Free of charge and anonymous legal advice on every last
Wednesday in the month carried out by a specialist solicitor
for family law.
Women and girls may make use of our offers when:
- They are able to talk about the violence they have
experienced/suffered.
- They are fed up with violence and would like to receive
information on how to protect themselves from further
abuse.
- The feel disheartened, and themselves, see no further
perspectives.
- They are contemplating separation or are already
separated.
- They would like to inform themselves about legal matters
during separation.
- The have questions concerning custody and rights of
access.
- The no longer feel safe at home and would like or need a
place in a women’s refuge.
- They feel harassed, stalked and threatened by their former
partner.
