In der Division Industrietechnik bündelt ZF
seine Aktivitäten für Anwendungen „abseits
der Straße“. Dazu zählen die Entwicklung und
Produktion von Getrieben sowie Achsen für
Land- und Baumaschinen ebenso wie die
Antriebstechnik für Stapler, Schienen- und
Sonderfahrzeuge. Die Division verantwortet
auch das weltweite Geschäft in der Marineund Luftfahrt-Antriebstechnik sowie die Entwicklung und Produktion von Getrieben für
Windkraftanlagen. Ebenfalls zum Port­folio
der Division zählen große Industriegetriebe
und Prüfsysteme für vielfältige Anwendungen
in der Antriebs- und Fahrwerktechnik.
Die Geschäftsfelder der Division Industrie­
technik decken somit ein sehr großes Spek-
trum an Produkten und Märkten ab. Insgesamt arbeiten rund 10.200 Beschäftigte an
21 Standorten weltweit für die Division. Als
Führungsstandort ist Passau für diesen Bereich verantwortlich.
Off-road specialists
Industrial Technology is the division where
ZF bundles its activities for “Off-Road” applications. It comprises the development and
production of transmissions and axles for
agricultural- and construction machinery
as well as driveline technology for material
handling systems, rail- and special vehicles.
The division is also responsible for the worldwide business of marine propulsion systems,
aviation technology as well as the develop-
ment and production of gearboxes for wind
turbines. Large industrial gearboxes and test
systems for various kinds of applications in
driveline and chassis technology are also included in the division’s portfolio.
The business units of the Industrial Technology
Division thus cover a very wide range of products and markets. The Division employs a
total workforce of approx. 10,200 persons at
21 locations worldwide. Passau is responsible
for this division as managerial location.
