Since the MOHR life resort opened up in winter
2006, our young team has gladly provided
guests with genuinely friendly hospitality, which
comes easy to us, because the hotel also provides us with lots of enjoyment. It would be our
pleasure to allow you to participate in a wonderful day at the MOHR life resort: from the first
“Illy” espresso early in the morning to a cosy
evening on the leather sofa with an 18 year-old
“Caol Ila” whisky in the hotel bar – with a view
of the Zugspitze in the glow of sunset.

Westernreiten
Mit der hauseigenen Quarter Horse-Zucht „JACPOINT Quarters“ stehen dem MOHR life resort-Gast bestens ausgebildete amerikanische Quarter
Horses zur Verfügung. Unter der Leitung von Tina Künstner-Mantl, die in der Western-Disziplin „Reining“ Europameisterin und Vize-Weltmeisterin ist,
werden bei JACPOINT leistungsfähige, ausgeglichene Sportpferde gezüchtet und erfolgreich auf Turnieren vorgestellt. Einige dieser Sportpferde stehen für den Hotelgast bereit, um entweder in der 20 x 40 m großen Halle in die Grundbegriffe der „Reining“ hineinzuschnuppern oder einfach nur den
Lermooser Talkessel hoch zu Ross kennenzulernen.
Golfen
Das MOHR life resort ist eines der Gründerhotels des „Golfclub Zugspitze Tirol“, und so erhalten unsere Gäste natürlich eine Greenfee-Ermäßigung.
Der Golfplatz ist nur ein paar Kilometer vom Hotel entfernt, und unsere Gäste haben die Möglichkeit, kostenlos das hauseigene Golfcar zu verwenden, um diesen wunderschön gelegenen Golfplatz kennenzulernen.
Weiters befinden sich im Umkreis von maximal 45 Autominuten noch weitere sechs Golfplätze in Traumlagen.
Western riding
MOHR life resort guests are provided with the opportunity to ride on well trained American quarter horses from our very own “JACPOINT Quarterhorse stud farm”. Under the supervision of Tina Kuenstner-Mantl, the current European Champion and World Reserve-Champion in the Western
discipline of “Reining”, powerful, well-balanced, JACPOINT sport horses are bred here and successfully presented at tournaments. A number of these
sport horses are provided for the hotel guests, so that they can either take trial lessons and learn a few of the basics of “Reining” in the 20 x 40 m hall
or simply explore the Lermoos valley basin on horseback.
Golfing
The MOHR life resort is one of the founder hotels of the “Golfclub Zugspitze Tirol”, which, of course, entitles our guests to a green fee discount.
The golf course is only a few kilometres away from the hotel and our guests are provided with the possibility of using the hotel’s own golf car, free of
charge, so that they can visit this wonderfully located golf course.
Furthermore, there are another 6 golf courses in dream locations that are no more than a maximum distance of 45 minutes by car.
Fischen
Mit 10 km privatem Fliegenfischgewässer und drei hauseigenen Seen befinden wir uns in der außergewöhnlichen Lage, unseren Gästen eine sehr exklusive Sportart anbieten zu können. Unter der Leitung unseres Fischereiexperten Herbert Kerber hat der passionierte Fliegenfischer die Möglichkeit,
die „Loisach“, eines der schönsten Forellengewässer Österreichs, mit all seinen Geheimnissen zu entdecken oder auf eigene Faust sein Fangglück zu
versuchen. Dem Angler stehen mit Mittersee ein ruhiger Waldsee mit Hecht und Karpfen, sowie mit Blindsee ein kristallklarer Gebirgssee mit Seeforelle, Saibling und Renke zur Verfügung. Ein Sonderprospekt mit genauen Informationen zur Fischerei liegt an der Rezeption auf.
Tauchen
Der Blindsee ist mit seinen 25 m Tiefe, dem versunkenen Unterwasserwald und dem Bestand an Zandern und anderen Raubfischen ein großartiges
Revier für den Sport-Taucher, der gerne einen Gebirgssee erkunden möchte. In unserem Sportcenter „il Ducatisti“ gegenüber dem Hotel können Sie
