Der neue Stahlkarosserie-Reparaturplatz VAS 6571 dient
der optimalen Instandsetzung von Struktur- und Bagatellschäden an VW- und AUDI-Fahrzeugen.
Ziel ist es Rüstzeiten ganz zu vermeiden oder weitestgehend zu reduzieren, sowie während des gesamten Reparaturprozesses dem Mitarbeiter einen optimal gestalteten
Arbeitsplatz zur Verfügung zu stellen. Ferner erzeugt dieser
Arbeitsplatz auch beim VW/AUDIWerkstattkunden das Bild
einer optimal eingerichteten und professionellen Werkstatt,
die mit dem Oberklasse-Anspruch, den er an sein VW/
AUDI-Fahrzeug stellt, konform geht.
Der Stahl-Reparaturplatz VAS 6571 ist ein modulares
System, das aus folgenden Komponenten besteht:

• dem Schutzvorhangsystem

VAS 1698 A
The new VW/AUDI steel body repair bay VAS 6571 aims at
reducing repair times considerably by drastically cutting the
set-up times for each working step during the repair of
VW/AUDI steel bodies or components.
The new ProWoTech steel body repair bay addresses in
particular the increasing amount of minor damages. The
smallerthedamage,thegreateristhebenefitofthetime
saved in relation to the overall repair time. The new steel
body repair bay concept gives a high end working environment to your personnel. What is more, the body workshop
can present his professionalism and expertise to his VW/
AUDI customer.
The new VW/AUDI steel body repair bay VAS 6571 is a
modular system containing the following modules:
• the support construction made by an aluminium truss
system
• the protective curtain system
• the hanging trolley to carry all energy systems and
equipment
• the portable vacuum cleaner VAS 6571/1
• the professional light system
• optional the professional edition of the container for
removed parts VAS 6571/4 or the container for
removed parts VAS 1698 A

The support construction made by an aluminium truss system
Anstelle einer Stahlkonstruktion kommt ein Aluminium-Gitterträgersystem, wie man es zum Beispiel aus der Bühnentechnik kennt, zum Einsatz. Neben einer Top-Optik hat
dieses System bei vergleichbaren Materialkosten vor allem
technische Vorteile:
• Drastisch reduziertes Eigengewicht
• ExtremeBiege-undTorsionssteifigkeit
• Höchste Montagefreundlichkeit
• Reduzierte Frachtkosten
• Preisgünstige Standardelemente
• Schnelle Lieferzeit
• Breites Zubehörprogramm
Die Tragekonstruktion kann einfach optimal auf jede denkbare Einbausituation angepasst werden. Zur Verfügung stehen Wandkonsolen, höheneinstellbare Abhängungen, Stützen, sowie jede Mischform. 5 Bauformen sind als Standard
verfügbar, Sonderlösungen jederzeit machbar. Die Standardelemente sind mit passgenauen Konusverbindern zusammengefügt, die dann mit einem Keil vorgespannt und
mit Federklammern gesichert werden. Somit ist die Montage einfach und schnell, bietet aber auch bei Umzügen oder
Umbauten die Möglichkeit das System immer wieder zu
zerlegen und an anderer Stelle neu aufzubauen.
Mit klappbaren Rohrschellen (Halfcoupler) werden die
Modultraversen solide und schnell an die Gitterträger geklemmt. Die Modultraversen nehmen dann die Schienensysteme für das Vorhangsystem, den um das Fahrzeug verschiebbaren Versorgungswagen mitsamt seinem
Schleppkabelsystem, sowie das Beleuchtungssystem auf.
Instead of a heavy steel structure ProWoTech uses a lightweight aluminium truss system similar to the systems you
might know from event stages. The advantages are:

The aluminium truss system can be adapted easily to every
existing local situation. There are wall connectors, adjustable suspensions or columns available, as well as mixtures of these standard versions. There are 5 standard version
available, but also every special situation might be covered
with this system.
The truss standard elements are connected by precision
conefixationswhicharelockedwithboltsandlockingpins.
This makes it easy and fast to assemble during the installation process. Further, you always have the option to rebuild
it if there is another location required by any reason in future.
Using halfcouplers the module traverse system is connected to the aluminium truss.
The module traverses suspend all the rail systems for the
energy trolley, the cables and hoses, the curtain system
and the lighting rows.

