centro storico di Alba, l’antica città romana Alba Pompeia, la medioevale “città dalle
100 torri”. Visita in Langa ad
una cantina produttrice dei
tipici vini piemontesi, tra cui
il Barolo. Degustazione di vini
con prodotti tipici. Nel pomeriggio il “Trifolao” e il suo insostituibile compagno, il cane tabui, ci aspettano per la ricerca del tartufo.
An excursion in the hills of “Langa” and “Roero” with a visit to the
historical centre of Alba, the ancient Roman city “Alba Pompeia”,
the so called medieval “city of the 100 towers”, to a wine
cellars site of the production of Barolo. Here we
shall stop and do some
tasting of wines with typical local products. In the
afternoon “truffle Hunt” accompanied and guided by a
“Trifulao” (Truffle searcher)
and his irreplaceable search
companion, his dog “Tabui”.
Ein Ausflug durch die Hügel der Langa und des Roero mit Besichtigung des historischen Stadtkerns Albas, die antike Römerstadt
Alba Pompeia und mittelalterliche “Stadt der 100 Türme”. Besichtigung einer typischen Weinkellerei, die Produktionsort der großen
Weine des niederen Piemonte wie Barolo ist. Verkostung von Weinen zusammen mit
typischen Erzeugnissen. Am Nachmittag erfahren wir die Trüffelsuche
unter der Führung eines erfahrenen
Trüffelsuchers (“Trifulau”, wie er hier
heißt) und seines unersetzlichen Begleiters und Helfers, dem “Tabui” genannten Trüffelhund.

by the castles and the
famous
characters
who brought them to
life. You will visit the
castle of “Grinzane
Cavour”, where the
statesman Camillo Benso dreamed of a
united Italy and built the story of the “king of wines, the wine for
kings”, Barolo, which will be tasted at one cellar in Langhe area together with typical products. Visit to a firm producing the typical
Nougat and tasting of many local products.
Ein Ausflug in die Einzigartigkeit der Landschaft und der Farben der
Langhe, geführt von der Geschichte, den Burgen und den Persönlichkeiten, die sie belebten. Besichtigung der Burg von Grinzane Cavour,
wo der Staatsmann Camillo Benso di Cavour von der Einheit Italiens