Ihre Tauchflaschen füllen lassen („Bauer“-Kompressor), fehlendes Tauch-Equipment leihen und dazu genüsslich einen Illy-Espresso genießen. Auf
Wunsch steht ein Tauchlehrer zur Verfügung. Pro Tag sind maximal 50 Taucher am See zugelassen, MOHR life resort-Gäste werden bei der Ausgabe
der Genehmigung natürlich bevorzugt behandelt. Dieser smaragdgrüne, kristallklare Bergsee ist übrigens ein Juwel für Schwimmer, auch wenn er
selbst im Hochsommer nicht allzu warm wird ...
Fishing
With our 10 km of private fly-fishing waters and 3 private lakes, we are in an extraordinarily privileged position that allows us to provide our guests
with the opportunity to participate in a very exclusive sport. Under the supervision of our fishing expert, Herbert Kerber, fly-fishing enthusiasts have
the opportunity to discover the secrets of the “Loisach”, one of the most beautiful rivers for trout fishing enthusiasts in the whole of Austria, or one
can test their fishing luck by simply going it alone. Anglers can also test their luck in the Mittersee and Blindsee lakes, a peaceful forest lake with pike
and carp and a crystal clear mountain lake with lake trout, char and whitefish. A special brochure is available at the reception desk, which provides
interesting and detailed information on local fishing.
Diving
The Blindsee is 25 m deep, conceals a sunken underwater forest and a large population of pikeperch and other predatory fish, and is an amazing
underwater world for SCUBA divers who would like to discover the wonders of a natural mountain lake. In our “il Ducatisti” sport centre, located just
across from the hotel, you can have your diving bottles filled (“Bauer” compressor), rent diving equipment and also enjoy a wonderful cup of Illy espresso. A diving instructor can also be hired if required. A maximum number of 50 divers per day are allowed in the lake, of course, MOHR life resort
guests receive preferential treatment with regard to the granting of permission. This emerald-green, crystal clear mountain lake is also a real jewel for
swimmers, a refreshing experience, because the water doesn’t get too warm, even in midsummer.
Wandern, Biken und Funsport
Mehr als 300 km Bergwanderwege warten auf Wanderer aller Leistungsstufen.
Ob Bergsteiger, Nordic Walker oder einfach nur Spaziergänger – im Talkessel oder auf den umliegenden Bergen gibt es Routen für jeden Geschmack, und grandiose Aussichten sind ebenfalls
garantiert.
Bereits zum zweiten Mal in Folge wurde die Tiroler Zugspitz Arena zur besten Mountainbike-Region Österreichs gekürt. Biker aller Leistungsgrade finden hier also optimale Bedingungen vor.
Es besteht auch die Möglichkeit, geführte Touren zu buchen – und selbstverständlich müssen
Sie Ihr Bike nicht von zu Hause mitnehmen – Sie können sich das für Sie ideale Bike gerne hier
ausleihen. Und da Chef Klaus ein begeisterter Motorrad-Fahrer ist, ist auch für motorisierte Bikerfreunde bestens gesorgt: Zwei 695-er DUCATI Monster und ein Hypermoto warten im „il Ducatisti“ ebenso wie eine GAS GAS 250 PRO Trial auf den, der eine Spritztour wagen will. Oder man
versucht sich an einem der vier „Segways“, den dynamisch stabilisierten „human transporters“,
die unendlich viel Spaß machen.
Hiking, biking and fun sport
Over 300 km of mountain hiking trails await hikers of all levels of proficiency.
For alpinists, Nordic Walkers or for those who simply want to undertake leisurely walks – the valley
basin and the surrounding mountains provide routes for every taste, and we can guarantee breathtaking views on all of them.
For the second time in succession, the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena has been elected as the best
mountain bike region in Austria. Therefore, bikers of all levels of proficiency will find ideal conditions.
Guided tours can also be booked – and, of course, you don’t have to bring your own bike with you
