our service levels, in exceptional circumstances our delivery lead times may be extended. You will be advised of any
changes to the published timings at the time of placing your order.
Payment
For purchases under $500 and all custom-made products, payment is required in full when you place your order.
For purchases over $500, a deposit of $500 is required when you place your order. Full payment for all purchases
must be made before the order is delivered. You can choose to pay the balance of your order either in store or by
phone with your local Bunnings.
Refunds, exchanges and returns
If your goods are incorrect or damaged on delivery we will exchange the product or issue a full refund. If you are
unhappy for any other reason with your order, or change your mind, and notify us within 7 working days of delivery
with your original receipt, we will exchange or refund any unused items*.
Please ensure that these goods are returned to us, as sold, with the original sales receipt. Refunds will be paid within
28 days of receipt of the returned order. Custom Made Products cannot be returned.
