With a passion for more power and torque, Xtreme True Duals offer more muscle
and horsepower in a radical new approach.
Xtreme True Duals integrate our exclusive anti-reversion
louvers at the exhaust port, which minimize negative pulse
and boost torque so the rider feels instant power with the
twist of the throttle. With comfort in mind, Xtreme True Duals
are designed to keep heat off of the rider’s and the passenger’s
legs, as the rear head pipe is routed away from the leg area. In
addition, this design incorporates only those bends necessary
for fitment of the head pipes; this means that exhaust flow
restriction is mitigated and the scavenging effect is maximized
through Rinehart’s original stepped header technology.
Xtreme header pipes are fitted with oxygen sensor ports for
both 2009 and 2010-13 fitments, giving your dyno tech the
perfect place to obtain an accurate reading of your air/fuel
ratio. This radical system can be customized with your choice
of 3.5 or 4-inch mufflers and a combination of black or chrome
headers, mufflers and end caps.

The design change for touring models in 2009 brought an end to the traditional
look of the true duals that riders have come to love…until now.
Back by popular demand, Rinehart is proud to offer our Classic
Duals. Classic Duals return the traditional look but bring with it new
technology – by way of our exclusive anti-reversion louvers – and an
even sleeker look, giving you that “old school” look of header pipes
flanking both sides of your bike. Coupled with Rinehart’s 4-inch
mufflers, these pipes have an even better look and a deeper sound
than what originally made Rinehart “king” of the touring models.
With integrated anti-reversion louvers at the exhaust port, negative
pulse is minimized and the rider feels responsive power. Just like
Xtreme True Duals, this classic system can be customized with your
choice of 3.5 or 4-inch mufflers and a combination of black or
chrome headers, mufflers and end caps.

The True Dual System: The start of the Rinehart Racing Legacy
Created and designed with years of NASCAR® and IndyCar®
experience, our True Duals for 1995-2008 model touring bikes
combine multi-stepped header design, anti-reversion louvers
and come in with either 3.5 or 4-inch mufflers. Rinehart 95-08’s
are available in chrome or black headers and one piece heat
shields with chrome or black end caps.

installation of Rinehart Racing’s race-proven exhaust technologies on their trike. The exact same system
that installs on two wheels, Xtreme True Duals, with a Trike Conversion Kit, brings exclusive anti-reversion
louvers and a stepped header design to riders on three wheels. Xtreme True Duals are designed to keep heat

Newly designed stepped headers coupled with anti-reversion
technology and a patented stepped baffle make your V-Twin
engine perform to its maximum capabilities. While most 2-into-1
exhausts are known solely for their low-end torque, Rinehart
gives you the best of both worlds in low-, mid-, and high-end
torque and horsepower. Equalized back pressure ensures solid
response without sacrificing the power Rinehart systems are
known for. Coupled with a sleek new design, featuring a half
megaphone/half straight muffler with a 4-inch billet end cap
and heat shields that fit together like a glove over the collector
and primary tubes, our 2-into-1 systems not only perform,

Warranty Information
A Note About Sound and Performance
The quality of sound, the noise level and the
performance of an exhaust system may vary due to
engine displacement, cam timing and compression.
Rinehart Racing does not warranty sound or performance.
System Modification and Misuse
Rinehart Racing will not warranty any product that
has been modified or misused.
A Note About the Quality of the Product
All of us at Rinehart Racing are proud of the quality and
craftsmanship of our product. We believe in and adhere
to the highest standards of quality. If you feel you have a
problem with our product, please contact us!
CHROME: Try as we may, our chrome is not always
perfect. Small flaws and/or marks in the chrome do
not always constitute an issue covered by warranty or
a flawed product. If, upon inspection, you disagree, or,
if the chrome is very obviously flawed, please call us
before you install the system. The chrome finish on
your Rinehart Racing product is of the highest quality,
but to ensure its longevity it must be maintained
properly. Salt, sand, and humidity are bad for chrome.
If you ride the motorcycle in these conditions and do
not clean and dry the chrome parts, the life of the
chrome will be shortened. Do not use any abrasive
cleaners or waxes. Rinehart Racing reserves the right
to determine if the product has been maintained
properly and has not been abused.
BLUING or DISCOLORATION: These conditions
are caused by improper air/ fuel ratio, dirty pipes,
long periods of idling, or slow speed travel under
load. Please see a reputable dealer for the proper
configuration for your application. Discoloration is not
a manufacturing or chrome process issue. Rinehart
Racing does not warranty bluing or discoloration.
CERAMIC COATINGS: Ceramic coatings are applied by
hand held sprayers which may cause minor differences
in the finish. Small flaws and/or marks or inclusions in
the finish do not always constitute an issue covered
by warranty or a flawed product. If upon inspection,
you disagree, or, if the finish is very obviously flawed,
please call us before you install the system.
IF THE PRODUCT BREAKS: We will do our best to
remedy the situation. The warranty department of
Rinehart Racing must authorize all returns.
Defective Parts
Rinehart Racing replaces defective parts only, not the
full system.
Rinehart Racing reserves the right to inspect all parts
