Confidentiality Statement FIZ GmbH
The Forschungsinstitut der Zementindustrie GmbH offers services which are conducted
professionally and objectively. It is our express obligation to keep all data made available
to us through the project strictly confidential.
In particular, we commit ourselves
-
to keep all information gained within the scope of the project strictly secret,
-
to protect confidential information and data against access by third parties who are not
members of the project team,
-
to use confidential information exclusively to prepare and carry out the project,
-
not to forward confidential information to anyone except the staff members and consultants who are clearly assigned to the project, unless the client has given their explicit
consent,
-
not to publish reports or parts of reports on project work without the client’s explicit consent,
-
to offer full support to staff members assigned to a project regarding the keeping of confidentiality, and not to confront them with any conflict of interests.
We will be glad to explain personally each separate measure we have taken to ensure
confidentiality.
