Bellinzona die Burgenstadt

die kleinen Plätze, in verborgene Höfe der
Altstadt, in die städtische Kunstgalerie in
der Villa dei Cedri und in Kirchen von Bellinzona führen, die innerhalb und ausserhalb

7 und 12 Uhr mit den verschiedensten Verkaufsständen und Angeboten das historische Zentrum belebt. Dieser Markt nimmt
eine Tradition des mittelalterlichen Handels
in der Stadt wieder auf. Er bietet das ganze
Jahr durch eine grosse Auswahl an frischen,
schön präsentierten Qualitätsprodukten zu
einem vernünftigen Preis. Sonnengereifte

Biasca und die Täler
des Alto Ticino
Das Leventina und das Blenio Tal
befinden sich mitten in den Alpen und
zeichnen sich durch ihre Beschaulichkeit,
rasche Verbindungsmöglichkeiten
sowie den Reichtum ihrer Landschaft und
Natur aus.
Das Alto Ticino verfügt zudem über ein
gut ausgebautes und beschildertes
Wanderwegnetz und bietet ideale Voraussetzungen für unvergessliche Wanderund/oder Bike-Erlebnisse.
Viele Ausflugsorte sind von öffentlichen
Verkehrsmitteln ab Biasca erschlossen,
die es erleichtern, den Reichtum der Natur
und der Kultur zu entdecken.
Der Hausberg von Bellinzona Gesero
hat ebenfalls eine tausendjährige Geschichte: der Saumpfad wurde von der
Ostgotische Königin Teodolinda begangen.

pass erstreckt sich einen sonnigen
Velopfad durch das Bleniotal.
Ein Besuch wert sind sicherlich auch die
Schaukäserei in Airolo, sowie das “Museo
Nazionale del San Gottardo”, das sich
auf der Höhe des grossen Alpenpasses
auf 2100 m befindet und in seiner Art
ein einzigartiges Museum ist.

Technisch recht einfache, konditionell
mittlere Tour durch das Gotthardmassiv.
Von Airolo fährst du auf der alten,
gepflasterten Gotthardpassstrasse
durch das Val Tremola hinauf zur
Passhöhe. Hier beginnt das eigentliche
Biker-Revier. Umgeben von den
Gotthardbergen fährst du auf einem
guten Fahrweg zur Alpe Pontino,
wo dich ein prächtiges Panorama über
die Leventina erwartet. Etwas ruppiger
und steiler ist dann die Abfahrt
durchs Val Canaria zurück nach Airolo.

Tourenbeschrieb
Sehr lange, nur in kurzen Teilen fahrtechnisch anspruchsvolle Tour durch die
Leventina hinauf zum Passo del Sole und
hinab durch das Valle di Blenio.
Von Biasca fährst du auf dem Radwanderweg durch die Leventina hinauf nach
Varenzo. Über ein Bergsträsschen gelangst du zum Lago Ritom. Hier endet die
Asphaltstrasse und ein teilweise steiler
Alpweg führt dich durch das zauberhafte
Val Piora hinauf zum Passo del Sole. Ein
Grossteil der Abfahrt hinunter zur Lukmanierpassstrasse ist nur für sehr gute
Biker fahrbar. Kurz unterhalb der Lukmanierpasshöhe erreichst du die Hauptstrasse und fährst hinunter ins Valle di
Blenio. Oberhalb Olivone biegst du in ein
kleines Bergsträsschen ein und gelangst
auf ihm zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

Mittelschwere Tour durch das
Val Bedretto und entlang dem wunderschönen Höhenweg Strada degli Alpi.
Von Airolo fährst du durch das bezaubernde Val Bedretto hinauf zu den alten
Bergdörfern Villa, Bedretto und Ronco.
Hier verlässt du den Asphalt und fährst
hinauf zur Alp di Folcra, dem Start
der Strada degli Alpi. Der sehr abwechslungsreiche Höhenweg führt dich
über mehrere Alpen und bietet ein grossartiges Panorama über das Tal und
den gegenüberliegenden Gotthardpass.
Von der Alpe di Pesciüm geht’s über
den Alpweg rasant hinunter nach Nante
und die Bergstrasse führt dich zurück
zum Ausgangspunkt.

hinauf zu den Alpen an der westlichen
Talseite des Valle di Blenio.
Von Acquarossa fährst du auf einem
Asphaltsträsschen über Prugiasco
hinauf nach Piede del Sasso.
Auf dem wunderschönen Maiensäss
erwartet dich eine prachtvolle
Aussicht über das Valle di Blenio
und das gegenüberliegende Rheinwaldhorn mit Gletscher. Nach über 1200
Höhenmeter beginnt dann bei der Alpe
del Gualdo die lange und trickreiche
Abfahrt nach Püscett. Auf einem
geteerten Strässchen radelst du weiter
hinab nach Semione und am Talboden
zurück zum Ausgangspunkt.

di Blenio.
Von Biasca fährst auf der alten Strasse
nach Loderio und über den Wanderweg
durch weite Felder und Wiesen nach
Semione. In Malvaglia beginnt dann der
Aufstieg über das Bergsträsschen hinauf
nach Pontironetto. Kurz bevor du ins
Val Pontirone einbiegst, fährst du über
den alten Saumweg hinab zur Ponte
Legiuna und auf der Strasse zurück zum
Ausgangspunkt.

und Moesa.
Von Arbedo fährst du entlang der Ticino
talaufwärts nach Gnosca. Nach einer
kurzen Steigung überquerst du den
Fluss bei Claro und fährst auf dem
Wanderweg entlang dem linken Flussufer hinab nach Castione. Hier mündet
die Moesa in die Ticino und die Tour führt
dich ins Valle Mesolcina. Bei Roveredo
überquerst du die Moesa und fährst
entlang dem linken Flussufer auf einem
schönen Waldweg zurück zum

di Gesero
Tourenbeschrieb
Tour hinauf zur Alpe di Gesero für fahrtechnisch
sehr gute Biker. Sie brilliert besonders mit toller
Aussicht von Bellinzona bis zum Lago Maggiore. Von Bellinzona über Arbedo fährst du weiter
entlang dem Flüsschen Moesa bis nach Roveredo. Hier beginnt der lange Aufstieg über das
Bergsträsschen hinauf nach Monte Laura. Mit
schöner Aussicht ins Valle Mesolcina und Valle
Calanca erreichst du nach 1500 Höhenmetern
den Tunnel am Corno di Gesero und sogleich
den höchsten Punkt der Tour. 130 Meter weiter,
am anderen Ende des Tunnels, eröffnet sich
dir dann ein neues, wunderschönes Panorama
in Richtung Magadino-Ebene. Über einen
guten Alpweg fährst du weiter über die Alpe di
Gesero zum Monte d’Arbino, wo eine technisch
sehr anspruchsvolle Abfahrt auf dich wartet.
Im unteren Abschnitt ist der Weg mit grossen
Steinplatten befestigt und schüttelt dich
nochmals kräftig durch, bevor du dann auf eine
schmale Strasse einbiegst und hinunter
nach Bellinzona fährst.
