Gentili ospiti,
per migliorare il nostro servizio al cliente, come previsto dalla
certificazione ambientale ISO 14001, e per favorire lo sviluppo
sostenibile, tema di EXPO 2015, Camping La Quercia ha deciso
di seguire in proprio le operazioni di raccolta differenziata e conferimento dei rifiuti, al fine di ridurre la quantità prodotta di rifiuti
non riciclabili (SECCO) e aumentare la raccolta di materiali che
possono essere riutilizzati, nei seguenti modi:
•Ogni unità abitativa verrà dotata di 4 contenitori posti all’esterno per la raccolta di secco, vetro, carta, plastica e di un contenitore all’interno per l’umido.
•Presso le unità abitative verrà effettuata la raccolta porta a porta
con frequenza giornaliera per quel che riguarda umido e secco e a
giorni alterni per le altre tipologie di rifiuti (la frequenza può subire
variazioni in base alla affluenza nei periodi di bassa stagione)
•Le isole ecologiche presso tutti i gruppi di servizi igienici rimangono a servizio dei soli ospiti delle piazzole.
•Verranno posizionate mini isole ecologiche (secco, vetro, plastica,
carta) nei principali punti di aggregazione del campeggio: piscine,
ristoranti, area commerciale, parco giochi, reception, spiaggia.
•La raccolta verrà effettuata con mezzo proprio del campeggio
e con proprio personale che si occuperà anche di controllare la
correttezza dello smistamento.
•I rifiuti non correttamente smistati non verranno prelevati.

una grande assunzione di responsabilità da parte di Camping

in order to improve our service for the client, as per rule ISO
14001 about environment protection, and in order to promote
a sustainable development, which is the object of EXPO 2015,
Camping La Quercia has decided to manage by itself the separate
waste collection, in order to reduce the quantity of not recyclable
waste and increase the collection of object which can be recycled of used again.
(swimming pools, restaurants, shopping centre, children playground, reception, beach).
•The separate waste collection will be care of Camping La
Quercia’s OWN dustcart and staff, who will also check the correct separation of rubbish.
•Waste, which has not been correctly separated, will not be
collected.
•We will put containers for door to door collection in all our accommodations: 4 containers (rebuff, glass, plastic, paper) and
1 container inside (wet waste).
•The door to door collection will take place daily for wet waste
and rebuff and every other day for glass, plastic and paper (possible changes according to the season).
•The separate waste collection-points by the toilette groups are
at disposal of all guests only, who occupy an emplacement.
•Small waste collection-points (rebuff, glass, plastic, paper)
will also be placed in gathering areas around the camping site

um den Service an unserem Gast zu verbessern, wie im Umweltschutzzertifikat ISO 14001 vorgesehen und ganz im Einklang mit
dem Thema der EXPO 2015, zur Unterstützung einer für die Umwelt tragbareren Entwicklung zu sorgen, hat Camping La Quercia
beschlossen selbstständig die Aktion Abfall- und Reciclingstofftrennung und dessen Entsorgung durchzuführen. Die Endmüllmenge (TROKKEN) soll reduziert werden und wiederverwendbare Materialien einem neuen Zweck zugeführt werden.

Plastik) und zusätzlich mit einem Gefäß, im Hausinneren, für
Bio-Müll versehen sein.
•Bei den Wohneinheiten wird die Bio-Müll und Restmüll Entsorgung täglich und für alle anderen Recicilingstoffe jeden zweiten
Tag durchgeführt werden. Die Häufigkeit der Entleerung kann
saisonsbedingte Änderungen erfahren.
•Die Wertstoffzonen, bei allen unseren Waschhäusern, sind jetzt nur
noch für die Campinggäste vorgesehen, welche Stellplätze belegen.
•Es werden Mini-Wertstoff-Zonen eingerichtet (Restmüll, Glas,

Om onze klantenservice te verbeteren zoals omschreven in de milieucertificering ISO 14001, ter bevordering van het TEMA EXPO
2015, heeft Camping La Quercia besloten om zelf voor de scheiding van het afval te zorgen. Want om afval nog beter te scheiden
en restafval zo veel mogelijk te voorkomen kan er steeds meer
gerecycled worden.
Camping La Quercia heeft toen besloten om het volgende te doen:
•Elke vakantiewoning wordt buiten voorzien van 4 afvalbakken
voor de verzameling van restafval, papier, glas en plastic. Binnen
1 voor het groenafval (gft).
•Bij de woningen wordt er dagelijks afval opgehaald, elke dag
rest- en groenafval. De andere dagen papier, glas en plastic.
•De afvalpunten bij de toiletgebouwen zijn alleen voor de bewoners van de standplaatsen.
•Er zullen kleine afvalpunten voor het scheiden van afval (rest-,
glas-, papier-, plastic- en groenafval) op de camping bij de
zwembaden, restaurants, winkelstraat, speeltuin, receptie en op
het strand geplaatst worden.
•Het afval wordt door ons personeel opgehaald. Ook wordt er opgelet dat het afval goed wordt gescheiden. Afval wat niet goed
gescheiden is, zal niet worden meegenomen.

Dit nieuwe systeem voor het scheiden van afval is nog een experiment en is de verantwoordelijkheid van Camping La Quercia
ten aanzien van het milieu en het welzijn van haar gasten.
Wij rekenen op uw medewerking en begrip voor het slagen van
dit project:
•Lees zorgvuldigde informatie voor de correcte scheiding van
het afval.
•Het gesorteerde afval moet schoon zijn.
•Geef bij de receptie uw eventuele ongemakken door zodat wij de
kans krijgen te verbeteren.

Camping La Quercia har besluttet selv at stå for særskilt indsamling
og bortskaffelse af affald, med henblik på at reducere mængden af
ikke genanvendeligt affald (tørt affald) samt øge indsamlingen af
materialer, der kan genbtuges på følgende måder:
affald, glas, plast, papir) ved de vigtigste mødesteder på campingpladsen; swimmingpool, restauranter, butik område, legeplads, reception, stranden).
•Samlingen af affald sker med campingpladsens egen transportmidler og personale der samtidig kontrollerer om affaldsorteringen er korrekt.
•Affald der ikke er korrekt sorteret, vil ikke blive taget.
•Hver boligenhed vil blive udstyret med 4 affaldspande, placeret
udenfor til indsamling af tørt affald, glas, papir, plast og indenfor
i boligen en affaldspand til køkkenaffald.
•Ved boligerne vil affaldspanden mhs til køkkenaffald og tørt affald
blive tømt hver dag og de andre typer affald hver anden dag.

•Container til affalds fordeling, for de gæster der optager standpladserne, findes ved alle toiletbygninger.
