response - risposta rapida). Abbiamo voluto introdurli per rendere più
semplici e veloci alcune banali ma essenziali operazioni.

into our magazine. We have introduced them in order make some
common but essential operations simpler and faster.
COSA DOVETE FARE PER USUFRUIRE DEI CODICI QR? HOW DOES IT WORK?
Bisogna seguire pochi e semplici passi:
1. Procurarsi un lettore multicode per il nostro modello di cellulare.
2. Avere un QR code da fotografare.
Per il primo punto basta collegarsi direttamente col cellulare all’indirizzo
internet www.i-nigma.mobi. Riconoscerà automaticamente il programma
per riconoscere i codici. Alcuni telefoni di ultima generazione hanno già
un lettore QR preinstallato. Una volta che l’installazione è completata
non vi resta che andare a caccia dei codici QR nella nostra rivista,
inquadrarli con la fotocamera del cellulare e il gioco è fatto! La visione
dei codici QR è gratuita. Il costo della connessione internet per
accedervi può variare a seconda dei gestori del servizio.

programme for reading QR codes will be automatically picked up.
Some of the newest cell phone models have preinstalled QR reader
software. Once installation is complete, all you need to do is to look
for QR codes in our magazine, photograph them and that’s it! The
service is free. The cost of the internet connection to access them can

l’arte vetraria che ha il suo centro produttivo
a Murano, splendida isola della laguna, in

di maestri vetrai che lavorano rigorosamente
a mano con tecniche antiche ma dando
anche massima attenzione alle tendenze
moda. Viene sempre da un’isola, questa volta

Altro prodotto tutto dal fascino lagunare è
sicuramente la maschera veneziana che alcuni

interamente realizzate a mano: dipinte in
vari colori, in foglia oro, rivestite in velluto
o broccato, e impreziosite con merletti,
paillettes, strass, perle di vetro di Murano e
piume variopinte.

angefertigt werden. Die Kreationen werden
vollständig in Handarbeit hergestellt, in
verschiedenen Farben bemalt, belegt mit
Goldfolie, bekleidet mit Samt oder Brokat und
mit Spitzen, Pailletten, Strass, Glasperlen aus
Murano und bunten Federn verziert.

the various artistic traditions, the most
important is definitely the art of blown glass,
which has its productive center in Murano,
a splendid island in the lagoon where the
most prestigious master glassmakers work,
exclusively by hand and using ancient
techniques, but also giving their utmost
attention to the current trends. Another island,
called Burano, has a centuries old tradition
in the art of lace, a tradition kept alive by
women and whose creations are exported all
over the world. Another fascinating product of
the lagoon’s charm is certainly the Venetian
carnival mask, made by craftsmen following
the methods of the ancient “mascareri”. These
creations are entirely hand-made: painted in
various colours, gilded, covered with velvet or
brocade, embellished with lace, sequins, strass,
glass beads from Murano and multicoloured
feathers.

the most modern and fully equipped of the Adriatic Riviera and
is located in an ideal position, 11 miles from Venice and 40 miles
from the Croatian coast. Set on the left bank of the Sile river, in
the calm freshwaters of its mouth, the Tourist Port of Jesolo has
650 available boat berths, 150 of which have just been set up.
Fully equipped with all the necessary services and equipment
guaranteeing mooring points, laying up, repairs and maintenance
of boats up to 30 metres, it is protected by two mitre lock gates

Circuito Pista Azzurra di Jesolo, realizzata nel 1961, ha ospitato
le gesta di Prost e Senna. Situata in un´area di 80mila metri
quadrati, continua oggi ad essere uno dei più importanti di
tutto il mondo e sede ogni anno di competizioni kartistiche di
rilievo internazionale nonché di manifestazioni motoristiche di
vario genere dalla regolarità auto alle supermotard. Da marzo
a settembre la Pista Azzurra dà, inoltre, la possibilità a tutti
di cimentarsi con le rombanti macchine a disposizione per il
noleggio per adulti e bambini che potranno provare l’emozione di
correre lungo un percorso che ha fatto la storia delle competizioni
a motore attraverso un primo approccio estremamente semplice e
sicuro. La Pista Azzurra è fornita inoltre di sistema di rilevamento
dei tempi sul giro che permetterà di verificare la miglior
prestazione e tentare di migliorarla ulteriormente sfidando parenti

