Dueling Pianos?
One
word: FUN! The Dueling Pianos
concept is all about fun. Put two beautiful
baby grand pianos on stage, add two
impossibly talented and outgoing
entertainers who play and sing with
gusto. Throw in a ton of rockin’ tunes,
everything from Jerry Lee Lewis to
Journey, from the Beatles to Bruno Mars,
from Adele to ZZ Top. Add a heaping
helping of audience participation and you
have a recipe for an unforgettable event.
But don’t be misled, Dueling Pianists
don’t really “duel” each other. It’s not
piano pistols at 40 paces at dawn.
Rather it is four hands and two voices
that bring a wide variety of music to life.

What Can I Expect?
First of all, expect an event that will win you rave
reviews! Our price quote includes two entertainers
experienced with special events Dueling Pianos,
two baby grand pianos, stage lighting, PA system
and all the request materials you and your guests
will need to make song requests. We will consult
with your event planner(s) to maximize your Dueling
Pianos experience and
avoid well-intentioned
but potentially harmful
common mistakes when
setting up your venue.
And please let us know
prior to your event if you
have any special
musical requests. We
will have our pianos, PA
system and lights set up
before your guests arrive and we can provide
background music via ipod for your cocktail hour or
dinner before the performance. But once the music
begins, grab a stack of request forms, grab a pencil,

Ted Oliver is a veteran Dueling Pianos entertainer and is respected by EVERYONE in the DP arena (myself included) both on and off the stage. His performance is nothing other than TOP NOTCH. Both TOPDP and my number one act are “set apart” from others who advertise for special event Dueling Pianos events in that they are TRUE Dueling Pianos entertainers with YEARS of experience. Their performances are complete with plenty of sing along and an enormous repertoire along with lots of comedy and audience interaction. They both have the ability to perform in just about every capacity imaginable, from grade school assemblies to college frat parties to senior citizens events.
