Ihre Aufgaben
Nach intensiver Einarbeitung unterstützen Sie unsere Verkaufsabteilung bei Produktlancierungen und führen interne Produktschulungen durch. Sie betreuen Workshops und
E-Seminare für Kunden und setzen Produktpromotions um. In enger Zusammenarbeit mit
dem Verkauf und der Produktentwicklung unterstützen Sie kundenspezifische Projekte.
Darüberhinaus führen Sie Markt- und Wettbewerbsanalysen durch, identifizieren die Anforderungen des Marktes und entwickeln Ideen für neue Produkte.
Ihr Profil
Wir erwarten ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative, überzeugendes Auftreten, Kreativität,
Organisationstalent, Teamfähigkeit und den Willen zum Erfolg. Sie passen zu uns, wenn
Sie ein naturwissenschaftliches Studium erfolgreich abgeschlossen haben. Erste Erfahrungen in Marketing und/oder Verkauf in der kosmetischen Industrie sind wünschenswert,
jedoch nicht zwingend erforderlich. Wir geben auch dem(r) Entwickler/in mit Interesse für
den Markt eine Chance.
Aufgrund unserer internationalen Ausrichtung setzen wir sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in
Wort und Schrift voraus. Grundkenntnisse in Französisch sind erwünscht.

In dieser Position sind Sie dem Vorstand direkt unterstellt und verantworten den
Bereich QM/PE mit Schnittstellen zu Produktion, Einkauf sowie Vertrieb/Marketing.
Die Produktentwicklung wird zukünftig von der derzeitigen Stelleninhaberin verantwortet. Deshalb liegt der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Arbeit auf dem Bereich QM/QS sowie
der Projektarbeit. Unterstützt durch ein kleines Mitarbeiterteam, übernehmen Sie
selbst folgende Aufgabenschwerpunkte:
• Erarbeitung eines umfassenden Qualitätssicherungskonzeptes
• Verfahrens- und Prozessüberwachung einschließlich Qualitätskontrolle
• Sicherstellung zuverlässiger externer Zertifizierungen inkl. Dokumentation
Fachliche Grundlage für diese komplexe Tätigkeit ist ein naturwissenschaftliches oder
technisches Studium, z. B. der Lebensmitteltechnologie oder der Ingenieurwissenschaften (Uni/FH) mit entsprechendem Schwerpunkt. Sie verfügen über mehrjährige
Berufserfahrung im Qualitätsmanagement, vorzugsweise auch in der Produktentwicklung, die Sie bei einem Kosmetikhersteller oder in der Lebensmittel- oder chemischen Industrie erworben haben. Aufgrund unserer internationalen Ausrichtung ist
gutes Englisch ebenfalls wichtig. Sie arbeiten strukturiert, zeigen Sensibilität im Umgang mit den entsprechenden Schnittstellen und krempeln bei der Umsetzung auch
selbst die Ärmel hoch. Als gefestigte, verantwortungsbewusste und motivierende
Persönlichkeit vertreten Sie unser kleines, inhabergeführtes Unternehmen souverän
nach innen und außen.
