vocational qualification institute.
We qualify employees and unemployed people
in economy, languages, clerical skills,
commerce, and computer skills.
BEST, as certified ECDL Test Centre, offers
qualification courses and examinations for the
European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL
and ECDL advanced).
We offer training facilities for 4,000 people and
employ a staff of some 200 teachers and
trainers.

Project objectives
Our project introduced sport activities into basic
skills and communication training for
disadvantaged adults.
Its reception in the public has benefited
tremendously from the timely coincidence of the
project dissemination activities with the
European Football Championship EURO 2008

Dissemination/demonstration
Our dissemination and demonstration events
have created an excellent opportunity to direct
public awareness from mere sport issues to
educational aspects using sport as underlying
pedagogical method.
