The development of alternative technology stands for an emission-free future. The need for the conservation of resources by
reducing fuel consumption and emissions, as well as the call
for better safety and comfort, requires complex processes and
solutions.
HEW-KABEL ist ein Spezialkabelhersteller in Wipperfürth,
50 km östlich von Köln im Bergischen Land. Mehr als 300
Mitarbeiter sind bei uns in Forschung, Entwicklung, Produktion
und Vertrieb beschäftigt. Vom Technischen Design über die
Produktion bis hin zum Vertrieb bieten wir alles aus einer Hand.
Unsere internen Prozesse unterliegen einem strengen Qualitätsmanagement (ISO / TS 16949) und sind optimal aufeinander
abgestimmt.
HEW-KABEL is a medium-sized company in Wipperfürth, 50 km
east of Cologne. We employ more than 300 people in research
and development, production and sales, whose qualifications
are always kept up to date through continuous training. Our internal processes are subject to the strictest quality management
system and are optimally coordinated with one another. From
technical design to production to sales, we offer everything
from one source.
Mit Know-how und langjähriger Erfahrung entwickelt und
produziert HEW-KABEL kundenspezifische Kabellösungen für
verschiedene industrielle Marktsegmente, bei denen Miniaturisierung, Flexibilität oder besondere Lebensdaueranforderungen
eine große Rolle spielen. Anwendungsbereiche finden sich u. a.
in der Automobilindustrie, Luft- und Raumfahrt, Medizintechnik,

Using its know-how and experience gained over years, HEWKABEL designs, develops and manufactures customer specific
cable solutions for various industrial market segments, where
miniaturization, flexibility or special durability are required. Fields
of application include the automotive industry, the aerospace

In Konsequenz müssen immer mehr Komponenten auf
begrenztem Raum untergebracht und sinnvoll verkabelt
werden.
Diese Anhäufung lässt die Temperaturen, insbesondere im
Motorraum und im Bereich der Abgasanlage, in extreme
Höhen steigen. Die Kabel müssen daher auch über eine
lange Zeit hohen Temperaturen standhalten. Gleichzeitig
kann das Kabel, je nach Region, mit arktischer Kälte konfrontiert werden.
HEW-KABEL entwickelt und produziert Spezialkabel die
individuell auf diese Bedingungen abgestimmt sind, und
den Anwendern optimale Sicherheit gewährleisten.
In consequence more and more components have to be
accommodated in limited space and expediently linked as well
as wired.
This accumulation has the effect (especially in the engine
compartment and in the area of the exhaust system) that the
temperatures are extremely hot. Therefore special cables are
needed that can withstand these high temperatures over protracted periods. At the same time, however, the cable can be
confronted with extreme arctic temperature.
HEW-KABEL develops and produces the right solutions to face
these special conditions. Our special cables are designed to
ensure maximum safety on the road.

Lambda-Sensor-Leitungen
Lambda Sensor Cables
Um eine optimale Abgaszusammensetzung zu gewährleisten,
benötigt das Motormanagement einen Messwertgeber (Lambdasonde), welcher die Konzentration des Restsauerstoffgehalts
im Abgas misst. Dabei ist die Lambdasonde, wie auch das Kabel,
welches die Sonde mit der Regelelektronik verbindet, extremen
Bedingungen ausgesetzt. Die Leitungen von HEW-KABEL sind
auf diese Anforderungen optimal abgestimmt. So verfügen sie
z. B. über einen geringen Durchmesser und sind gleichzeitig
außerordentlich hitzebeständig.
In order to ensure an optimum exhaust gas composition, the
engine management system requires a transducer (lambda
sensor), which measures the residual oxygen content of the
exhaust gas. The lambda probe, as well as the cable, that links
the probe with the recording and control electronics, is exposed to extremely high temperatures. The HEW-KABEL cable
solutions are geared to these requirements. The lambda sensor
cable is for example despite its small diameter extremely heat
resistant.

SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) ist ein Verfahren, welches die
notwendige Reduzierung der Abgasemissionen auf die erforderlichen Grenzwerte bei gleichzeitiger Optimierung des Motors hinsichtlich Leistungsverhalten und Kraftstoffverbrauch ermöglicht.
SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) is a method which
enables the necessary reduction in exhaust emissions to the
required limits while optimizing engine performance and fuel
consumption.
Beheizte Scheibenwaschsysteme garantieren auch beim Fahren
unter winterlichen Bedingungen eine freie Sicht.
Heated windshield washer systems guarantee a safe view even
when driving under winter conditions.