Die bewegliche Energieversorgungseinheit

Eine Kernkomponente des Arbeitsplatz-Systems ist der
Versorgungswagen, der U-förmig um das Fahrzeug in den
Reparaturbereich geschoben wird. Hier stehen dem Karosseriebauer dann ohne Rüstzeit alle erforderlichen Ströme,
Druckluft, eine Werkzeugwand und verschiedene Ablagemöglichkeiten zur Verfügung.
Alles ist jederzeit aufgeräumt und griffbereit. Alle Zuleitungen, Kabel und Schläuche verbleiben unter der Decke. Der
Werkstattboden bleibt immer frei von „Kabelsalat“ und Stolperfallen.
Geräte und Maschinen, die fest diesem Arbeitsplatz zugeordnet bleiben, werden auf dem Versorgungswagen abgestellt und an die dafür vorgesehenen Strom- und Luftanschlüsse angeschlossen. So sind auch diese Geräte
jederzeit ohne Rüstzeiten einsetzbar. Auch die mobile Absauganlage und z.B. das Schweißgerät können hier angeschlossen werden.
Ferner besteht die Möglichkeit auch den Schwenkarm der
Absauganlage zur Schweißraucherfassung am Versorgungswagen zu befestigen, so dass auch beim Absaugen
der Boden frei und alles sofort griffbereit bleibt.
Ausstattungsmerkmale

• 2 Druckluftaufroller 3/8“ mit Rastung
• 1 Druckluft-Wartungseinheit mit Manometer, Regler,
Wasserabscheider und Öler
• 4 Gummiköcher für z.B. Bohrmaschine
• 1 Lochblech zur Werkzeugbefestigung
• 1 Abstellfläche für fest dem Arbeitsplatz zugeordnete
Geräte und Maschinen
• 2 Druckluftanschlüsse für diese Geräte
• 1 intern abgesicherte Energiebox mit 2 CEE-Steckdosen 400 V - 16 A und 2 Steckdosen 230 V
• Umlaufender Stoßring mit Handlauf
The media supply trolley is one of the centrepieces of the
ProWoTech workbay concept. The trolley moves inside a Ushaped track to the repair zone at the car.
Whether you need electrical power, air supply or tools, everything is always immediately at hand and can be used without any set-up time.All cables and hoses of the feeding
remain ahead inside the track. The floor is always free of
cables and their risk of accident.
For example, dent removal equipment and every machinery
that is located on the aluminium repair bay can be installed
on the platform of the supply trolley. There is electrical and
air supply available so you can use the equipment without
any set-up time, too.
Also the vacuum cleaner and the aluminium welding machine might be connected to the power supply of the media
trolley.
Since it is impossible to work with magnetic fixations at an
aluminium body there is an option to fix the telescopic arm
to catch the welding smoke at the media trolley.
The media trolley contains
• 2 cable spools 230 V – 16 A
• 2 hose reels 3/8“
• 1 Maintenance unit for compressed air
• 4 retaining holster for electric tools
• 1 perforated shelve to fix tools
• 1 board to carry machinery and equipment
• 2 connectors for compressed air to supply the machinery and equipment

Das Beleuchtungssystem
The professional lighting system
Gutes Licht ist eine wesentliche Vorraussetzung für ein optimales Arbeitsergebnis.
Professional lighting is a must for a perfect result of any repair.
Das 4-seitig ausgeführte Licatec-Lichtsystem im Aluminium-Reparaturplatz ist ausgestattet mit insgesamt 20
Leuchtstofflampenzuje80Watt,diemitextremlanglebigen, farbechten Tageslicht-Röhren ausgeführt sind.
The workbay comes with 4 rows of lamps which means 20
longlife lamps of 80 W each in total. The colour of the light
is similar to daylight to reproduce colours as best as possible.
Besonderer Schwerpunkt liegt dabei auf einer optimalen
AusleuchtungderFahrzeugflanken,wasdurchdenEinsatz
vonEvolventen-Reflektoren(sieheBild)erreichtwird.
To reach a maximum of light on the vertical surfaces of the
car body the system is equipped with special non-symmetricreflectors.(seepicture)
ZurVerstärkungderAusleuchtungderFahrzeugflankenist
dasSchutzvorhangsysteminnenreflektierendsilbernbeschichtet. Bei geschlossenem Vorhang liegt die Lichtleistung im Reparaturbereich in 1m Höhe bei über 1.000 Lux
horizontal und über 700 Lux vertikal!
To increase the output of the lighting system the curtain
systemgotaspecialcoatingforreflectionattheinnerside.
If the curtain got closed the lighting performance is higher than 1.000 Lux on horizontal and higher than 700 Lux
on vertical surfaces in a height of 1 m from the ground! The
prismatic glasses protect the eyes of the worker.
Die Prismenscheiben dienen zur Entblendung, verhindern
eine Ermüdung der Augen und sichern so langanhaltend ein
angenehmes Arbeiten.

