Terms and Conditions
*All packages are based on a minimum of
50 guests – if you have less than 50 guests, please
speak with our wedding team to tailor a package
to suit your requirements.
*Hire fee of $100 is applicable if dance floor is
required.
*Reception venue hire is for a maximum of
6 hours and up until midnight – surcharges apply
for additional hours thereafter.
*Complimentary accommodation for the bride and
groom is based on a minimum of 80 guests or
20 room nights booked by your guests.
*Children aged 0–2 are free of charge
*Children aged 2–12 are charged at
$20.00 per head and a kids meal
is provided.
*Children aged 13–17 are charged at
$65.00 per head and an adult meal is
provided with soft drinks.
*A surcharge of $500 applies for receptions
held at the Bay Marquee, minimum of
150 guests required.
*A noise curfew of 10pm applies to the
Bay Marquee.
*All prices are inclusive of GST and are subject
to change.
*A 15% surcharge applies to all Public Holiday
and Sundays.
*Any additional terms and conditions are available
when filling out a wedding booking request form.
*Suppliers Meal (DJs/ Band Members) – a main
