We will enjoy working closely with all of you to raise our cooperation to a new level. Today’s President’s Event and Policy Seminar is a unique occasion to bring together all institutions involved. We will hear representatives from politics and business and discuss essential aspects of our collaboration – e.g. the notion of “applied science” in higher education and the value of global learning, teaching and working experience - with experts from various renowned institutions. There will also be plenty of time for getting to know one another and explore the h_da campus and Darmstadt. hn aß str e Sc e g na ch it is my pleasure to welcome you to Hochschule Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences to celebrate the commencement of our project “Creating a Transatlantic Applied Science Network in Engineering”, sponsored by the German Academic Exchange Service DAAD.
