System Data application is opened for selected System ID 4. Choose tab „License Key & Maintenance Certificate“ © SAP 2007 / Page 7 Renew Maintenance Certificates Create the Request 5. Choose „Renew Maintenance Certificate(s) Maintenance Certificates will be requested for all available Hardware Keys 6. Choose „OK“ to confirm renewal of Maintenance Certificates 7. Confirmation message is displayed: Your request has been successfully submitted. You will receive an email with your Maintenance Certificate information and the certificates will be displayed in the application. © SAP 2007 / Page 8 Display and Download the License Key & Maintenance Certificate via System Data 1. Open System Data again and choose tab „License Key & Maintenance Certificate“ The generated Maintenance Certificates are displayed in the list 2. Select rows, whith required Hardware Keys (Multiple Selection is enabled) and choose „Display License Script“ The License Script will be displayed in a new window. It contains license data for all selected Hardware Keys. 3. Choose „Renew Maintenance Certificate(s)“ to start the Request Maintenance Certificates will be requested for all registered Hardware Keys. The table lists for hardware keys a row with „Maintenance Certificate“. Not yet available Maintenance Certificates are indicated by „Not available“ 5. Choose „OK“ to confirm renewal of Maintenance Certificates 6. Enter the email address. Choose „Submit“ to request the Maintenance Certificate The Maintenance Certificate will generated by SAP Support Global Backbone and will be sent via email to you. Choose System ID in column „SID“ to display License keys requests 2. Choose „Continue“ to reach step 4 „Hardware Data“ 3. Maintenance Certificate can only requested for systems as of SAP NetWeaver 7.0. Button „Renew Maintenance Certificate(s)“ is disabled and can not be selected. 2.
