Deloitte Luxembourg renews association with ACEL
Deloitte Luxembourg has renewed its collaboration with the Luxembourg Association of
Students Circles (ACEL), the largest student representative body in Luxembourg.
The firm has worked in close collaboration with the ACEL and for the fourth year running,
Deloitte is once again the exclusive associate in the field of Audit and Professional Services.
At the signing of the agreement in the premises of the firm, in the presence of Tom Hermes,
President of the ACEL, Delphine Berlemont, HR director in charge of sourcing and
recruitment, commented: "Encouraging Luxembourg’s students across multiple countries,
universities and business schools through the support and long-term working relationships
between Deloitte and the ACEL is very important to us. Indeed, our close collaboration with
ACEL allows us to be close to the new generation of talent and actively interact with them."
Tom Hermes, president of the ACEL, raised the importance of the partnership for its
association: “Having a reliable and loyal partner allows us to support our circles’ members
in their endeavors and provide them with the tools and information they require.”
Over the past year alone, around 550 new recruits joined Deloitte Luxembourg, helping to
further strengthen its three service lines: Audit, Tax and Advisory & Consulting.
Counting over 1,600 employees and more than 45 nationalities, the firm ensures its
development by focusing on talent to continuously increase the quality of services provided to
its clients.

Deloitte Luxembourg renouvelle son accord de partenariat avec l'Association des Cercles
d'Etudiants Luxembourgeois (ACEL), le plus grand organe de représentation des étudiants au
Luxembourg.
S'appuyant sur les liens privilégiés qu'il entretient avec cette association, le cabinet Deloitte
signe pour un quatrième mandat exclusif d'audit et de services professionnels.
Lors de la signature de l'accord de partenariat dans les locaux du cabinet Deloitte, en présence
de Tom Hermes, Présidente de l'ACEL, Delphine Berlemont, directrice des Ressources
Humaines en charge de la recherche et du recrutement de candidats, déclarait : « Il est très
important pour nous d'encourager les étudiants luxembourgeois à travers plusieurs pays,
universités et écoles de commerce par le biais du soutien et des relations de longue date
existant entre Deloitte et l'ACEL. Notre étroite collaboration avec l'ACEL nous permet en
effet de nous rapprocher de la nouvelle génération de talents et d'interagir activement avec
ceux-ci. »
Tom Hermes, président de l'ACEL, souligne l'importance de ce partenariat pour son
association : « Le fait de pouvoir compter sur un partenaire fiable et loyal nous permet de
soutenir nos membres dans leurs démarches et de leur fournir les outils et les informations
dont ils ont besoin. »
Au cours de l'année écoulée, environ 550 nouveaux talents ont rejoint les rangs de Deloitte
Luxembourg, venant ainsi renforcer les trois lignes de services de la société : Audit, Tax et
Advisory and Consulting.

Deloitte Luxemburg hat seine Kooperationsvereinbarung mit der Association des Cercles
d’Étudiants Luxembourgeois (ACEL), der größten Studentenvertretung in Luxemburg,
verlängert.
Deloitte arbeitet seit Jahren eng mit der ACEL zusammen und ist zum vierten Mal exklusives
Kooperationsunternehmen im Bereich Wirtschaftsprüfung und professionelle
Dienstleistungen.
Bei der Unterzeichnung der Vereinbarung in den Räumlichkeiten des Unternehmens erklärte
Delphine Berlemont, HR Director zuständig für Sourcing & Recruitment, im Beisein der
Vorsitzenden der ACEL Tom Hermes: „Die Förderung luxemburgischer Studenten in
diversen Ländern sowie an zahlreichen Universitäten und Business Schools durch die
Unterstützung und die langfristigen Beziehungen zwischen Deloitte und der ACEL liegt uns
sehr am Herzen. Durch unsere enge Zusammenarbeit mit der ACEL können wir Kontakte zur
neuen Generation von Talenten knüpfen und aktiv mit ihnen interagieren.“
Tom Hermes, Vorsitzender der ACEL, macht auf die Bedeutung dieser Partnerschaft für die
Studentenvertretung aufmerksam: „Mit einem zuverlässigen und loyalen Partner an unserer
Seite können wir die uns angeschlossenen Zirkel bei ihren Bemühungen unterstützen und
ihnen die Hilfsmittel und Informationen zur Verfügung stellen, die sie benötigen.“
Im vergangenen Jahr stießen rund 550 neue Talente zu Deloitte Luxemburg, die zur weiteren
Stärkung der drei Dienstleistungsbereiche Wirtschaftsprüfung, Steuern und Consulting des
Unternehmens beitragen werden.
