The EURO 2016 has arrived. Since this month is all about the
European Football Championship we have prepared for you
informations and locations for public viewing.
Soon in our carpool , two, brand new "Denzas", to make your driving

10.000) aus dem Jahr 2015 im chinesischen Arbeitsrecht ausgewertet.
Den Schwerpunkt der Analyse stellen die in der Praxis wichtigen Kündigungsverfahren dar. In Kenntnis der

About the Speaker: Dr. Florian Kessler
Dr. Florian Kessler leitet derzeit das China­Buero der deutschen Sozietät Wülfing Zeuner Rechel, die im Jahr
2015 zur Kanzlei des Jahres für den Mittelstand gewählt wurde (juve award). Ein Schwerpunkt der Tätigkeit von
Herrn Dr. Kessler stellt das chinesische Arbeitsrecht dar.
Seit Dezember 2010 ist Herr Dr. Kessler Gastprofessor an der Chinesischen Universität für Politik und Recht in
Peking. Im Jahr 2014 wurde er zum Schiedsrichter bei der China International Economic Trade Arbitration
Commission (CIETAC) ernannt. Herr Dr. Kessler hat zahlreiche Publikationen im chinesischen Recht
veröffentlicht und als Mitglied der Standardvertragskommission im Rahmen des gemischten Deutsch­
Chinesischen Regierungsausschusses an der Erstellung von Musterklauseln für Deutsch­Chinesische Joint­
Venture mitgewirkt.
Zu den vorherigen beruflichen Stationen zählen Tätigkeiten beim Deutsch­Chinesischen Institut für
Rechtswissenschaft in Göttingen und Nanjing sowie als Rechtsanwalt in Berlin. Von 2006 bis 2013
verantwortete er als Stellvertretender Delegierter der Deutschen Wirtschaft bei der AHK Peking die
Dienstleistungen für deutsche Unternehmen beim Markteintritt in China.
