It provides15-second partial changeovers within the pusher range either by direct data entry or via part number recall from a library of up to 500 part programs. It uses patent-pending filter box technology to continuously clean itself while filtering coolant to 250 or 500 microns. As a result you save time and money by extending coolant life, eliminating buildup in the coolant tank, and keeping harmful contaminants out of the coolant system. PhaSep Waste Oil Removal System – Metalworking cutting fluids are an expensive but necessary part of the machining process. The Pha Sep Coalescor constantly removes the contaminating oils from the coolant to extend the life of the coolant by at least 100% while increasing tool life.
