At Wharfedale Pro our goal is to develop high quality, affordable sound
reinforcement for professional musicians, touring rigs and corporate
installations, found in venues from superclubs to shopping malls
A combination of a passion for music and stringent quality control stemming
from one of the world’s most famous loudspeaker company’s means power,
reliability and great value are what we’re known for, and we’re proud of it.
Wharfedale Pro has a heritage built on supreme quality audio spanning back to
the 1930s. Founded by Gilbert Briggs in 1932, Wharfedale was initially a home
hi-fi loud speaker manufacturer, and still is today as a separate brand.
Our designers are pooled from the finest within each of their disciplines.
Research and development takes place on an international scale with designers
and electronics engineers from the United Kingdom, Japan, China and Hong
Kong.
The strong R&D support function, based in Shenzhen includes advanced 2D,
CAD and modelling facilities and can respond rapidly to the requirements of
each department. Because we even make our own tooling, prototypes can be
producces using real parts and then optimised as part of a single process. This
means we can go from design to market with bespoked designes produced
with accuracy, with more advanced features which in-turn benefit the end-user.
Our fully ISO9001 approved factory utilises the most advanced manufacturing
equipment including a full production suite for our own tooling. Such is the
level of our vertical integration that from pulp to finished product, from chassis
manufacture to winding the voice coils and manufacturing the PCBs for the
crossover - 95% is done in-house.
Quality is never compromised. With complete control over every process, we can
regulate much more efficiently than if we had multiple suppliers. At each stage
of manufacture a positive release mechanism is employed ensuring standards
are met on all products. Furthermore each product is tested before it reaches
distribution, electronics products are tested for 24 hours before being shipped.

The WLA-28 has been developed to condense the extreme SPL
and long-throw capabilities of larger line array systems in to an
all- new, compact 2 x 8” configuration. It is accompanied by the
WLA-15B, a long throw 15” subwoofer, matched to extend the
low frequencies for a complete, full-range system.
Ready for rigging
A versatile captive, hidden rigging system allows for fast
setup, with the widest range of splay angles, while keeping
the toughened steel brackets hidden within the chassis.
Inter element splay angles guarantee that a WLA system can
meet the needs of your venue. The WLA-28 Fly-Frame (sold
seperately enables the safe rigging of up to 12 WLA-28 units
and a WLA-15B subwoofer,
Huge Sound Pressure Level
The WLA Series achieves ultra-high sensitivity with its fully
horn-loaded architecture. Two horn-loaded LF drivers are
combined with horn-loaded titanium compression drivers
for the HF, generating high SPL with maximum efficiency (up
to 134dB Max). The ultra-high sensitivity of the WLA Series
creates punishing levels from even the most modest of
power amplifiers ensuring that your system can generate a
huge SPL.

PA SPEAKERS
WLA-28 rigging doubles as an optimised
ground stacking system. Using the WLA-15B
Subwoofer as a base, arrays of WLA-28 line
array elements can be aimed downward by
as much as ten degrees to cover audience
areas close to a stage, as well as upward by
as much as ten degrees in order to better
cover distant balcony seating areas.

High output, low distortion cast frame woofers
with 3” voice coils are used throughout the range
for unparalleled low frequency reproduction. 2”
titanium compression drivers are coupled to 90°x
45° elliptical waveguides for impressive output
level and smooth HF dispersion. The Delta Series
has been designed from the ground up to provide
outstanding performance and reliability. The Delta
Series utilises robust technology to ensure that it
can meet the demands of touring, rental and fixed
installation applications.
Power To The People
The high demand of the popular Delta Passive
series and further demand for high performance
active PA speakers has resulted in our introduction
of the new Delta Active series. Capable of producing
extraordinary levels of SPL and output, inside every
delta active speaker is a high headroom amplifier
exclusively engineered by Wharfedale Pro. The 2
Way 12” and 15” models also feature an integrated
2 channel mixer with onboard Qubit DSP insuring
smoother more controlled sonic performance.
Similarly the active subwoofers feature a variable
crossover for complete integration.

With comprehensive rigging points are provided
on Delta 12” and Delta 15” models, the Delta Series
is equally at home in ground stacked or flown
applications. Rhino Rock™, our new texturised
composite finish is used in all for a hardwearing
finish which s The Delta Series is constructed from
plywood and features dual angle pole mounts to
ensure that your sound is aimed directly at the
audience, not at the ceiling.