Pista Azzurra weiterhin ein Rundkurs ersten Ranges, auf dem
jährlich international besetzte Go-Kart-Rennen und sonstige
Veranstaltungen verschiedener Art in den Kategorien Auto und
Supermoto stattfinden. Von März bis September wird von Pista
Azzurra außerdem ein Go-Kart-Verleih für Kinder und Erwachsene
angeboten, der Gelegenheit gibt, sich hinter das Lenkrad dieser
dröhnenden Fahrzeuge zu setzen und in ersten, sehr einfachen,
absolut sicheren Versuchen das aufregende Fahrerlebnis auf
einer berühmten Rennstrecke seiner Kategorie auszukosten. Pista
Azzurra ist außerdem mit einer Einrichtung zur Messung der
Rundenzeiten ausgestattet, um seine besten Ergebnisse ermitteln
zu können und sich vielleicht in der Herausforderung mit

le loro imbarcazioni, a gettare le reti lontano dalle rive. Sono i
pescatori di Jesolo luogo che, come pochi altri, possiede acque
varie e ricche di pesce di fiume, di laguna e di mare. Le ricette
tipiche di Jesolo possono vantare materie prime varie e di
qualità. Il mare regala molluschi, crostacei, ombrine, acciughe,
triglie e quella che qui chiamano la “pescadèe” (granchietti,
seppioline e piccoli pesci rimasti impigliati nelle reti e ottime
per il classico fritto misto). C’è poi la zona tra il Sile e il
Piave, i due fiumi che incorniciano la città e nei quali vivono
anguille, tinche, carpe, lucci e i pesci trota. Il pescato del giorno
giunge direttamente al mercato e nelle cucine dei ristoranti,
dove incontra i prodotti della terra, in una tradizione culinaria
variopinta e saporita.

pêcheurs qui, à bord de leurs embarcations, jettent au loin leurs
filets de pêche. Jesolo est un des rares endroits aux eaux riches
et variées. Les recettes typiques de Jesolo sont réalisées à partir
de poissons d’eau douce, de la lagune et d’eau de mer de grande
qualité. La mer est source de mollusques, de crustacés, d’ombrines,
d’anchois, de rougets et des dits « pescadee » (petits crabes, seiches
et autres petits poissons échoués dans les mailles des filets, et
utilisés pour la fameuse friture mixte à l’italienne). Les fleuves le
Sile et le Piave, qui encadrent la ville, abritent anguilles, tanches,
carpes brochets et truites. La pêche du jour est immédiatement
vendue sur le marché et dans les cuisines des restaurants. Les
poissons sont ensuite cuisinés avec les bons produits traditionnels

mezza. Cambiare l’acqua
ogni mezz’ora, per eliminare
la sabbia. Versare l’olio in
una padella grande e fare
soffriggere l’aglio. Aggiungere
le vongole e cospargerle con
abbondante pepe. Mescolare
e tenere sul fuoco finché tutte
le vongole si saranno aperte e
scartare quelle che non si sono
aperte. Togliere le vongole
dalla padella, filtrare il brodo
per eliminare l’eventuale sabbia
rimasta, versare di nuovo il
brodo nella padella, aggiungere
le vongole e cospargere con il
prezzemolo finemente tritato.
Mescolare, scaldare bene e
servire accompagnando con
crostini di pane abbrustolito.
Questa ricetta è anche la base
per un sugo; in questo caso
dimezzate la dose di vongole;
sgusciatene una parte e lasciate
rapprendere di più il sugo.

und mit den gerösteten
Weißbrotschnitten servieren.
Dieses Rezept ist auch die
Basis für eine Spagettisoße;
dafür nur die halbe Menge an
Venusmuscheln nehmen; einen
Teil der Muscheln auslösen und
Sud stärker verkochen lassen.

