complex shaped surfaces in many designs with the print films.
This can be done on all coatable materials like plastic, metal,

den Wassertransferdruck erforderliche Vorlackierung vor
der Beschichtung, sowie der Schlusslackierung mit Klarlack
nach der Beschichtung mit dem Wassertransferdruck. Hiermit haben Sie die Möglichkeit, mit einer relativ geringen
Investition staubfrei und emissionsfrei die erforderlichen
Lackiervorgänge durchführen zu können. Die Lackierkabinen sind kompakt in der Bauweise und dadurch sehr platzsparend sowie mobil auf Rädern. Ein Abluftschlauch hinter
der mit Aktivkohlefilter ausgestatteter Absaugeinrichtung
sorgt für die Ableitung des Farbnebels und der Lösemitteldämpfe. Somit macht sich der Anwender des Wassertransferdruck unabhängig von einem Lackierbetrieb.

abgesaugt. Neue Luft strömt vertikal über eine Feinfilterdecke von
oben nach. Zusätzliche Leuchten in der Filterdecke sorgen für eine
optimale Ausleuchtung. Je nach Beschaffenheit der Hallenkonstruktion lässt sich die Spritzkammer mechanisch von der Decke abhängen,
oder ist optional mit einer separaten Stahlkonstruktion vorgesehen.
Ein elektrischer Antrieb sorgt per Knopfdruck für Heben oder Senken

Kabinenrahmen in Minutenschnelle auf. Gleichzeitig wird diese Luft im vorderen Bereich der Kabine
durch 2 Filter links und rechts staubfrei in das Kabinen Innere gedrückt. Dieser Luftstrom wandert
nun von vorne nach hinten durch die Kabine und nimmt den Farbnebel mit. Dort wird die Abluft durch
eine große Filterwand ausgeschieden. Der Farbnebel bleibt dabei im Filter hängen.

DEU Mit dem brandneuen und weltweit einzigen wasserbasierenden Mischsystem für Lackierfolierungen verfügt der Anwender über die einzigartige Möglichkeit, „just in time“ und kostengünstig alle RAL Farben aus der
Liquid film Farbtondokumentation selbst zu produzieren. Der günstige Einstandspreis verbunden mit der geringen Lagerhaltung machen das
moderne System für Anwender und Händler besonders attraktiv. Sowohl 213
Farbtöne inklusive der Metallics, Pearls und Neons als auch eine große Anzahl von Fahrzeug-Serienfarbtönen im Uni Bereich sind mischbar. Mit nur 32
hochkonzentrierten Mischtönkonzentraten im 1 Liter Gebinde können über
600 Liter Liquid film Farben hergestellt werden. Alle Farben im System
sind mit Rührwerken bestückt und können auf Knopfdruck täglich frisch aufgerührt werden.
1 x Morgens und 1 x Mittags rührt die Mischanlage die Farben auf, um
die thixotropisch eingestellten Mischtönkonzentrate zu verflüssigen. Das
Mischungsverhältnis liegt bei 95% Liquid film und nur 5% Farbe, dies
bedeutet, dass man mit 1 Liter Konzentrat 20 Liter farbige Flüssigfolie herstellen kann.
Jeder Farbton nach RAL besteht aus mehreren Komponenten aus dem System. In nur wenigen Minuten kann mühelos jeder Farbton produziert werden.