Built around the development of an exceptional new Elliptical Waveguide Horn coupled with a Ferro
fluid cooled 44mm titanium compression driver, the high frequency performance and system reliability

Portability

cabinets. Mobile DJs and bands need to
pack everything down into one vehicle
while conference rooms need to cater for
loud presentations where equipment can
be discreet. The Titan range is designed

gas assist injection moulded technology,

Titan Active / Titan D models are equipped with Qubit, our
new powerful and precise 24-bit 192kHz DSP processing.
With advanced adaptive multi-band dynamic processing and
filtering Qubit helps fine tune your system to sound natural
and open. Qubit processing optimises the loudspeaker to
provide smooth digital crossover points that are perfectly
aligned in terms of phase response and time-domain.
Protection is offered in the form of true independent
adaptive LF and HF signal limiting that helps protect against
thermal damage and driver over excursion.

Full-Range Impact
The Impact Series has a desirable high power capacity and clarity, as well as an exceptional low frequency
output providing tight bass all the way down to a 30Hz response. For high frequency, a 1.75” titanium
diaphragm compression driver produces a powerful yet neutral sounding high end. All impact series
speakers use new, specially developed LF & HF drive units acoustically matched with an equally durable
cabinet.

The SI-X speaker series have been designed for unobtrusive fixed installation, where sonic accuracy,
detail and high SPL are essential characteristics. Consistent voicing across the range ensures seamless
coverage when using a variety of different models in distributed sound applications. All SI-X Series
models feature a 1” exit compression driver on a 70 x 70 conical waveguide, providing open and detailed
high frequency extension with even and predictable dispersion.

Adaptive Cabinet Design
Because
of their multi-faceted design, the SI-X speakers can be positioned next to a stage, wall or
SX-15B
ceiling. This versatility suits the SI-X series to a diverse range of applications such as live performance
halls, houses of worship, schools, shops, restaurants bars and countless public places.
The SI-X Series includes full range enclosures with woofer sizes ranging from 10”, 15” with a dual
8” woofer model too. The full range enclosures are complimented by 3 subwoofers for extended
low frequency response and increased SPL. Available in both black and white painted finishes, all
models feature multiple m8 rigging points to suit the widest range of flown applications. Brackets
are included as standard too.

The discreet and stylish appearance of the Programme Series are designed to seamlessly integrate into
any architectural environment. The Series offers surface mount high fidelity solutions for commercial
installation applications. Frequency response has been optimised to be smooth and natural across the
vocal range for high intelligibility in difficult environments, while retaining the neutral and uncoloured
sound essential for unobtrusive reproduction of background music. 100v or 70v line models are
available throughout the range.
The Programme Series features a separate low impedance input for insertion loss free connection to a
low impedance amplifier. A mode switch bypasses the secondary coil of the line transformer, eliminating
insertion loss. The combination of separate input and mode switch also protects the unit from incorrect
connection to a 70/100v line system in low impedance mode.
Flexible, easy installation
Lightweight and more compact enclosures make Programme Series even easier to install. From the
compact, lightweight Programme 30E to the multiple drivers Programme 406, you have the flexibility
you need to provide the best sound value. With the included mounting brackets, transformer option,
you will be impressed with the ease of wall or ceiling mounting as well as the clear, accurate sound
produced by these speakers.

Public Address, On Wheels
The EZ-GO, is a modular, compact, battery operated PA system.
Take it from classroom to presentation on wheels or via the
carry handle knowing you’ll be heard loud and clear, even in
larger spaces. It weighs only 12.2kg and 70W RMS of power
(140W peak) and a conventional 35mm pole insert it makes a
portable system with features of something much larger.
Full Range Sound
Smaller PA Speakers may suggest small sound, but not in this case. The EZ-GO is equipped with 2 x 5”
full range drivers and a tuned port design that even packs a punch throughout the lower frequency
range. The EZGO is tailored for vocal presentation and performance but a wide frequency response
equally brings to life backing tracks for aerobics and zumba classes and for mobile singer-songwriter
style performances too. The sound can be tweaked using the onboard 3-band EQ, for pinpointing and
attenuating bass, mid or high frequencies.
EXPAND YOUR CAPABILITIES
The EZ-GO is expandable. Additional modules can be
easily installed including a USB module, the EZ-USB. On
the module there are two inputs, one for USB memory
stick which can support MP3 and WMA playback and
one direct connection to your Mac or PC where you can
utilise streaming from a variety of software packages
on your computer which can strengthen the impact of
your presentations. There are also controls on the front
including fast forward, play, pause and a volume control
as you would find on conventional media players.

The monitoring system can be mounted to a
combination of boom stand adaptors or normal
upright microphone stands independently using
the provided stand adapter and boom arm mount
adaptors. The polypropylene molded cabinet of
the WPM-1 makes a lightweight, portable speaker
solution, which also is very safe on mounting to
microphone stands. It’s ergonomic front tweeter
section is covered in a solid grille, with the tweeter
section doubling up as a convenient carry handle.

