Villa Eleonas has been built in 1997 and is located near the beach on a wonderful and quiet slope. It has a beautiful
view to the wide Libyan sea in the south east of Crete, in the little village Achlia, in the countrified neighborhood.
Ierapetra - the southernmost town in Europe is about 15 km away.
The free-standing house is situated on a 4000 m² land plot, amid olive and lemon trees, roses and oleanders. The
living area is 140m² and contains a spacious dining room, a kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a roofed terrace with
2 tables and chairs. There is a wood stone oven with grill in the garden/yard, a vine-covered arbor with a bench and
another terrace on the eastside of the house.
The house is very comfortable and tastefully equipped.

In the dining room (55m²) you will find a fire place and a comfortable and relaxing lounge. There you will also find
another lodging.
Further facilities: cable SAT-TV, stereo system, DVD-player and of course a phone.
Big dining table for 6 is near the bar and the entrance to the built-in kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a dish washer, an oven, a fridge and a freezer, fridge for soft drinks, microwave, coffee
maker and other household articles such as dishes.
There are dobble beds, bedside tables and dressing tables with a mirror in each of the two bedrooms. Both of the
bedrooms have an entrance to one of the terraces. There is also a dressing room in one of the bedrooms. One of the
bathrooms is equipped with a washing machine. There are air conditioners in the whole house to keep fresh and
comfortable atmosphere. The fresh-water pool is being heated with help of solar energy and has underwater
lightning and massage jets (8 x 3,4m). There is an extra terrace with a marvelous view next to the pool.
Location :
Achlia is a little picturesque village away from touristic rush, which offers you a nice place for a holiday with relaxing
and cultural events. A supermarket and 3 tavernas are only few foot-minutes away. In only 5 minuten you can reach
Galini Bay (sand beach / pebble beach) with its crystal clear water, bars and tavernas, showers and beach couchs.
The beautiful bay "Agia Fotia", priced with a "Blue Flag", is only 10 minutes on foot. Other beaches in the
neighborhood of Makri Gialos and Koutsounari as well as
Ierapetra offer you a wide range of shops and malls, restairants, bars, coffee bars and night clubs.
