Dank eines Vielzweck-Joysticks und weiterer
Fußsteuerungen hat man einen intuitive und direkten
Einsatz erreicht, der den Gebrauch der Maschine
vereinfacht und optimiert.

Thanks to the use of a multi-functional joystick and
of controls activated by a pedal we have obtained an
intuitive and direct operation that simplifies and gets
the best from the machine.
Dank der 180° Drehung des Oberwagens wird das
Arbeiten in beiden Richtungen ermöglicht, ohne im
Leerlauf zurückkehren zu müssen. Dabei erhöht sich
die Produktivität auf dem Feld beachtlich.
Thanks to the 180° rotation of the cutting head the
machine can work in both road directions, working
straight on and backwards, increasing the productivity
in field.

The cab can be tipped to make it easier to carry out
maintenance work on the diesel engine and hydraulic

Ausziehbarer Ballast und Ausgleichung:
Ein ausziehbares Ballastsystem zum Ausgleich ermöglicht
eine außerordentliche Verlängerung des Auslegers.

An unthreading ballast balancing allows the high extension of
the arm.
Hydraulische Anlage: Hier wurde eine Anlage mit Pumpen, Motoren mit unterschiedlicher Leistung in geschlossenem, getrenntem Kreislauf realisiert. Die ILFB2000 hat eine
spezifische Anlage für die Überwälzung auf 400 bar Betriebsdruck und eine zweite Anlage für die Rotor-Fräse mit Betriebsdruck von 290 bar, beide im geschlossenen Kreislauf. Eine
dritte Anlage für die Bewegungen der Ausleger mit Kolbenpumpe und LS-Steuerung (load seansing) in offenem Krerislauf mit Betriebsdruck von 220 bar und eine vierte Anlage
für die Dienste (Bremsen und Hydraulikführung usw…) in offenem Kreislauf , mit Zahnrädern und Betriebsdruck von 210 bar. Diese hydraulischen Charakteristiken erlauben ganz
gleichzeitige Bewegungen ohne die vorhandenen Betriebe der anderen Geräte zu beeinflussen, d.h. Leistungs- Geschwindigkeits-, und Produktivitätsabfall, die sich bei zentralisierten
Maschinen ergeben, zu verursachen.
Hydraulic system: We have designed a system with pumps and pistons motors on closed and separate circuits and having a variable capacity. ILFB2000 is provided with a specific system for
translation movement and a working pressure of 400 bar. A second system for the rotor of the cutting head, with a working pressure of 290 bar.
Both of them in a closed circuit. Third system for the movements of the arm with pistons pump LS (load-seansing) on open circuit and with a working pressure of 220 bar, a forth gear system
for services (brakes, hydraulically powered steering wheel…) on open gearing circuit with a working pressure of 210 bar. These hydraulic features guarantee simultaneous movement
without, therefore, causing losses of power, of speed, or productivity, as it usually happens on machines with centralised systems.
Leistung bei höchstem Komfort: Große Aufmerksamkeit wird dem Komfort des Bedieners gewidmet, Schlüsselfaktor hinsichtlich der Produktivität. Die Kabine
ist leicht zu erreichen, die Sicht hervorragend und die Steuerungen ergonomisch und wendig im Gebrauch; zum Komfort des Bedieners kommt noch die Sicherheit,
die ILFB21200 ist nämlich mit einer FOPS-ROPS-zugelassenen Kabine ausgerüstet, die vor dem Umkippen und Herunterfallen von Gegenständen schützt.

Wurde hoch professionell geplant und gebaut, um jeglichen Anforderungen der Welt der Grünflächenpflege
zu entsprechen. sie ist mit einem Ausleger von 17 m ab Maschinenmitte, anhaltender Drehung von 360°
des Oberwagens und Drehung von 180° der Fräse des Rotors in Doppelrichtung erhältlich.und
vorgesehen auch , wenn nötig, zur Benutzung als Eisenbahnwagen r.1500.
A highly professional machine, has been designed to satirfy any request in the
maintenance of green spaces. It is available with working arm 17 meters long, in
the centre of the machine, a continues 360° rotation of the upper trolley, a miller
rotation of 180° and a rotor cutting on both directions. It has been designed to
be used in railway outline r.1500.