The WPM-1 has convenient routing options in a variety of configurations. Users can either utilise the
built-in mixer to control a variety of line, mic and instrument inputs, sending this mix straight to their PA
system, or keep the monitor mix seperate, using thru outputs to send to another external mixer. This
means musicians can happily change the WPM-1 setting throughout their performance to their taste
without causing unwanted level changes to the main mix being sent to the front of house. The WPM1 has versatile line, mic and auxiliary level inputs so the speaker system can be used for keyboards,

Accuracy In Sound
Sonic accuracy and durability are the most important features of a professional power amplifier, which
have been considered in all elements of the MP Series. Each model uses an all all-steel chassis along
with state of the art electronic components, all housed within a unique amplifier design that provides
high power and clean signal reproduction in a variety of applications and loudspeaker configurations.
Technology
A combination of class AB (MP1800 / MP2800s) and class H topology (MP4000) is used across the range
to deliver power consistently on professional touring applications. This produces not only high outputs
(for example up to 4000W bridged mono at 4 Ohms on the MP4000), but also a high slew rate so the
amplifier reacts quickly to drive your loudspeakers as clearly and accurately as possible.
Stereo & Bridge Efficiency

Combining multiple line and microphone inputs, sound processing controls and options for both
low impedance and constant voltage outputs the MA-5220 amplifier is a true contender for sound
installations demanding a range of audio applications in a simplistic, affordable package.
Multiple Inputs
The MA5220 has a total of 3 line inputs and 2 microphone inputs. For use in sound installations where
minimal operation is needed the microphone inputs have ducking controls to auto-adjust the line input
level. Using the threshold and reduction controls this can be tweaked from a subtle gain reduction to
a complete cut, ideal for important public service announcements. The microphone inputs work with
both dynamic and condenser microphones with a phantom power switch on the rear panel.
Multiple Speaker Formations
The amplifier generates 200W RMS per channel, via two secure 5 pin screw lock terminals. The output
can be changed from a 4 Ohms to 16 Ohms low impedance output, working as a high performance,
high-fidelity amplifier while when the constant voltage output is selected (100v or 70.7v) it can work for
long-distance multiple-speaker setups. Additional RCA Phono and 6.3mm Jack outputs offer external
connection of other amplifiers or audio devices.
On-board sound processing
Sufficient sound processing is available on board. Independent high pass (40Hz – 3dB) and low pass
(16kHz – 3dB) filters on each channel and a master 2 band EQ enable you to ensure the most efficient
operation of your speakers, tweaking the sound for either speech or music. The amplifier also provides sufficient protection with an onboard limiter, with the level highlighted via the 8-segment LED on
the front panel. A remote screw lock connector also offers the potential to connect an external potentiometer for additional control over the amplifiers features.

The connect series are the ideal companion for small scale live performances and discreet sound
installations where there simply isn’t space for a full scale mixing desk. While packing a wealth of features
for mixing and recording it does so with a small footprint. The use of rotary controls as opposed to larger
linear faders means space is saved to fit the mixer into small spaces even including guitar gig bags, yet
the textured rotary pots operate with a suitable resistance so EQ, level and auxiliary send controls can
be pin-pointed with accuracy. There are plenty of connections as you would find in larger desks. Studio
grade XLR inputs offer phantom power for condenser microphones. There are also stereo, 2 x 6.3mm
jack channels for stereo sources including keyboards and DJ equipment.
USB Audio Interface
With a built-in USB audio interface, this latest series enables a stereo in/out which can be used for
playback of audio files from your PC or Mac, and can also record the master output of your mixing
desk. 16-bit / 48 kHz recording ensures CD quality for your audio, whether working in a live or studio
environment.
56 Digital FX
The FX logic bit DSP offers a total of 56 effects (1002FX/USB and 1202FX/USB only). These include a
variety of delays, reverbs, chorus, and rotary speaker algorithms, achieving a professional touch on
your mix and lending itself to more creative sound engineering styles.

Ready For Any Rig
As the name suggests, versatility has been executed into all aspects of design into our new speaker
management system with 6 balanced XLR outputs working independently for use with any combination
of loudspeakers. The crossover features linkwitz-riley, bessel and butterworth modes all of which can
be used in typical stereo crossover formations, or as individual high-pass and low-pass filters on each
channel. The output EQ offers a variety of modes including low-shelf, high-shelf and parametric with the
central control making an ease of pinpointing exact frequency adjustments.
Expand Your SYSTEM
While one Versadrive SC-26 is powerful in its own right, the RS485 connection opens up capabilities to
link up to 250 units, with remote control from up-to 1500 metres. Complete stadiums, superclubs or
any multi-room install is now easily managed by one person on their laptop. The USB connection in
and supplied software work as another visual aid with access to update your own presets for different
events.

The KM3 is an end address
small diaphragm condenser
intended for use as a drum

however it is equally suited

and piano. Two KM3’s are