In einer Pfanne die fein
gehackten Kräuter, Gemüse,
Knoblauch, Zwiebel, Tomaten
im Weißwein andünsten. Einen
Teil der Gemüsebrühe, einige
Tropfen Brandy und Salz
hinzufügen.
Abkühlen lassen, dann mit
einem Teil der rohen Hummer,
der Corail, Saft einer halben
Zitrone und ihrer Schale im
Mixer pürieren.
Bandnudeln bissfest kochen;
in der Zwischenzeit die
verbliebenen Hummer mit etwas
Öl beträufeln und in Alu-Folie
gewickelt 2-3 Minuten im Rohr
braten lassen.
Hummersoße und fertige
Bandnudeln auf den Tellern
verteilen und beliebig mit dem
gebratenen Hummer garnieren.

remove the heads and peel them.
Squeeze the reddish/pink liquid
out of the prawn heads and
keep it in the fridge. In a frying
pan brown minced garlic, basil,
parsley, chilli pepper, onion,
tomatoes and white wine. Add
part of the stock, a few drops of
brandy and salt.
Let the preparation cool and
puree in a blender with part of
the raw prawns, the liquid from
the heads, the juice of half a
lemon and its rind.
Cook the fettuccine “al dente”
and in the meantime roast for
2-3 minutes in the oven the
remaining prawns, wrapped in
foil with a little oil.
Once the pasta is cooked, serve
on each plate with a bit of
prawn sauce, fettuccine and an
oven roasted prawn.

Extraire la chair. Pincer les
têtes, et tirer doucement pour
extraire la chair de la carapace.
Conserver la carcasse au
réfrigérateur.
Faire revenir dans une poêle

l’oignon, les tomates et le vin
blanc. Ajouter ensuite une
partie du bouillon, quelques
gouttes de Cognac et du sel.
Faire ensuite refroidir en
incorporant une partie des
langoustines crues, la carcasse,
le jus d’un demi-citron et son
écorce.
Faire cuire les fettucine al
dente. Entre-temps, ajouter un
filet d’huile sur langoustines
restantes et envelopper dans du
papier aluminium avant de faire
cuire au four 2 à 3 minutes.
Egoutter les pâtes, disposer
ensuite la chair dans chaque
assiette, puis servir la chair,
les fettucine et garnir avec les
langoustines sorties du four.

environmental impact, but which are most of all
used in order to feature the local products of the

en plus douce. Le sable et la terre se font fins
et délicats. Les littoraux de Jesolo sont calmes
et veillent sur la lagune et les hommes. Face
à la mer, les campagnes, les terres fertiles et
l’agrotourisme s’offrent à nous. Les animaux
d’élevage et de la cour font leur entrée en
cuisine, les fruits et les légumes frais arrivent
directement des nombreux potagers de la région.
Les produits d’une grande qualité sont parfumés
et naturels. À table, on ne trouve que de bonnes
choses! Des produits de qualité fraîchement
arrivés des exploitations. Les longs trajets sont

E questo vale soprattutto per il Piave, cuore di un sistema lungo
il quale, attraverso i secoli, si è sviluppata la storia del Veneto e
la cultura del suo vino. La Serenissima Repubblica di Venezia,
con le ville palladiane circondate da filari regolari e pacati, ha
risalito il fiume e la sua feconda pianura portando cultura e idee,
valori e conoscenze. I terreni estesi, e costituiti prevalentemente
da sedimentazioni alluvionali, hanno regalato produzioni costanti
e rigogliose lungo una strada, La Strada dei Vini Doc Piave, che
da Jesolo a Torre di Mosto racchiude arte e profumi. Accanto al
Merlot, che costituisce la produzione più significativa di questa
zona, potrai gustare Cabernet e Verduzzo, Tocai italico, Raboso,
Pinot grigio, Pinot bianco e Pinot nero che, se non incidono per
quantità, rappresentano la nuova frontiera dell’innovazione e
della sperimentazione.

