Bandstahl in Bestform
Premium quality steel strip
Aus hochwertigem Bandstahl entsteht bei Wuppermann die Basis für
grenzenlose Vielfalt an Fertigerzeugnissen. In den Arbeitsschritten Beizen,
Verzinken, Nachwalzen und Längsteilen wird das Stahlband in die entsprechende
Form gebracht. Das Ergebnis dieser Verarbeitungsprozesse ist ein Ausgangsmaterial, das ganz nach Ihren individuellen Wünschen weiterverarbeitet werden kann.

At Wuppermann, high quality steel strip is the basis for
an unlimited variety of finished products. Through the
processing stages of pickling, galvanizing, cold rerolling and
slitting the steel strip can be produced into whatever form
necessary. The result of this processing is source material
that can be further processed according to your individual
needs.

warmgewalztem Vormaterial
verzinktes Band gefertigt. Zinkauflagen, Oberflächenart und
-behandlung, Maßtoleranzen,
Banddicken und Werkstoffgüte
richten wir dabei genau auf Ihre
individuellen Bedürfnisse aus.
Galvanized strip is produced
at our facilities from hot-rolled
source material. We can configure zinc coatings, the type of
surface and treatment, measurement tolerances, strip thickness
and material quality precisely to
your individual requirements.

Höchster metallischer Korrosionsschutz
Reinzinkauflagen bis 1.200 g/m² oder Zink-Magnesium-Beschichtungen machen
unseren Bandstahl besonders widerstandsfähig. Damit wird sein Einsatz auch unter
sehr anspruchsvollen Bedingungen möglich. So schaffen wir bleibende Werte im
Sinne von Wirtschaftlichkeit und eines verantwortungsvollen Umgangs mit Umwelt und Ressourcen.
Highest metallic corrosion protection
Pure zinc coatings up to 1,200 g/m² or zinc-magnesium coatings make our steel
strip especially durable. This allows its use even in the most demanding applications possible. As a result, we create lasting values of cost effectiveness and
ensure a responsible treatment of the environment and resources.
Rundumschutz
Eine Wuppermann spezifische Alternative zum verzinkten
Spaltband ist das feuerverzinkte Band mit verzinkten Längskanten. Erhältlich ist dieses ab einer Bandbreite von 50 mm.
All-round protection
Wuppermann‘s unique hot-dip galvanized strip with galvanized longitudinal edges is an alternative to galvanized slit
strip. This is available for strip widths of 50 mm or more.
Auch für gelochtes Spaltband haben wir eine exzellente
Lösung gegen Korrosion. Die gesamte Bandoberfläche
ist, mitsamt der Schnitt- und Stanzkanten, durch eine geschlossene Zinkschicht vollständig geschützt.
We also have an excellent solution against corrosion for
perforated slit strip. The entire strip surface, including the
cut and punched edges, is completely protected by a
closed zinc coating.
Kaltnachwalzen
Komplettiert wird unsere Produktvielfalt durch das Angebot
an nachgewalzten Variationen. Durch Dressieren, Egalisieren
oder Arrondieren erzielen wir Bandeigenschaften für weitere,
anspruchsvolle Produktanforderungen.
Cold rerolling
Our variety of products is completed by our rerolling variants. With skin-pass, cold rerolling and rounding we can
achieve strip characteristics for other demanding product
requirements.

Film-coated, galvanized hot strip
WProtect – Diese Kombination ist nahezu unschlagbar: Auf zuvor verzinkten Bandstahl wird beidseitig zusätzlich eine Hochleistungsfolie aus Polyolefin aufkaschiert.
So geschützt, trotzt WProtect praktisch allen Korrosionsangriffen und ist besonders
resistent gegen mechanischen Abrieb sowie zahlreiche Chemikalien.
WProtect – This combination is almost unbeatable: Galvanized steel strip is
additionally covered with a high-performance polyolefin film. With this protection,
WProtect defies almost all corrosion damage and is especially resistant to
mechanical wear as well as numerous chemicals.
