11 beladene Produktträger pro Stapel, ein unbeladener Produktträger oben auf.
6 Trockenmittel und 1 Indikatorkarte 741147-3 in obersten (leeren) Produktträger
Produktträgerstapel in Trockenbeutel einbringen. Beutel leicht evakuieren, luftdicht verschweißen.
Label mit Produkt-PN und Revisionsstand auf dem Alubeutel sichtbar anbringen
Verschweißdatum auf MSID-mainlabel (Vorlage Seite 2) notieren. Zettel aussen auf den Alubeutel aufkleben.
Karton richten: eine Pappeinlage und 2 Papierpolster einlegen; verschweisste Stapel einsetzen, zu jeder Seite
mit je einem Papierpolster absichern und zu oberst zwei Papierpolster und eine Pappeinlage verwenden.
VAC-Wert/value: max. 30
Time: 2,9s
Beutel leicht evakuieren, luftdicht verschweißen.
Evacuate only ligthly and seal the bag airthight.
11 loaded trays per pile, 1 empty tray on top of the pile. Put Pile into MB-bag.
Put 6 desiccant bags and one Humidity Indicator Card 741147-3 in the top tray
Evacuate only ligthly and seal the bag, see values on picture.
Sealing date must be written on MSL caution-paper (see page 2). Cautionpaper must sticked outside MBB.
Setup carton, put 1x 973163-2 and 2x 740045-2 onto carton bottom, set bag into carton and fill void space
with 1x papercushion on each side, covered by 1x 973163-2 and 2x 740045-2.

1 x ESD Label 741114-1 + 1x MSID Label 741114-2 werden auf Deckel des Kartons geklebt.
1x ESD Label 741114-1 + 1x MSID label PN 741114-2 shall be sticked on the cover of the carton
