Injektion nach ZTV-ING
Nach ZTV-ING ist das Füllen von Rissen so durchzuführen, dass das Entweichen von Wasser
und/oder Luft während der Injektion sichergestellt ist. Um zu gewährleisten, dass ein Riss
ohne Wasser- bzw. Lufteinschlüsse mit Injektionsstoff gefüllt wird, muss der Injektionsvorgang so lange durchgeführt werden, bis der Füllstoff aus dem nächsten Packer austritt. Mit
Hilfe der neuen HD-Kegel- und HD-Flachkopfnippel mit Dichtkonus kann diese Anforderung
ohne Mehraufwand realisiert werden.
Injection according to ZTV-ING
According to ZTV-ING the filling of cracks must be carried out so that water and/or air is
allowed to escape during the injection process. In order to ensure that a crack is injected
without any inclusions of water or air, the injection process must be carried out until the
filling material comes out of the next packer. Using the new HP round head and HP pan head
nipples this requirement can be easily fulfilled.

Arbeitsschritte
Procedure
Zur Auslieferung werden die HD-Nippel mit Dichtkonus handfest mit den Stahlpackern
verschraubt.
•Stahlpacker im Bohrloch verspannen. Nur den HD-Nippel des Stahlpackers, der zuerst
injiziert wird, fest anziehen. Die HD-Nippel der anderen Stahlpacker um eine Umdrehung
lockern.
•Den ersten Stahlpacker so lange injizieren bis aus dem zweiten Stahlpacker Füllstoff
austritt. HD-Nippel des zweiten Stahlpackers festanziehen. Den zweiten Stahlpacker
injizieren bis Füllstoff aus dem dritten Stahlpacker austritt und dieser HD-Nippel fest
verschraubt werden kann usw.
For delivery, the HP nipples with sealing cone are hand-screwed on the steel packers.
•Fix steel packers in the borehole. Tighten the HP nipple of the steel packer to be injected
first. Unscrew the other HP nipples by one turn.
•Inject the first steel packer until the filling material comes out of the second steel packer.
Tighten the HP nipple of the second steel packer. Inject the second steel packer until the
filling material comes out of the third one and this HP nipple can be tightened, etc.

Der Rechteck-Stahlpacker wurde für die nachträgliche Abdichtung undichter Arbeits- und
Dehnfugen durch Injektion entwickelt. Die rechteckige Form des Stahlpackers sorgt für
eine sichere Verspannung in der Fuge. Vor Beginn der Injektionsarbeiten restliche Fuge mit
Rundschnüren verschließen.
The rectangular steel packer has been designed for the additional injection of leaking
construction and expansion joints. The rectangular shape of the steel packer provides safe
clamping in the joint. Prior to starting the injection obturate the remaining joint using round
cords.

Durch den mit der Vakuumzugvorrichtung erzeugten Unterdruck wird der Injektionsschlauch
von überschüssigem Füllstoff (Harz, Zement, Acrylatgel) befreit. Mit Hilfe eines Adapters,
kann die Vakuumzugvorrichtung auch bei Verwendung von Nagelpackern eingesetzt werden.
The underpressure generated by the vacuum generating device empties the injection hose
from surplus filling material (resin, cement, acrylate gel). With the adaptor, the vacuum
generating device can also be used with nail packers.

Diese Frage wird uns immer wieder gestellt, wenn wir zu Sanierungsmöglichkeiten schadhafter
Bauwerke zu Rate gezogen werden. Während der Ingenieur-, Fach- und Berufsausbildung wird der
Komplex Bauwerksabdichtung und besonders die nachträgliche Erhaltung und Instandsetzung von
Bauwerken mittels Injektion kaum behandelt. Daraus resultiert, dass technische Regelwerke für die
Planung und Ausführung von Injektionsarbeiten sowie der Qualitätskontrolle unterschiedlich interpretiert werden. Aus diesem Grund haben wir die Idee zu einem Injektions-ABC in die Tat umgesetzt. Es
sind die Ergebnisse aus 30 Jahren praktischer Arbeit sowie die Zusammenarbeit mit Bauspezialisten,
Ingenieuren, Wissenschaftlern und Forschern der Baupraxis eingeflossen. (2. Auflage)

“What is injection?”
This is a frequently asked question when we are consulted about using injection techniques for the
rehabilitation of damaged structures. The subjects of sealing structures, and especially their additional
preservation and rehabilitation by injection, are rarely included in university and engineering college
curricula. This results in various interpretations of technical standards and practices for the planning
and execution of injection work and its quality control. Desoi therefore decided to put the idea of an
online ABC of injection into practice. Their more than 30 years of practical on-site experience and
input from construction experts, engineers, scientists and researchers have been used to produce a
comprehensive guide to injection.
