinanze, sempre puliti e ben curati. I caravan Aqua, da 4 o 5 posti, sono dotati in aggiunta di toilette, doccia e lavello.
Le case mobili, da 4 o 5 posti, hanno 2 camere, un grazioso soggiorno con angolo cottura, bagno interno, termoconvettore , TV e terrazzo esterno con tavolo e
sedie. Il modello Oasi è più grande e dotato di cassaforte privata. Compreso nel prezzo: pulizie �inali, cuscini, coperte, lenzuola per soggiorni di minimo 7 notti,
stoviglie, luce e gas in tutti i modelli, collegamento idrico e aria condizionata nei modelli in cui sono previsti, l’accesso a tutti i servizi del campeggio: piscina,
palestra, campetti sportivi, animazione da giugno ad agosto e parco giochi. Spese extra: gettone per l’acqua calda nelle docce del campeggio € 0,50, lenzuola (su
richiesta) € 5,50 a letto. L’alloggio viene consegnato pulito e come tale deve venir lasciato, in caso contrario verranno addebitati € 50,00 di pulizia. Eventuali
rotture o mancanze saranno addebitate a prezzo di costo. Gli animali non sono ammessi nelle case mobili, mentre se si prenota il caravan devono rimanere nella
veranda esterna, non gli è consentito entrare nell’unità abitativa.

Die Standard Wohnwagen verfügen über 3, 4, oder 5 Betten, und ein geschlossenes Vorzelt auf der Vorderseite mit kleiner Kochecke. Es besteht keinen Wasseranschluss, jedoch sind die Toilettenanlage in der Nähe und diese werden ständig gereinigt. Die Wohnwagen Aqua, mit 4 oder 5 Betten, besitzen zusätzlich noch
eine Toilette, Dusche und ein Spülbecken. Die Mobilhäuser, mit 4 oder 5 Betten, bestehen aus zwei Schlafzimmern, einem netten Wohnzimmer mit Kochenecke
und einem Badezimmer, einem Patio mit Tisch und Stühlen, und sind mit Klimaanlage und TV ausgestattet. Das Mobilhaus Oasi ist größer und hat auch Safe.
Inbegriffen im Preis: Endreinigung, Kissen, Bettdecken, Bettwäsche für Mindestaufenthalt von 7 Nächte und Geschirr, sowie Gas und Strom in allen
Wohneinheiten, Wasseranschluss und Klima (wo angeboten), Zugang zu allen Freizeit Einrichtungen des Campingplatzes: Schwimmbäder, Fitnessraum, Sportanlagen, Unterhaltungsprogramm von Juni bis August und Spielplatz. Zusätzliche Kosten: Duschmünze für Warmwasser € 0,50; Bettwäsche (auf Wünsch) € 5,50
pro Bett. Bitte hinterlassen Sie die Unterkünfte im selben Zustand, in dem Sie diese vorgefunden haben. Andernfalls werden € 50,00 für Endreinigung gerechnet.
Alle die mögliche Schäden oder Mängel werden am Selbstkostenpreis zur Last gelegt. In den Mobilhäusern sind keine Tiere erlaubt. Haben Sie einen Wohnwagen
gebucht, müssen die Tieren im Vorzelt bleiben, Sie dürfen nicht IN den Wohnwagen.
All our caravans and mobile homes, fully equipped and furnished, are truly and independent holiday units.
Standard caravans have 3, 4, or 5 beds, a closed veranda outside with a fully equipped kitchen. They don’t have water connection, but toilet facilities are close
and clean. Caravans Aqua, have 4 or 5 beds. In addition they have a shower, a toilet and sink inside. Mobile homes have 2 bedrooms and 4 or 5 beds, a nice living
room with an equipped kitchenette, bath room with shower, air conditioning, TV and a patio with table and chairs. Mobile homes Oasi are bigger and have safe.
Included in the price: end-of-stay cleaning, pillows, blankets, bed-linen for minimum 7 nights stay and kitchenware, gas and electricity for all models, water
connection and air-conditioning (where they are provided), use of all campsite facilities: swimming pools, gymnasium, sport facilities, entertainment programme
from June to August and playground. Extra charges: shower-token for hot water € 0,50; Bed-linen (on request) € 5,50 each bed.
Please leave the caravan as you found it, or you will be charged € 50,00 extra for the cleaning. Breakings damages and missing objects will be charged at purchase
price. Pets are not admitted in mobile homes. If you book a caravan, pets have to stay in the veranda, they are not allowed to get into the caravan itself.

Prenotazioni a mezzo telefonata, e-mail o fax. Acconto di € 200,00 per alloggi, € 50,00 per i posti. L’acconto viene restituito in caso di disdetta entro 7 giorni dalla
data di arrivo al netto delle spese di cancellazione di € 5,00. In caso di arrivo in ritardo, la prenotazione con acconto rimarrà valida �ino alle ore 10:00 del giorno
successivo. In mancanza di acconto essa decade alle ore 23:00 del giorno stesso. In caso di arrivi posticipati o partenze anticipate, ai �ini del conto vengono considerate valide le date indicate in prenotazione. Le variazioni delle prenotazioni sono considerate valide solamente se confermate dall’uf�icio prenotazioni.
Pagamento: al check-in.
Buchungen sind per E-Mail oder per Fax möglich. Zur endgültigen Bestätigung bitten wir um eine Anzahlung von € 200,00 für die Unterkünfte, und € 50,00 für die
Stellplätze. Bei Stornierung der Reservierung wird die Anzahlung rückerstattet (außer € 5,00 für Stornogebühr), nur wenn eine schriftliche Mitteilung spätestens 7
Tage von Aufenthaltsbeginn gegeben wird. Bei verspäten Ankommen bleibt die Buchung bis 10:00 Uhr des folgenden Tages gültig; ohne Anzahlung bleibt die
Buchung bis 23:00 Uhr des gleichen Tages gültig. Falls Ankünfte in Verspätung oder Abfahrten in Voraus, für die Rechnung halten die Tage in der Buchungsbestätigung fest. Änderungen den Buchungen sind gültig nur nach einer Bestätigung des Buchungsbüro. Bezahlung: beim Check-in.

deposit will be repaid if you contact us at least 7 days before your arrival (cancellation charges € 5,00). If you don’t arrive on the expected date the reservation (with

I prezzi si intendono a notte. La notte termina alle ore 13:00, indipendentemente dall’orario di arrivo. Gli alloggi vanno liberati per le ore 10:00.
È incluso nelle tariffe l’uso delle piscine, della palestra, dei campetti sportivi e il programma di animazione.
Imposta di soggiorno esclusa dalle tariffe. L’acqua calda nei bagni del campeggio funziona a gettoni, € 0,50. Lettini in spiaggia e piscina non compresi nelle tariffe.
I cani sono ammessi senza costi aggiuntivi, ma a discrezione della direzione. I posti tenda/camper/roulotte vanno lasciati puliti alla partenza, diversamente
verranno addebitati € 50,00 per la pulizia. Non si accettano assegni. Pagamenti con Bancomat e Carta di Credito a partire da € 50,00. Le date che de�iniscono i
periodi di tempo dei listini e delle offerte indicano rispettivamente la prima notte e l’ultimo giorno (inteso entro le 13:00) di validità.
