Stopfbuchspackungen
Unsere Packungen werden mit den besten, derzeit verfügbaren, technischen Garnen hergestellt. PTFE (mit FDA-Zertifikat), Kevlar®, Twaron®, Kohle, Grafit und
andere synthetische Produkte.
Die Abmessungen gehen von 3x3 mm bis 25x25 mm in der herkömmlichen
3-diagonalen oder 4-diagonalen Quadratflechtung. Unsere Standardeinheiten
sind: Abmessung von 3x3 mm bis 5x5 mm – Spulen mit 1 Kg. Von 6x6 mm bis
12x12 mm – Spulen mit je 2,50 Kg. von 14x14 mm bis 25x25 mm – Spulen mit
je 5,0 Kg.
Gland Packings
Our gland packings are manufactured with the best technical yarns currently
available: PTFE (FDA certificate), Kevlar ®, Twaron ®, carbon, graphite and other
synthetic products.
The dimensions range is from 3x3 mm to 25x25 mm in the conventional square
braiding in 3 or 4 diagonal. Our standard packagings are: dimensions from 3x3
mm to 5x5 mm - coils with 1 Kg, from 6x6 mm to 12x12 mm - coils with 2.50 Kg,
from 14x14 mm to 25x25 mm - coils with 5.0 Kg.
Flachdichtungen
Die gestanzten Flachdichtungen können aus
unterschiedlichsten Materialien hergestellt werden:
Gummi (SBR, NBR, EPDM, FKM, MVQ, u.a.), Kunststoffe (PTFE, PVC, POM, PEEK etc.),
Faserplatten (Klinger®, Reinz®, Frenzelit®) oder aus Reingrafit (ohne Verstärkung,
mit Verstärkung aus rostfreiem Stahl – Glattblech oder Spießblech).
Gaskets
The die cut gaskets can be made from different materials:
Rubber (SBR, NBR, EPDM, FKM, MVQ, etc.), Plastics (PTFE, PVC, POM,
PEEK etc.), Fiberboard (Klinger ®, Reinz ®, Frenzelit ®) or from pure Graphite
(without reinforcement, with plain stainless steel reinforcement
or tanged stainless steel reinforcement).
O-Ringe
Materialspezifisch können wir O-Ringe in den
Abmessungen von
0,74x1,02 mm bis
2020x8 mm liefern.
Materialbeispiele:
NBR, EPDM, HNBR,
CR, FKM, FFPM, VMQ,
PTFE, FEP.
Auf Lager haben wir
auch O-Ring Kästen, ideal
für Instandhalter und
Servicebetriebe.
O-Rings
Depending on the material we can deliver o-rings with dimensions
from 0.74 x1.02 mm to 2020x8 mm.
We supply materials such as: NBR, EPDM, HNBR, CR, FKM, FFPM,
VMQ, PTFE, FEP. On stock we have O-ring boxes, ideal for
maintenance and for service companies.
Gleitringdichtungen
Wir stellen Standard Gleitringdichtungen
für ziemlich alle Anwendungen, gem. Norm
EN12756, her. Andernfalls fertigen wir
gem. Pumpentyp und natürlich auch nach
Zeichnung oder Muster. Im Allgemeinen
können unsere Gleitringdichtungen von
einem Wellendurchmesser von 6 mm bis zu 100 mm gefertigt werden. Alle Metallteile werden
aus rostfreiem Stahl gefertigt. Die Gleitflächen sind üblicherweise aus Kohle, Siliziumkarbid,
Wolframkarbid, Keramik oder rostfreiem Stahl. Die verwendeten Standardelastomere sind: NBR,
EPDM und VITON®. Wir können die Dichtungen, bei Bedarf, auch mit KALREZ®, AFLAS® oder FEP
liefern.
Mechanical Seals
We manufacture standard mechanical seals for nearly all applications, according to EN12756.
Otherwise we manufacture according to the pump style and also according to drawings or samples.
Generally the standard shaft diameters of our seals are from 6 mm to 100 mm. All metal parts
are made from stainless steel. The sliding surfaces are usually made from carbon, silicon carbide,
tungsten carbide, ceramic or stainless steel. The standard elastomers we use are: NBR, EPDM and
VITON ®. We can also provide the seals, if necessary, with KALREZ ®, AFLAS ® or FEP o-rings.
Spiraldichtungen
Unsere Spiraldichtungen werden aus rostfreiem Stahl, mit Grafit oder PTFE
als „Filler“ hergestellt. Auch erhältlich mit Innenring und Zentrierring gemäß
den Normen DIN, ANSI, API und BS oder nach Anforderungen des Kunden.
Spiral Wound Gaskets
Our spiral wound gaskets are made ​​from stainless steel, with graphite or
PTFE as filler. Also available with inner ring and center ring according to DIN,
ANSI, API, BS, and according to customer requirements.
Graphite
The graphite seals can be manufactured as die-cut gaskets or as stuffing box
rings for valves with high pressure and high temperature.

Zubehör
Packungszieher, die in zwei Ausführungen erhältlich sind: Flexibel oder starr
mit austauschbarer Spitze. Bei Beschädigung ist so lediglich die Spitze
zu ersetzen und nicht das komplette Werkzeug. Die Packungszieher sind
geeignet für das Entfernen von Packungen von 3x3 mm bis mindestens
25x25 mm.
Tools
Stuffing Box Packing Extractors are available in two styles: flexible or rigid
with interchangeable tip. If damaged is to replace only the tip and not the
complete tool. The packing extractors are suitable for the removal of gland
packings from 3x3 mm to at least 25x25 mm.

PTFE
We have various PTFE products on stock such as adhesive ePTFE flatband,
easy to install, for a variety of applications in several industries. PTFE thread
seal tape, available in various widths and lengths with the thickness of 0.08
mm - 0.10 mm - 0.20 mm, on request available with TÜV, DVGW and FDA.
Grafit
Die Grafitdichtungen können hergestellt werden als gestanzte
Flachdichtungen oder als Stopfbuchsringe für Ventile mit hohem Druck und
hoher Temperatur.

PTFE
Wir haben verschiedene PTFE-Artikel auf Lager wie z.B. selbstklebendes
ePTFE-Flachband, leicht zu montieren, für verschiedenste Anwendungen in
der Industrie. PTFE-Gewindedichtband, erhältlich in verschiedenen Breiten
und Längen mit den Stärken 0,08 mm – 0,10 mm – 0,20 mm, auf Wunsch
mit den Zertifikaten TÜV, DVGW und FDA.
