I had my air conditioning unit go out in the
middle of last summer. It was hot and I
called Campbell’s I was told they had calls
ahead of me and would get there by tomorrow. They called later that afternoon to
say they would be there by 2pm the next
day.
At 11am the day of the appointment they
said they were running later and by 3:30
they would be there. They arrived at 3 and
apologized for running late. I was amazed,
they were so respectful and worried about
me since I am not the youngest person
around and it was very hot in my home.
They had to replace the unit it was very old but showed me the savings on electricity, greater efficiency and the ease of any other repairs that might be needed. I followed their advice but wasn’t sure
if I should.
I have waited so long to tell you, because I saved more than the 30% they told me I would probably
see. I wanted to make sure of the amount.
They know service and I am so please with what they did and how they treated me.
