Primafill
La Primafill è la riempitrice a gravità KOSME
specializzata nel riempimento di liquidi
piatti come acqua, succhi di frutta, liquori,
aceto e vino.
La movimentazione continua del prodotto e
la sua semplicità nella fase di riempimento
rendono questa macchina molto affidabile
nella gestione lasciando così invariate le
caratteristiche del prodotto.
Il basamento modulare con superficie inclinata Tabletec (standard su diametri da 960
e 1200 mm) garantisce vantaggi notevoli
a livello di manutenzione ordinaria e nelle
fasi di pulizia da parte dell’operatore.
La Primafill garantisce molteplici possibilità di combinazioni con sciacquatrici e
tappatori per coprire qualsiasi esigenza del
cliente.
2| KOSME Filling
The gravimetric filler KOSME Primafill is
ideal for filling non-carbonated liquid
products, e. g.
water, fruit juices, liqueurs, vinegar and
wine.
The continuous and simple product transport during the filling phase provides this
machine with high reliability, therefore
product quality is unimpaired.
The modular base with inclined Tabletec table plate (standard with 960 mm and 1200
mm diameters) ensures important routine
servicing and cleaning advantages.
Thanks to many combination possibilities
with different rinsers and capping systems
the Primafill filler can meet all customer’s
requirements.
Der Schwerkraftfüller KOSME Primafill
eignet sich insbesondere für die Abfüllung
von stillen, flüssigen Produkten wie z. B.
Wasser, Fruchtsäften, Likören, Essig und
Wein.
Aufgrund des kontinuierlichen und einfachen Produkttransportes während der
Abfüllung arbeitet dieser Füller sehr zuverlässig; dadurch bleibt die ursprüngliche
Qualität des Produktes erhalten.
Der modulare Sockel mit geneigter Tabletec
Tischplatte (Standard bei Durchmessern
von 960 mm und 1200 mm) gewährleistet
erhebliche Wartungs- und Reinigungsvorteile für den Bediener.
Der Primafill bietet mehrere Kombinationsmöglichkeiten mit Rinsern und
Verschließern an, um den verschiedensten

Questo modello della famiglia Primafill PET è
equipaggiato con dispositivi per il neck-handling
per il riempimento di contenitori in PET. Durante
il riempimento il canale integrato di ritorno del
gas consente il funzionamento a camere multiple e, quindi, la separazione del prodotto dall’aria
di ritorno, che viene condotta nel canale di ritorno aria separato. Per le bevande sensibili sotto il
profilo microbiologico il sistema a camere multiple rappresenta un’ottima possibilità di ottenere
la massima sicurezza in fase di riempimento. Il
canale di ritorno aria serve anche per effettuare
il lavaggio con il ciclo CIP. La riempitrice Primafill
PET si presenta quindi come un sistema estremamente interessante per l’imbottigliamento
di prodotti piatti nelle migliori condizioni di
sicurezza microbiologica.
In questo modello della famiglia Primafill LV-F le
bottiglie vengono premute contro le campanelle
di centraggio tramite piattelli di sollevamento. Il
livello di riempimento necessario viene definito
tramite la lunghezza del tubo di ritorno dell’aria
(cannula). Nel procedimento di lavaggio le valvole di riempimento vengono aperte con l’ausilio di
false bottiglie, consentendo il risciacquo del sistema di riempimento. Il sistema di riempimento
Primafill LV-F è ormai ampiamente collaudato e
risulta assolutamente affidabile anche nell’esercizio continuo grazie alla sua struttura particolarmente semplice.
In questo modello della famiglia Primafill LV-AL le
bottiglie vengono premute contro le campanelle
di centraggio tramite piattelli di sollevamento.
Il livello di riempimento viene determinato
mediante una regolazione centralizzata da touch
screen dell’ingranaggio posto su ogni singola
valvola che determina la corsa della campanella.
Naturalmente è così possibile eseguire tutte
le modifiche del livello di riempimento senza
dover intervenire manualmente sulla valvola. Nel
procedimento di lavaggio le valvole di riempimento vengono aperte con l’ausilio di false
bottiglie, consentendo il risciacquo del sistema di
riempimento. Il sistema di riempimento Primafill
LV-AL è ormai ampiamente collaudato e risulta
assolutamente affidabile anche nell’esercizio
continuo grazie alla sua struttura particolarmente semplice.
This model, Primafill PET, is equipped for neckhandling and filling of PET containers. During filling, the integrated gas vent allows the function
of multiple chambers and thus the separation
of the product from the vented air. The air is
conducted into a separate air line. The multiple
chamber system is an excellent solution for
providing maximum security during the filling
phase of beverages that sensitive to microbiological contamination. The air vent is also used for
the CIP washing cycle. The Primafill PET filling
machine is an extremely interesting system for
bottling non-carbonated products under the
best conditions to protect against microbiologic
contamination.
Das Modell Primafill PET ist mit Neck-HandlingEinrichtungen zur Füllung von PET-Behältern
ausgestattet. Während der Füllung erlaubt der
integrierte Gasrückflusskanal den Betrieb mit
Mehrfachkammern und somit die Trennung
des Produktes von der Rückflussluft, die in den
separaten Luftrückflusskanal geleitet wird. Für
unter mikrobiologischem Profil empfindliche
Getränke stellt das Mehrfachkammer-System
eine optimale Möglichkeit für höchste Sicherheit
beim Abfüllen dar. Der Luftrückflusskanal dient
auch zur CIP-Reinigung. Der Füller Primafill PET
ist somit ein extrem interessantes Abfüllsystem
für stille, flüssige Produkte unter den besten
mikrobiologischen Sicherheitsbedingungen.

