BAR FEEDERS
Quick Load Servo 80 S2
The Quick Load Servo 80 S2 is a unique, all-electric automatic magazine
loader for 14” – 63” bars (not to exceed the spindle length) that includes
three standard pushers to accommodate machines with bar stock diameter
capacities from 1/4” to 3 – 1/8”. It provides15-second partial changeovers
within the pusher range either by direct data entry or via part number
recall from a library of up to 500 part programs.

COOLANT MANAGEMENT
Turbo MH Series Filtering Chip Conveyor
PhaSep Waste Oil Removal System
Birds nests, fines, coarse and stringy chips from virtually
any material can clog ordinary chip conveyors but not the
MH Series. It uses patent-pending filter box technology
to continuously clean itself while filtering coolant to 250
or 500 microns. As a result you save time and money by
extending coolant life, eliminating buildup in the coolant
tank, and keeping harmful contaminants out of the coolant
system.
PhaSep Waste Oil Removal System – Metalworking
cutting fluids are an expensive but necessary part of the
machining process. The Pha Sep Coalescor constantly
removes the contaminating oils from the coolant to extend
the life of the coolant by at least 100% while increasing
tool life.
In addition:
The unique, floating tri-ball float captures contaminating
oil as it accumulates on the sump surface then moves the
oil through patented steel coalescing plates that remove
waste oil as small as 20 microns. The collected waste
oil then sent to a holding tank for disposal while clean
coolant is gravity fed back into the machine sump.

An exceptional value, this automatic, magazine bar
feeder for sliding headstock turning machines flawlessly
loads 3 mm to 20 mm diameter bar stock (25 mm with
bar preparation)
This automatic magazine bar feeder accommodates 20
mm or 32 mm bar capacity Swiss turning machines with
a bar stock diameter range of 3 mm to 32 mm. Express
332 S2 includes Touch Screen prompting remote
controls and built in automatic diameter adjustments for
2-minutes or less partial changeovers and 8-minutes
complete changeovers.
Alpha ST320 S2 provides exceptional rigidity and
performance throughout the entire diameter range
thanks to a one-piece, extruded, durable, aluminum