suit le cours des fleuves. Cette expression est particulièrement
valable pour le Piave, qui au cours des siècles s’est retrouvé au
centre du développement de la Vénétie et de la culture de son
vin. La République de Venise, dite la Sérénissime avec ses Villas
Palladiennes entourée d’allées régulières et tranquilles, a suivi
le cours de son fleuve et sa plaine féconde tout en conservant
sa culture, idées, valeurs et connaissances. Les vastes terrains
bénéficient de sédimentation alluviale qui favorise une production
abondante et régulière. La Route des vins A.O.C du Piave traverse
les terres de Jesolo à la commune de Torre di Mosto. On peut y
déguster du Merlot, le cépage le plus commun dans la région, mais
aussi, du Cabernet, du Verduzzo, du Tokay, du Raboso, du Pinot
gris, blanc et noir. Ces derniers y sont moins abondants mais sont
à la frontière de l’innovation et de l’expérimentation.

progetto di marketing territoriale Jesolo 2012 the city beach, avviato
nel 2008 dall’Amministrazione Comunale che individua il 2012 come
punto d’arrivo del progetto e del crono programma degli oltre 20
progetti in corso di realizzazione sul territorio. La Jesolo di ieri si
trasforma per lasciare spazio a una città a misura d’uomo, capace
di raccogliere i nuovi canoni estetici dal punto di vista urbanistico
ispirato dalle più importanti archistar. L’obiettivo è trasmettere il
messaggio forte di una città del futuro. Un luogo dove vivere con
un’alta qualità della vita, grazie a moderni servizi. L’Amministrazione
Comunale ha puntato su una comunicazione a 360°, che porterà

Jesolo, in concomitanza con altri eventi quali l’apertura del passante
di Mestre e il miglioramento dell’accessibilità stradale diretta. Il

der Umfahrung von Mestre und der Verbesserung der direkten

fr | La ville du futur | Le projet de Marketing territorial “Jesolo 2012,
ville-plage” a vu le jour dans l’étude du cabinet d’architecture Kenzo
Tange, démarrée par l’administration de la ville de Jesolo en 2008 et
qui devrait prendre fin en 2012. Il fait partie de la vingtaine de projets
en cours de réalisation sur tout le territoire de la ville. À la place de
l’ancienne ville Jesolo, on retrouve une nouvelle ville moderne à taille
humaine, qui accueille les canons esthétiques d’une ville urbaine,
définis par les architectes les plus connus mondialement. L’objectif
est de transmettre un message fort: Jesolo est une ville nouvelle
et moderne tournée vers l’avenir! Un lieu où l’on peut vivre toute
l’année, qui offre une qualité de vie exceptionnelle grâce aux nombreux
services qu’offre la ville. Pour accompagner cette renaissance de la
ville, l’administration communale a misé sur une communication à
360 degrés qui mettra en avant toutes les organisations économiques
et institutionnelles qui investissent à Jesolo, mais aussi les événements
majeurs comme l’ouverture du tronçon de Mestre et l’amélioration
de l’accessibilité aux routes directes. La ville s’investit à fond sur
tous les projets: la relance territoriale et le plan de promotion dont
le but est de fournir des informations sur la transformation urbaine
réalisée par les plus grands architectes au monde: Meier, Ferrater,
Byrne, Nunes, Nouvel et Zaha Hadid. L’administration communale
s’attache à expliquer aux entrepreneurs qui ont réalisé ces importants
investissements immobiliers, qu’il est indispensable de travailler en
équipe afin de communiquer conjointement sur le repositionnement de
toute la station balnéaire et non pas simplement sur celui de la côte
adriatique. La stratégie de promotion de la ville de Jesolo se veut être
efficace, pour cela elle utilise des moyens de communication qui ont
pour objectifs de repositionner l’image de la ville et l’augmentation sa
visibilité. La commune s’est engagée auprès de neuf acteurs à soutenir
les actions stratégiques planifiées chaque année, afin de maintenir les
regards sur Jesolo et de consolider son image de ville touristique à la
mode, capable de concourir avec les destinations d’outre-océan.