Das Schutzvorhangsystem
The protective curtain system
Das Schutzvorhangsystem besteht aus E-Glasgewebe, einer Faser, die zum Beispiel auch als Schweißerschutzdecke
verwendet wird und nicht brennbar ist. In Augenhöhe ist ein
rot transparentes Fenster aus Blendschutzfolie eingearbeitet. So wird sichergestellt, dass bei einem Unfall der Mitarbeiter auch bei geschlossenen Vorhängen jederzeit entdeckt werden kann.
Die verwendete Blendschutzfolie entspricht den Vorschriften zur Abschirmung von Lichtbogen-Arbeitsplätzen und
schützt somit die Mitarbeiter und eventuell in der Werkstatt
befindliche Kunden vor der extrem hellen Strahlung des
Lichtbogens beim Aluminium-Schweißen.
Der Vorhang ist allseits gesäumt und damit extrem reißfest.
An den Kanten ist eine gelbe Aramid-Verstärkung als Griffleiste angebracht.
Die Innenseite ist reflektierend silbern beschichtet um die
Leistung des Lichtsystems zusätzlich zu verstärken. Die Außenseite ist aluminium-grau und liefert ein hochwertiges Erscheinungsbild.
The curtain is made by a special material (E-glass-compound) used for welding protection applications in the industry. If there happens any accident while the curtain is
closed the viewing window helps to find the person.
The brightness while welding is very intensive. The material
of the red viewing window is conform to DIN EN 1598 (eye
protection at MIG welding areas) and protect the eyes of
the other workers or customers outside the workbay.
The curtain got reinforcements on every side and is very
reliable. There are yellow Aramid reinforcements in front to
pull the curtain.
The inner side got a special coating to increase the reflection of the lamps. The outer side is aluminium grey giving
the curtain system a worthy expression.
The curtain systems is manufactured individually according
to every local situation. Also, there is some kind of noise reduction effect by the curtain.
Das Vorhangsystem wird immer passend zur Einbausituation angefertigt und erspart dem Anwender die Kosten, die
zum Beispiel ein abgemauerter Raum verursachen würde.
Ein gewisser Schallschutz-Effekt ist ebenso vorhanden.

Bei der Absauganlage VAS 6571/1 handelt es sich um einen
Industriesauger, der speziell für alle Saugaufgaben im VW/
AUDI-Stahlkarosserie-Reparaturplatz konfiguriert wurde.
The vacuum system VAS 6571/1 is an industrial vacuum
cleaner which was configured especially for the requirements during body repair processes of VW/AUDI vehicles.
Neben der gesamten technischen Dokumentation liegt der
Lieferung ein umfangreiches Zubehörpaket zum Anschluss
verschiedener Schleifwerkzeuge, diverse Schläuche, sowie
ein 2m langer Teleskoparm zur Schweißraucherfassung bei.
All the technical and safety documentations are part of thedelivery. The vacuum set comes with a set of adaptors to
connect the vacuum to various grinding tools, various hoses and a telescopic arm to catch the aluminium welding
smoke. This telescopic arm got a length of 2 m and can be
fixed to the vacuum machine body or the media trolley alternative. As an option there is a noise protection set VAS
6571/2 available to reduce the noise level of the suction engine from 70 db(A) to 59 db(A).
Dieser Teleskoparm kann am Sauger oder auch am umlaufenden Versorgungswagen befestigt werden. Optional kann
auch noch die Schallschutz-Kapselung VAS 6571/2 geordert werden, die den Schallpegel von 70 db(A) auf 59 db(A)
senkt.
Im Vergleich zu einer fest installierten Absauganlage mit
Rohrsystem halbieren sich die Kosten und die Montagekosten entfallen komplett.
Compared to a vacuum with a piping system inside the bay
this portable machine cuts the price of approx.
50% and the costs for installation completely. Further, this
solution does not require any holes for the exhaust pipes in
your building.

Teile des Aluminium-Fahrzeugs von der Demontage bis zum
Wiedereinbau immer dem jeweiligen Fahrzeug bzw. Reparaturauftrag fest zugeordnet.
Der Container bietet vielfältige Befestigungsund Lagermöglichkeiten, eine Kleinteile-Box, eine Schutzhülle für Seitenscheiben, Spanngurte und eine Gummiunterlage für blanke
Aluminium-Teile.
Ferner verfügt der Container über eine Klarsicht-Auftragstasche, so dass jederzeit die Zuordnung auf einen Blick möglichist.ProWoTechempfiehlt2-3ContainerproArbeitsplatz, damit für jeden Auftrag auch immer ein Container
verfügbar ist.
All the removed parts from the car are stored inside this
container in a clean and safe manner during the whole body
repair process.

is a box for small parts, different hooks and belts, a cover for
glass, pins to carry the windshield and a rubber plate to
protect blank parts from contact corrosion.
ProWoTech recommends to use 2-3 containers for each
workbay to make sure there are enough to store the parts
ofthenextcarwhilethefirstoneisstillinrepairprocess.

sehr komfortabel.
