zum Schneiden und Wickeln auch von dünnen und dünnsten Bändern

Slitting is a method by which a metal strip is cut into several
narrow strips simultaniously.
B+S is one of the leading manufacturers of precision slitting lines for
cutting and winding also of thin strips and strips with a delicate surface.
Our slitting lines meet the highest demands and guarantee best cutting
quality, most accurate width tolerance and a high winding quality. Our
precision slitting lines are customized: Line speed and design of the
machines and the degree of automisation depends on the required
productivity of the line, the required surface quality, strip thickness, strip
width and coil weight.
Take advantage of the years of experience we also have in cutting of
materials like wire mesh, lead, gold, silver, palladium, molybdenum,

Stretch-bend-levelling lines
Das Streck-Biege-Richten ist eine Technologie zum Richten von
dünnen Metallbändern. Die konsequente Weiterentwicklung der
Streck-Biege-Richtanlagen hat B+S zum Weltmarktführer beim Richten
von dünnen und dünnsten Metallbändern gemacht.
Durch Überlagerung von Zug und Biegung während des Richtprozesses
können Materialparameter wie Streckgrenze, Dehnung und Federbiegegrenze eingestellt und die inneren Spannungen reduziert werden.
Dadurch werden Formabweichungen der Bänder wie Welligkeit, die Querkrümmung, der Längsbogen und der Säbel auf ein Minimum reduziert.
Diese Qualitätsverbesserungen des Bandes optimieren die Weiterverarbeitung wesentlich. So verbessern sich beispielsweise die Tiefzieheigenschaften der Bänder, die Formgenauigkeit der Endprodukte werden erhöht
und bei Oberflächenbeschichtungen können dünnere Schichtdicken
erreicht werden.
Strech-bend-levelling is a method to level thin metal strips.
Through consistent development of the strech-bend-levelling lines, B+S
has proved to be a world market leader in levelling thin and very
thin metal strips.
By means of force superposition (tension and bending) during the
levelling process, material parameters such as yield point, elongation
and spring bending limit can be adjusted and the internal stress reduced.
In this way form error such as waves, cross bow, coil set and camber can be
reduced to a minimum.
Improving the quality of the metal strip in this way, optimises subsequent
processing such as deep drawing and accuracy in shape of the end
products. When applying surface coating, a stronger deposit thickness
tolerance can be reached.

Je nach Anforderung kommt die Optische Planheitsmessung oder die Planheitsmessrolle
zum Einsatz.
Optisches Planheitsmesssystem
- Planheit des Bandes wird berührungslos über ein optisches Messsystem abgetastet.
- Hochauflösend mit bis zu 200 Mess-Zonen über die Bandbreite, dadurch bessere Darstellung
der Bandform und genauere Regelung der Stützungen.
