THERMODUR 600 STAN ist der ideale Lack
für alle Kaminöfen, Kamineinsätze und Rauchrohre. Zu den besonderen Merkmalen gehören
seine sehr gute Farbtonstabilität auch bei höheren Temperaturen und die ausgezeichnete
Haftung auf nicht gestrahlten Untergründen.
Der bis zu 600°C dauerbelastbare Lack lässt
sich mittels Hochdruckzerstäubung, High-VolumeLow-Pressure und elektrostatisch verarbeiten.
Dank der großen Auswahl an Farbtönen können
mit THERMODUR 600 STAN auch ausgefallenste Designideen umgesetzt werden.

THERMODUR 600 STAN is the ideal coating
for all stoves, stove inserts and smoke tubes.
Included among the special features are its
very good colour shade stability even at high
temperatures and the excellent adhesion to
non-shotblasted subsurfaces.The coating, which
can be stressed continuously up to 600°C can
be processed using high-pressure atomization,
high-volume-low-pressure as well as electrostatically. Thanks to the wide range of colour
shades even the most unusual design ideas
can be realized with THERMODUR 600 STAN.

THERMODUR 600 ASS – KEINE RAUCHENTWICKLUNG BEIM ERSTBEHEIZEN.
Beim erstmaligen Beheizen eines Ofens auf
u?
ber 200°C beginnt normalerweise ein Oxidations- bzw. Verschwelungsprozess, bei dem
der organische Anteil des Ofenlackes (Teile
des Siliconharzes) in eine anorganische Matrix übergeführt wird. Begleitet wird dies von
sichtbarer Rauchbildung. Beim THERMODUR
600 ASS haben wir das Hauptaugenmerk
auf die Vermeidung dieser Rauchbildung beim
ersten Beheizen gelegt. Durch spezielle Vernetzungen erreicht der Ofenlack bereits bei
Raumtemperatur seine endgültige mechanische
Härte und entwickelt daher auch keinen
Rauch. Erhältlich ist der vom TÜV Süd sowie
dem Österreichischen Forschungsinstitut geprüfte Lack in vielen brillianten Farbtönen.

THERMODUR 600 ASS –NO SMOKE
DEVELOPMENT AT INITIAL HEATING.
When a stove is heated for the first time to
above 200°C normally an oxidation or carbonisation process begins, during which the
organic component of the stove enamel
(parts of the silicon resin) is converted into
an inorganic matrix. This is accompanied
by a visible development of smoke. With
THERMODUR 600 ASS we have placed the
main focus on the avoidance of this smoke
development when heating for the first time.
Through special cross-linkages the stove
enamel already achieves its final mechanical
hardness at room temperature and also as a
result does not develop any smoke. The
enamel, tested by the TÜV Süd as well as the
Austrian Institute of Research, is available in
many brilliant colour shades. Optimal for:
stoves, stove inserts and smoke tubes, can be
stressed continuously up to 600°C.

THERMODUR 600 PURE – DIE NEUE LÖSUNGSMITTELFREIE ALTERNATIVE.
Aufgrund immer restriktiverer Umweltauflagen
(VOC Verordnung) in der verarbeitenden Industrie werden zunehmend Alternativen zu Lösungsmittel basierenden Lacke gesucht. Dieser
Entwicklung trägt Rembrandtin nun mit dem
neuen THERMODUR 600 PURE Rechnung.
Diese Weiterentwicklung des THERMODUR
600 ASS vereint die Vorteile „beider Welten“
und zeichnet sich durch die selben hervor-
ragenden Eigenschaften bezüglich der Vermeidung von Rauchbildung bei der Erstbeheizung und der Hochtemperaturbeständigkeit
aus. Damit können Hersteller nun sämtliche
Umweltauflagen erfüllen ohne dabei Kompromisse bei der Qualität eingehen zu müssen.
Umweltfreundlich zu: Kaminöfen, -einsätzen
und Rauchrohren, dauerhaft belastbar und
farbecht bis 600°C.

Due to ever stricter environmental regulations
(VOC Regulation) for the processing industry,
alternatives to solvent-borne requirements coatings become ever more important. Staying abreast of this development, Rembrandtin now presents
the new THERMODUR 600 PURE. This further
development of THERMODUR 600 ASS unites
the benefits of "both worlds" and offers the
same outstanding properties regarding the
prevention of smoke formation during first heating and resistance against high temperatures.
Thus, producers are now able to meet all environmental requirements without compromising
quality. Environmentally friendly for: stoves,
fireplace inserts and smoke tubes, durable
and colorfast up to 600°C.

Diese hochhitzefeste Silikon-Einschichtlackierung
wurde eigens für die speziellen Anforderungen in der Kochplatten-Industrie entwickelt
und überzeugt durch besondere Abriebfestigkeit. Thermodur Kochplattenlacke sind dauerbelastbar bis 600°C.
Auch für den roten Punkt in der Mitte, welcher
jene Kochplatte kennzeichnet, die am schnellsten heiß wird, haben wir eine geeignete Signierfarbe im Programm. Denn wir entwickeln
für Sie Lösungen, die das Leben nicht nur bunter,
sondern auch einfacher machen.
HOTPLATE LACQUER – HIGH TEMPERATURE RESISTANT RIGHT TO THE POINT.
This high temperature resistant silicon singlecoat lacquering system has been developed
specifically for the special requirements in the
hotplate industry and convinces through exceptional resistance to abrasion. Thermodur
hotplate lacquers can be stressed continuously
up to 600°C.
For the red spot in the middle, which identifies that hotplate which gets hot fastest, we
also have a suitable marking colour in the
range. Because we develop solutions for you,
which not only make life colourful, but also
easier.