In this model, Primafill LV-F, bottles are
pressed against the centering guides by the
carrier plates. The required fill level is defined by
the length of the air vent pipe (straw). During the
cleaning process, the fill valves are opened using
dummy bottles, allowing the filling system to be
rinsed. The Primafill LV-F filling system has a solid
history in the market and is fully reliable, even
under continuous use, thanks to its extremely
simple structure.
Bei dem Modell Primafill LV-F werden die
Flaschen durch Hebeteller gegen die Flaschenhalszentrierer gedrückt. Der erforderliche Füllstand wird durch die Länge des
Luftrückflussschlauchs (Kanüle) bestimmt. Bei
dem Waschvorgang werden die Füllventile mit
Hilfe falscher Flaschen geöffnet, wodurch das
Spülen des Füllsystems ermöglicht wird. Das
Füllsystem Primafill LV-F ist bereits weitgehend
getestet und dank seines besonders einfachen
Aufbaus selbst bei kontinuierlichem Betrieb
absolut zuverlässig.
In this model, Primafill LV-AL, bottles are pressed
against the centering guides by the carrier

touchscreen adjustment of the gear on each
individual valve. This adjustment defines the
travel distance of the centering guide. Naturally,
this makes it possible to make all changes in fill
level without requiring manual operations be
performed on the valves themselves. During the
cleaning process, the fill valves are opened using
dummy bottles, allowing the filling system to be
rinsed. The Primafill LV-AL filling system has a
solid history in the market and is fully reliable,
even under continuous use, thanks to its extremely simple structure.
Bei dem Modell Primafill LV-AL werden die
Flaschen durch Hebeteller gegen die Flaschenhalszentrierer gedrückt. Der Füllstand wird durch
eine Zentralregulierung über Touchscreen des
Zahnrads an jedem einzelnen Ventil bestimmt,
das den Hub des Flaschenhalszentrierers festlegt.
Natürlich ist es auf diese Weise möglich, alle Füllstandsänderungen ohne manuelles Eingreifen
am Ventil vorzunehmen. Bei dem Waschvorgang
werden die Füllventile mit Hilfe falscher Flaschen
geöffnet, wodurch das Spülen des Füllsystems
ermöglicht wird. Das Füllsystem Primafill LV-AL
ist bereits weitgehend getestet und dank seines
besonders einfachen Aufbaus selbst bei kontinuierlichem Betrieb absolut zuverlässig.
