Mit dem Widerstands-Punktschweißgerät VAS 6545 können
alle freigegebenen Reparaturschweißungen an VolkswagenKonzern-Fahrzeugen durchgeführt werden. Das Einstellen der
Schweißparameter erfolgt über einfache selbsterklärende Symbole. Die Schweißprogramme sind für hoch- und höherfeste
Bleche, für Punktschweißklebeverbindungen und für verzinkte
Bleche. Das individuelle Abspeichern von Schweißparametern
ist möglich. Ferner eignet sich die Anlage zum Dokumentieren
und Verwalten von Auftragsdaten auf DIN A4-Papier. Software
Updates können mittels SD-Karten vorgenommen werden. Die
Funktion einer Materialerkennung erfolgt mit einem MaterialTestprogramm. Stromregelung und Drucküberwachung ist gegeben. Der Schweißprozess wird überwacht und die Istwerte
werden im Display angezeigt.

InvertSpot GT Automatic
With the resistance spot welding unit VAS 6545, all approved
welding repairs on Volkswagen Group vehicles can be carried out. Setting the welding parameters is carried out using
simple, self-explanatory symbols. The welding programs
are for high and higher tensile panels, for spot weld bonded
connections and for galvanised panels. Individual storage
of welding parameters is possible. In addition, the system is
suitable for documentation and administration of work order
details on A4 paper. Software updates can be carried out
using an SD card (upload). The material recognition function
is performed with a material test program. Current control and
pressure monitoring is provided. The welding process is monitored and the actual values are shown in the display.

Bonded vehicle windows can only be cut out using special
tools. Not all window cutting tools offered on the open market
are suitable for Volkswagen/Audi models. Cutting with VAS
equipment has been tried and tested and poses no threat with
regards to health problems. Removal and installation is described in the workshop manuals for all vehicle models and
types of window using VAS equipment.

Mit dem Ausbeulgerät VAS 5196 können Ausbeularbeiten
an Aluminium-Fahrzeugen des Volkswagenkonzerns im
Karosseriebereich durchgeführt werden. Die mikroprozessorgesteuerte Anlage ist in ihrer Auslegung auf die Materialzusammensetzung der entsprechend eingesetzten Aluminiumbleche abgestimmt. Eine Digitalanzeige ermöglicht die
exakte Einstellung der erforderlichen Leistungsparameter.
Das Einsatzgebiet umfasst: Kleinbeulen, Dellen, Längskratzer,
Hagelschäden.

Pneumatisch-hydraulisches Blindnietgerät mit Greifmechanismus und 3- Futterbackensystem.Das Setzen des
Blindnietes erfolgt in zwei Sequenzen.Beim Auslösen des
