ICAFS picks up two residential
properties in Brandon area

An affiliate of Richmond, VA-based apartment owner and
operator ICAFS Inc. has picked up a pair of multifamily
complexes in the Brandon area for a combined $95.6
million. The Columns at Brandon West complex and the
Westbury at Lake Brandon communities traded for $46
million and $49.6 million respectively. The Columns at
Brandon West, formerly known as the Balaye Apartments,
is a 342-unit complex comprising 10 three-story buildings
and was 96 percent leased at the time of the sale.
Westbury at Lake Brandon is currently 95 percent leased
and boasts 366 units. Both complexes were built in 2001.
Holliday Fenoglio Fowler's Managing Director Matt Mitchell
and associate director Zach Nolan negotiated both
transactions.
