The new TCE4430 tilt back tyre changer provides a range of innovative features
designed for maximum speed, performance and durability – even for the toughest
UHP or RFT passenger car and light commercial tyres.
At the heart of the new tyre changer is the unique Bosch G-Frame concept. This
advanced design feature increases the rigidity of the machine avoiding tyre and rim
damage. It also improves the speed of the tyre change, making the new machines
ideal for high-volume or specialist tyre workshops.

The new WBE4200 semi-automatic wheel balancer
offers garages and workshops a simple, highprecision and easy-to-use value machine. The
unit provides the user with clear digital read-outs
for passenger cars, light commercial vehicles and
motorcycles, with a new ergonomic design allowing
for better access to the inside of the wheel and an
improved working position, creating more comfort
for the user.
The new WBE4400 has a measuring time of just eight
seconds, making for quick turnaround in the workshop,
thanks to Bosch’s EASYFIX® arm with automatic
measurement of the diameter and distance of the wheel.

The DCU 100 is a tablet PC designed to be used in automotive workshops. The development
of the DCU 100 as an alternative to existing Bosch diagnostic tools is based on many years’
experience in the field and reflects the demands of our customers. The DCU 100 has been
specifically designed to be used with ESI[tronic] 2.0 and comes with Windows POSReady 7

With over 45% of UK vehicles using common rail diesel injection systems, there is
a great opportunity for maintenance, diagnosis and repair work. Common faults
such as worn injectors, failed common rail pumps and electrical components can
be easily and efficiently diagnosed with the right test equipment. Even the issue
of early stage valve lacquering can now be resolved easily without removing the
injector.

is quick and “easy to use” with
fast connection to any CR injector
whilst on or off the vehicle to
perform electronic diagnosis. Once
connected, the “Buzz Tool” will
perform measurements of important
electrical characteristics, check
insulation of the coil to the injector
body and drive the valve to make
it “buzz.”
This solvent cleaner kit along with
the appropriate cleaning solvent
9001-908 is designed to manage
the specific issue of early stage
lacquering that is being seen in
many diesel injectors. The kit must
be used alongside the NEW Delphi
“Buzz Tool” YDT720.
Vehicle Diagnosis
Early stage lacquering is identified
by typical vehicle symptoms of nonstarting or difficulties in starting from
cold and erratic idle speeds at low
engine temperature.

False Actuator Kit
Quick Fit Kits
Designed to measure return fuel flow
on diesel vehicles up to 6 cylinders,
fitted with common rail injection
systems. This kit helps you to
identify worn, blocked or inoperative
injectors quickly and easily. Contains
measurement tubes for short term
tests and measurement bottles for
long term, more accurate evaluation.
Isolate actuator and mechanical faults
on Common Rail pumps.
The false actuator kit has been designed
to work in conjunction with the sealed rail
kit to further interrogate the pump when a
reduction in the pressure being generated
within the CR system has been identified.
When maximum pressure cannot be
generated using the sealed rail kit and the
vehicle actuator, the false actuator is fitted
in order to enable the pump to generate
full system pressure. If the pump generates
the correct pressure with the false
actuator in place then the vehicle actuator
is deemed to be at fault and should be
replaced. If the pressure is still below the
required level when tested with the false
actuator, then there is a mechanical failure
within the pump.
Most vehicles equipped with a
common rail system use quick-fit
connections in the low pressure circuit
between the various components, fuel
tank, diesel filter, common rail pump
inlet / outlet and common rail return
etc.

lane system for fast, efficient and productive one person operated MOT testing for
class IV and VII with the optional class I, II, III and class VI ability (depending on brake

At the heart of the HOFMANN ATL is the geogas 3000 Combi, with a large 21-inch
monitor providing clear visible information, plus a mono laser printer for hard copy
reports of all test data and results. Individual customer vehicle details, data and test
results can be stored for recall at any time.
Using Windows-based, icon-driven software, the HOFMANN ATL requires minimum
training for the test technician to perform either voluntary or mandatory testing on
your customers’ vehicles. Test procedures can be performed in fully automatic mode
or manually when the remote control is used.