– bikes can be hired here, and you are sure to find just the right bike to suit your personal requirements among the range.
And, due to the fact that the boss, Klaus, is an enthusiastic motorbike rider, motorbike fans are also
in for a treat: Two DUCATI Monster 695 motorbikes, a Hypermoto and a GAS GAS 250 PRO Trial
are waiting in “il Ducatisti” for anyone who dares to take them for a spin. Or you could try out one of
the four “Segways”, the dynamically stabilised “human transporters”, which provide endless fun.
Skifahren
Das MOHR life resort liegt auf 1000 m Seehöhe mitten in der Tiroler Zugspitz Arena und direkt am Fuß des Grubigstein-Massivs. 30 m hinter dem
Hotel starten Sie mit dem hochmodernen kuppelbaren 6-er Sessellift „Hochmoos“ in das Skigebiet Grubigstein. Hier finden MOHR life resort-Gäste
einen Ski- und Schuh-Raum direkt am Lift, so dass Sie Ihr Equipment keinen Meter mehr tragen müssen. Das Gebiet bietet für Skifahrer und Snowboarder jeden Levels etwas und ist auch für andere Funsportarten bestens geeignet. Die Abfahrt führt praktisch bis vor die Hoteltüre. Schneesicherheit garantieren 1000 m bis 3000 m Seehöhe sowie Beschneiungsanlagen. Die Talstation der Tiroler Zugspitzbahn auf Deutschland´s höchsten Berg
ist ebenfalls nur 10 Min. entfernt. Die Anbindung in die rundum gelegenen Skigebiete (150 Pistenkilometer, 50 Lifte) ist durch den Gratisskibus gegeben, der direkt vor dem Hotel hält. Sie können Ihr Auto also getrost in der Garage stehen lassen, Sie werden es nicht vermissen! Skipässe ab einer
Dauer von drei Tagen können direkt an der Hotelrezeption ausgestellt werden.
Langlaufen, Rodeln ...
Auch der Einstieg in unser 110 km langes Langlaufloipen-Netz befindet sich direkt vor dem Hotel und bietet je nach Wunsch flache Hochebene
oder anspruchsvolle Bergstrecken. Die Rodelbahn ist ebenfalls hinter dem Haus, der hoteleigene Eislaufplatz befindet sich auf der Terrasse, und auf
Wunsch wartet vor der Hoteltüre eine Pferdekutsche auf eine gutgelaunte Ausfahrt! Winter in den Alpen, was willst Du mehr?
Skiing
The MOHR life resort lies at 1000 m above sea level, at the centre of the Tyrolean Zugspitz Arena and directly at the foot of the Grubigstein massif.
30 m behind the hotel you can set off with the “Hochmoos”, ultra-modern, detachable chair lift for 6 passengers to the Grubigstein skiing area. There
is a ski and shoe room located directly at the lift, so that MOHR life resort guests don’t need to carry their equipment anymore. The area offers something for skiers and snowboarders of all levels and is also suitable for other kinds of fun sports. The ski-run leads practically right up to the hotel door.
A snow guarantee is provided by locations at 1000 m to 3000 m above sea level, as well as snow machines. The valley station of the Tyrolean Zugspitzbahn funicular, which takes you up Germany‘s highest mountain, is also only 10 minutes away. Free transportation to the surrounding ski areas
(150 kilometres of slopes, 50 lifts) is provided by the Ski-Bus, which stops right in front of the hotel. You can treat your car to a well earned rest in the
garage, and you won’t miss it at all! Ski passes that are valid for 3 or more days can be issued directly from the hotel reception.
Cross-country skiing, sledge riding ...
You can access the network of our 110 kilometres of cross-country ski trails in front of the hotel. The cross-country ski trails take you across landscapes of level plateaus or along demanding mountain trails, according to your personal level of proficiency. There is also a sledge run behind the
hotel, a skating rink on the terrace and, if you want to experience a pleasurable day to remember, a horse-drawn carriage can pick you up at the hotel
door and take you on a romantic ride. Winter in the Alps, what more could you wish for?

