In 1984 the Oslo Pass was launched as
one of the very first city cards in
Europe. Thirty three years on, the
Oslo Pass is still the best way to visit
our city. The Oslo Pass includes free
public transport and free entrance to
museums and sights, in addition to
discounts on activities and services.
The Oslo Pass will save you time and
money, and will allow you to discover
the different parts of our beautiful city.
Thank you for choosing
Oslo and the Oslo Pass!
You can purchase the Oslo Pass at the
Oslo Visitor Centre inside
Østbanehallen, by Oslo Central Station,
where Oslo experts will help you plan
your stay in our beautiful city. Oslo
Visitor Centre is open 365 days a year.
Oslo is a capital city in continuous
development. You can discover the
history of the city at the Akershus
medieval fortress and at the same time
see great urban development projects
in the “Barcode” area in Bjørvika.
The Oslo Fjord, the urban areas and
the surrounding forests mark the
uniqueness of our city, as well as the
contrasts. Oslo is the city of Munch,
Vigeland and Ibsen, and a city that
hosts more than 5.000 concerts every
year - not bad for a relatively small
capital with only 658.000 inhabitants.
We hope you will love Oslo as much as
we do, and enjoy your Oslo Pass.
Welcome to Oslo!

Restaurant named after the paleolithic diet, or stone-age diet. Open from
early morning until late at night, Brasserie Paleo’s style is refined and rustic
at the same time. The name Paleo comes from the word paleolithic, which
refers to a lifestyle and a way of dealing with food. The origin is from the
time when humans lived as hunters and fishers, and it`s also known as
stone-age diet. The modern paleolithic diet is about avoiding processed
foods and using local products, seasonal vegetables and organically
produced food.
We offer a 20% discount on our Norwegian and international brasserie menu.
Our dishes are inspired by the season and we serve everything from small
dishes, salads and soups to three-course menus. Signature concepts such
as Afternoon Tea, beer and food in combination menues and Bloody Mary’s
are available any day of the week. Beer Table, a combination of food and
beer is a favourite. Enjoy our unique and informal atmosphere in the heart
of downtown Oslo. From May, our outdoor area is open for lunch and
dinner. Contact us if you have any queries.
