H&S Anlagentechnik develops equipment and processing technologies for the efficient, flexible, reliable and environmentally friendly
storage, metering, mixing and formulation of polyurethanes as well
as equipment for the chemical recycling of polyurethane and PET
waste. One of our main advantages is the combination of chemical
and technical production expertise. We have enjoyed a reputation as
a high-performing and reliable partner for the polyurethane manufacturing industry for in excess of 20 years.
We have specialised in the development of individual solutions to
reflect the fact that our customers manufacture a variety of products
incorporating a wide range of demands. Each project is planned
and implemented in line with specific customer requirements.

Die H&S Anlagentechnik entwickelt Anlagen- und Verfahrenstechniken
zur effizienten, flexiblen, produktionssicheren und umweltgerechten
Lagerung, Dosierung, Mischung und Formulierung von Polyurethanen
sowie zum chemischen Recycling von PU- und PET-Abfällen.
Chemische Kompetenz und technische Produktion gehen dabei Hand
in Hand. Seit über 20 Jahren gelten wir so als leistungsfähiger und
zuverlässiger Partner der PU-verarbeitenden Industrie.
Da unsere Kunden unterschiedliche Produkte mit verschiedensten
Anforderungen produzieren, haben wir uns auf die Entwicklung
individueller Lösungen spezialisiert. Jedes Projekt wird entlang der
spezifischen Anforderungen unserer Kunden geplant und umgesetzt.

Our engineers are trained to the highest level and bring a wealth of
technical know-how and many years of international experience to
the table. Modern production facilities at our Sulingen location and
a worldwide network of distribution partners guarantee the high quality of our products and ensure that our customers receive attentive
on-site service. We have successfully completed over 250 projects
thus far. Our export quota of 70% also makes us a leading market
supplier internationally.

Moderne Produktionsstätten am Standort Sulingen und ein weltweites

Our storage tanks guarantee the storage of raw materials under
stable and controlled conditions. This facilitates efficient procurement and avoids unnecessary costs caused by residual amounts
and disposal.
Unsere Tanklager garantieren die Lagerung von Rohstoffen unter
stabilen und kontrollierten Bedingungen, ermöglichen eine effiziente
Beschaffung und vermeiden unnötige Kosten durch Restmengen
und Entsorgung.

Our mixing, metering and formulation systems make our customers
more independent of fluctuating raw materials markets and increase
the flexibility of production. Closed cycles also minimise the risk to
humans and nature.
Unsere Misch-, Dosier- und Formuliersysteme machen unsere Kunden
unabhängiger von schwankenden Rohstoffmärkten und erhöhen so die
Flexibilität der Produktion. Geschlossene Kreisläufe minimieren zudem
das Risiko für Mensch und Natur.
Recycling and refinement
Recyclen und Veredeln
Our reactors for the recycling of polyurethanes (rigid and soft foams)
and PET residues bring about a significant reduction in the raw
material costs of our customers and facilitate the sustainable and
environmentally friendly use of natural resources. The outstanding
quality of the basic properties of the polyols recovered also means
that further processing is easily possible.

Unsere Reaktoren zum Recycling von PU- (Hart- und Weichschäume)
und PET Reststoffen senken die Rohstoffkosten unserer Kunden deutlich und ermöglichen einen umweltschonenden Umgang mit den
natürlichen Ressourcen. Die zurückgewonnenen Polyole verfügen
zudem über beste Grundeigenschaften und lassen sich problemlos
weiter verarbeiten.
Service
Service
H&S ensures the careful planning, organisation and implementation
of projects as well as guaranteeing customers regular maintenance
and servicing of their plants by our in-house customer service team.
Our specially trained technicians monitor all relevant system components at regular intervals or as and when required. Any maintenance
works needed are carried out quickly and professionally.
Our tele-service can also offer remote diagnosis for plants which are
suitably equipped. In this case, electronic control units will protocol
and transmit all important system functions.
Neben der sorgfältigen Planung, Organisation und Durchführung
der Projekte garantiert H&S seinen Kunden auch eine regelmäßige
Wartung und Pflege ihrer Anlagen durch den hauseigenen Kundendienst. In regelmäßigen Intervallen oder je nach Notwendigkeit
kontrollieren unsere speziell ausgebildeten Monteure dazu alle
relevanten Systembestandteile und führen eventuelle Wartungsarbeiten schnell und fachgerecht durch.
Bei entsprechend ausgerüsteten Anlagen ist auch eine Ferndiagnose per Teleservice möglich. Elektronische Steuerungseinheiten
protokollieren und übermitteln dazu alle wichtigen Systemfunktionen.

As well as supplying individual storage tank systems and mixing,
metering and recycling modules, H&S Anlagentechnik is also able
to offer its customers a full single-source service with regard to the
planning, organisation and realisation of turnkey system houses.
Neben einzelnen Tanklagern, Misch- und Dosier- oder Recycling-Modulen bietet H&S Anlagentechnik seinen Kunden auch die vollständige
Planung, Organisation und Realisierung schlüsselfertiger Systemhäuser aus einer Hand.
In addition to this, the modular method of construction deployed
means that all H&S equipment can be combined to provide fully
integrated complete solutions which enable the highly efficient and
secure storage, metering and processing of polyols across the
whole of the process chain from the tanker to the finished product.
Completely closed system cycles minimise risks whilst electronically
networked control systems facilitate the seamless monitoring and
management of all relevant system functions.
Dank ihrer modularen Bauweise lassen sich dazu alle H&S-Anlagen
problemlos miteinander kombinieren und zu vollständig integrierten
Komplettlösungen zusammenfügen. Diese Komplettlösungen ermöglichen eine hochgradig effiziente und verfahrenssichere Lagerung,
