Schnell, kosteneffizient und flexibel: Die intelligente Kamera SBOI-Q steuert das elektrische Handling via integrierter SPS. Dabei analysiert die Kamera das Bild der Referenzdaten und errechnet daraus die richtige Position
für die X- und Z-Achse des Handlings. Eine zusätzliche Steuerung ist nicht notwendig, die gesamte Anlage ist
damit weniger komplex.
Fast, cost-effective and versatile: The intelligent vision system SBOI-Q controls an electrical handling unit via an
integrated PLC. The system analyzes an image against reference data and uses this to calculate the correct positions
for the X and Z axes of the handling unit. There is no need for an additional controller, which makes the installation
as a whole less complex.
Auf der Strecke schnell, am Endpunkt präzise – wenn man diese beiden
Eigenschaften nur da nutzt, wo sie gefragt sind, wird das Handling wesentlich schneller. Und kostengünstiger, da man mit einer schnellen Zahnriemenachse an Stelle einer präzisen Spindelachse auskommt.
Fast in transit, precise at the end position – by exploiting these two properties
only when they are genuinely needed, the handling unit can be made considerably faster. And less expensive, too, since a high-speed toothed belt can
be used instead of a precision spindle axis.

Die Kamera SBOI-Q ist auf dem Frontend des elektrischen Auslegerhandlings montiert. Dabei übernimmt sie
auch die komplette Steuerung des
Handlings – dank der integrierten
CoDeSys SPS mit CANopen-MasterFunktionalität. Durch das Kamerasystem ist man nicht auf indirekte Messsysteme angewiesen und erreicht
eine absolute Positionsgenauigkeit
von +/- 0,05 mm. Ihr kompaktes
Design sowie das geringe Gewicht
ermöglicht eine einfache Integration
in bestehende Anlagen.
The vision system SBOI-Q is mounted on the front end of an electrical
cantilever handling unit. It provides
all the necessary controller functions
for the unit – thanks to the integrated CoDeSys PLC with CANopen master functionality. Thanks to the vision
system, there is no need for indirect
measuring systems, and an absolute
positioning accuracy of +/- 0.05 mm
can be achieved. The vision system’s
compact design and low weight
allow it to be integrated easily into
existing installations.

1/100 mm-Bereich.

performance: It is highly precise for
sliding, picking and placing operations, and even under heavy
mechanical load the mini slide operates with a repetition accuracy of
0.01 mm and linearity and parallelism within a range of 1/100 mm.