Lage / Anreise
Das Hotel liegt am südlichen Ortsrand von Lermoos mit phantastischem
Blick auf den Talkessel und die Zugspitze. Lermoos befindet sich am
Fuß der österreichischen Seite der Zugspitze, also direkt an der Grenze
zu Deutschland, ca. 20 Min. von Garmisch-Partenkirchen entfernt. Von
Norden kommend erreichen Sie uns mautfrei und ohne Gebirgs-Pass
über die A7 (Ulm/Stuttgart) und Reutte oder über die A95 (München/
Garmisch). Von Süden oder Osten kommend nehmen Sie am Besten
die Inntalautobahn A12 Richtung Bregenz, Abfahrt Mötz/Reutte und
über den Fernpass nach Lermoos. Aus dem Westen kommend die
A12 Richtung Innsbruck, durch den Arlbergtunnel, Abfahrt Imst/Fernpass nach Lermoos.
Flughäfen: Innsbruck (75 km), München (150 km), Salzburg (200 km).

Die Zimmer stehen am Anreisetag ab 15:00 Uhr für Sie bereit. Sollten
Sie nach 20:00 Uhr anreisen, geben Sie uns bitte telefonisch Bescheid.
Am Abreisetag bitten wir Sie, die Zimmer bis 11:00 Uhr freizugeben.
Late-check-out nach Absprache und Möglichkeit gerne gegeben (EUR
50,-). Der Wellnessbereich kann am Abreisetag noch benützt werden,

Wellnessbereich
Unser Wellnessbereich dient der Ruhe und der Entspannung, deshalb
sind Kinder im Wellnessbereich erst ab 14 Jahren erlaubt. Eigener Kinderbereich im Hallenbad (Kinderbecken, Bärenhöhle), dort gibt es auch
eine „Familiensauna“ (Soft-Sauna und Dampfbad), wo Kinder gerne
gesehen sind.
Hunde
Sind bei uns sehr gerne gesehen, wir haben selber welche. Bitte verstehen Sie aber, dass bestimme Zimmerkategorien für Hunde nicht
gestattet sind und dass aus Rücksicht auf andere Gäste Hunde nicht
im Restaurant, im Wellness- und Beauty-Bereich sowie im Innengarten
erlaubt sind. Die Kosten für einen Hund betragen pro Tag EUR 20,-. Im
Bedarfsfall behalten wir uns vor, Reinigungskosten gesondert zu berechnen.

The Resort
The main house, Hotel DREI MOHREN, was built in 1806, has been
owned by the family (Family Kuenstner/Mantl) since 1958, and was reopened in 2006. A personally run hotel, situated in an unspoilt location,
with 140 beds, rooms and suites that all have a view of the Zugspitze
or the surrounding mountain range. An exceptionally spacious wellness/
spa facility (1800 m2) with a view of the Zugspitze, indoor swimming
pool dimensions 8 x 17 m. Panorama Restaurant, Comfortably stylish

having to pay toll and mountain pass charges via the A7 (Ulm/Stuttgart)
and Reutte or via the A95 (Munich/Garmisch). If you are driving up from
the south or across from the east, the best thing for you to do is to take
the A12 Inntal autobahn toward Bregenz, exit Moetz/Reutte and travel
via Fernpass toward Lermoos. If you are travelling from the west, take
the A12 toward Innsbruck, through the Arlberg tunnel, exit Imst/Fernpass toward Lermoos

Location / Directions
The hotel lies on the southern outskirts of Lermoos with a fantastic view
of the Talkessel valley basin and the Zugspitze. Lermoos is situated at
the foot of the Austrian side of the Zugspitze, therefore, right on the border to Germany, about 20 minutes distance from Garmisch-Partenkir-

If for any reason you are not able to arrive until after 8:00 PM, please
inform us by phone. Please clear and leave your room before 11:00 AM
on your day of departure. If you wish to check out later, please enquire
at the reception and it would be our pleasure to accommodate your
wishes within the realms of possibility (EUR 50.00). You will still be able
to use the wellness facility on your day of departure. Changing room
provided.

Your reservation is valid and binding as soon as the deposit of 25% of
the total sum of your arrangement is entered into our account at the

Payments can also be made via Electronic Cash Terminals (EC Card)

Dogs
No checks. Cancellation conditions are in accordance with Austrian
hotel regulations.
Wellness Facility
Our wellness facility is intended as a place of peace and relaxation,
therefore, children must be at least 14 years of age to be allowed access to the wellness facility. There is a special children’s area within the
indoor swimming bath facility (children’s pool, bear cave), and there is
also a “Family Sauna” (soft sauna and steam bath), where children are
more than welcome.
Dogs are welcome at the hotel, and we also have dogs of our own.
However, please understand that dogs are not allowed in rooms of
certain categories and, in respect toward other guests, dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, wellness and beauty facilities or in the courtyard
garden. We charge a price of EUR 20.00 per day for a dog. If it should
prove necessary, we reserve the right to charge an extra fee for cleaning
costs.
