A ceremonious wedding is not one without the magical touch of fine sand
and the sounds of the crashing waves.
A beautiful setting on the open and exotic location. The serenading sounds of a three piece
Balinese Rindik music followed by a theatrical sundown, makes for a day to remember.

Wedding Package Notes:
1. All wedding ceremony packages mentioned above are non-legal marriage arrangements.
The ceremony is a western non-denominational style.
2. Please note that for the wedding to be legally certified in Indonesia and internationally, a religious
ceremony has to be performed prior to the civil-legal wedding.
3. Chairs, Welcome Drinks, and flower petal confetti included in the Ocean Wedding and Sand
Garden Wedding package are based on a maximum of 20 guests.
The cost of additional guests is at IDR 150,000++/person.
4. An additional charge may apply if the venue set-up requires customized elaborate décor and
flower design.
5. The above rates are subject to change at anytime, prior to final confirmation of the specific event.
6. All the above rates are subject to local taxes and service charge, currently 21%.
7. “The Sandi Phala Guest” prices are valid with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Room rates will be
based on the best available rate during the period.

A beach-side area under a graceful pavilion supported
by Romanesque stone pillars running half the

Other wedding cake flavours are available upon request. Cakes brought from outside the resort will

Ma Joly is able to cater various kinds of entertainment based on your preferences. Simply let us
know what you have in mind. Here are several examples of what we the entertainments we often

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. The above prices are valid from Immediately to 31st March 2013
2. All above prices are based on Indonesia Rupiah (IDR) and for payment by US Dollar will be
calculated based on Hotel currency
3. Rates quoted (++) are subject to Government tax and service charge, currently at 21%.
Should there be any change in tax levied; the new tax will be applied accordingly.
4. A 50% deposit is required to secure the date for Wedding Ceremony reservation and wedding
reception.
5. Ma Joly and the Sandi Phala requests neither food nor beverages of any kind to be brought in
by guests without prior permission.
6. For the consideration of our resort Guests please note any entertainment played within the
resort is bound by time limit up until 22:30hrs and certain sound level is adhered.
7. During rainy season, a backup plan is compulsory in case of adverse weather condition.
- A decision on whether to hold the function on the back up venue should be made 4 hours prior
to the committed starting time.
- The Sandi Phala and Ma Joly Restaurant will not be held responsible for the adverse weather
conditions or the failure of the services provided by a Balinese rain stopper should you wish to
use one.
8. Cancellation Policy- Cancellation two weeks prior to the wedding date shall be subject to 50%
cancellation fee. Cancellation within seven days of the wedding date shall be subject to 100%
cancellation fee.
